Très jolie appartement Possibilité place de parking ( payant) Canapé vétuste et sale, Manque le détecteur de fumée, Sol sale et collant Mitigeur très sensible à la douche, attention l'eau devient bouillante et très dangereux pour les enfants comme pour les adultes

• David (8/5): - Très bonne situation, grand parking avec accès simple. Les suites sont très bien équipées. Problème avec la douche au niveau de l’alimentation en eau chaude très aléatoire et très peu de pression, à surveiller.

• Enrico (10/5): Ottima struttura e bei appartamenti. - Appuntamento molto bello e completo di tutto. Buona la colazione e a buon prezzo 9€ a persona. Posizione vicina ai centri commerciali e a pochi minuti a piedi da' centro di APT. Magari una macchina Nespresso per il caffè ci potrebbe stare.

• Candice (5/5): Vraiment moyen - L'appartement est plutôt bien placé Le lit et les draps ne sont pas dingues. Oreillers inconfortable et clairement sans couette on s'est pelé... Manque de petits sacs sanitaires aux WC + planche WC cassés. Pas d'eau chaude sans avoir été prévenu sans dédommagement.

• anne (10/5): Parfait pour un court séjour dans la région - L’emplacement est parfait pour les occasions de réunions familiales. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent pour la région. L’établissement accueille les chiens. La station de charge Qovoltis est juste en dessous de l’appartement où nous séjournons habituellement. Le lieu et le logement est insonorisé. Les places de parking « station de charge Qovoltis » sont malheureusement squattées par des voitures non électriques sans restriction. Or c’est une station publique ouverte 24/24 7/7 pour tout véhicule électrique client ou non de l’hôtel. Nous avons signalé cela à l’accueil et surtout à Qovoltis.

• Andrea (7/5): Buon albergo - La dimensione della stanza, la posizione vicina al centro di Apt, un piccolo spazio per cucinare Il wc era alla francese, separato dal bagno. Tuttavia, in entrambi la ventola non funzionava. Una delle due tende oscuranti era rotta e non si chiudeva completamente. Il pannello di plastica della vasca da bagno era troppo corto e così l'acqua esce facilmente durante la doccia. Il parcheggio era a pagamento, ma non ci é stato rilasciato alcun codice di accesso e sembrava che chiunque potesse parcheggiare.

• rene (9/5): Bon séjour. - Établissement sympa. Rapport qualité prix très bon. C’est dommage que le mobilier et la décoration sont un désuets.
• Christian (8/5): Spacieux et confortable - Appartement spacieux, belle salle de bain, bonne literie grand lit, calme. Bonne réactivité du personnel pour réparer la pomme de douche cassée. Absence de cafetière (au moins à filtres puisque les nespresso sont réservées à la gamme supérieure). Le parking privé a 8€ par jour est cher alors qu’il n’est pas fermé.

• Roberto (8/5): Soggiorno di una notte per spostamento, ottima soluzione che garantisce pulizia e confort al giusto prezzo. - Accoglienza, pulizia e buon rapporto qualitá prezzo. Ottimo il posto auto anche al coperto ma con maggiorazione. La maggiorazione per il posto auto e per il nostro cane la ritengo eccessiva.in rapporto al costo della camera.
• Lucia (5/5): - Letto comodo, tripla finestra, appartamento spazioso, posti auto interni, molti al coperto, posizione strategica Scarsa pulizia generale della zona appartamenti, odore sgradevole appena entrati nell' appartamento, assenza di personale alla reception degli appartamenti, rumore traffico nell' appartamento nonostante il terzo piano essendo ad uno snodo; siamo stati svegliati dal camion fermo sotto la finestra, con motore acceso, dalle 7 alle 7,30, intento a caricare biancheria della struttura da lavare; freezer pieno di ghiaccio, doccia senza tenda, scarico wc difettoso. Il personale alla reception parlava solo francese

Ménage à voir et lorsqu’on vient avec un chien le ménage devrait être fait tous les jours et non à la demande

Vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse ou à l'intérieur. Il est conforme au prix. Parking parfait et des bornes de recharge sont à disposition.
• Riccardo (7/5): Buono ma con alcuni accorgimenti sarebbe meglio - Letto comodo, aria condizionata, ottima posizione, personale molto gentile e disponibile Il divano e le tende non erano pulite, c'erano alcune macchie sui muri e la ventola della stanza con il wc non funzionava. Mancavano inoltre detersivi e spugne per pulire le stoviglie e la cucina (la mancata pulizia comporta un addebito di 50 euro).

• GEORGIA (8/5): - These apartments are much older than they look in the picture. They are large with kitchenette but no coffee machine just kettle and coffee sachet. The bathroom is big and good shower. The air conditioning is pre-set so you can’t change the temperature. If you open the window you get loads of road noise. Great bicycle storage and very friendly staff who communicate very well.

• Iva (7/5): - kryté parkování, součástí pokoje vybavená kuchyňka Nedostatečné informace o doplácené snídani. Hotel je čtyřhvězdičkový (nejspíš jen proto, že je součástí malá kuchyňka), ale snídaně je podávaná ve vedlejším hotelu dvojhvězdičkovém a odpovídá této kategorii, je hodně skromná. O tomto není nikde žádná informace. Čtyřhvězdičkový hotel nemá vlastní recepci a neposkytuje prezentované služby. Byli jsme ubytováni na 4 noci a za celou dobu nejen, že nebyl ani jednou proveden úklid, ale nebyl ani vynesen odpadkový koš. Před vypnutou lednicí byla velká louže vody. Úklid vůbec neodpovídá kategorii hotelu, při delším pobytu vlastně není žádný. V čase, od kterého měla být podávána snídaně, nebylo v místě ještě téměř nic, trvalo půl hodiny, než byla snídaně připravená. Cena odpovídá kategorii hotelu, ovšem poskytnutým službám neodpovídá vůbec
