• Cesar (10/5): Would be delighted to return next year. - Plenty of space for people to keep their distance from other guests. Clean and with very good choices of food. We went for half board and very happy and excited each time to go to the dining room. The water pressure and temperature was spot on all the time. The room was spacious and clean, wish we had a double bed though. A small area here and there needed pressure washing to remove algae and dirt.

• Marco (9/5): Toller Preis für tolle Lage mit kleinen Problemchen - Super Lage, toller Blick vom Balkon aus und schöner Poolbereich mit nettem Personal. Alles gut gepflegt. Zimmer war sehr groß, was mit Kind natürlich top war. Kaffe, Brot und Belag mit hoher Qualität. Treppen zum Pool ohne Aufzug für Menschen mit Mobilitätsproblemen oder Kinderwagen eher schlecht. Weg aussen rum über Nachbaranlage zu weit. Bei den Eierspeisen hat man gemerkt, dass diese keine hohe Qualität hatten. Auch die Würste waren eher schlechte Qualität. Das Doppelbett zieht sich nachts auseinander, was mit Kleinkind im Bett nen bissi doof ist. Relativ wenig Stauraum.

• Nataliia (9/5): Абсолютно чудовий готель на витрачені кошти - Нам всім (5 людей різного віку) дуже сподобався відпочинок в готелі. Ідеальне місцерозташування. Від аеропорту 30 хв на авто, до моря 3-5 хв. Поруч безліч магазинів, банкоматів (якщо треба готівка) та ресторанів. Але немає галасу від нічного життя абсолютно. Тихо і спокійно. Іноді було чути радісні вигуки людей ввечері з мінігольфу, який поруч. Але це було навіть цікаво. Так ми знайшли розваги для нас. Ми залюбки пограли в гольф теж і отримали задоволення. В готелі абсолютно всі зручності, які нам були потрібні. Чайник з чашками та праску можна взяти на рецепції за 10euro за весь час перебування. Маму, у якої хворі ноги, посилили на тому поверсі, де майже немає сходів. Дякую за це. Нам додали ліжко для дитини і рушники, тому розміщення в 3-х теж було дуже комфортним. Дякуємо Pavlin за турботу про нас під час пізнього заїзду. Навіть той момент, що над нами був ресторан і зранку з 7:30 починали рухати стільцями гості готелю під час сніданку, нам зовсім не заважав. Бо в цей час ми вже прокидалися. Та це може бути не комфортно тим, хто приїхав поспати. Попросіть заздалегідь не селити вас на цьому поверсі під рестораном. Прибирання щодня, дуже чисто скрізь, душ прекрасний. Балкон ідеальний, великий, вид на басейн і на море одночасно. В готелі можна пограти в більярд, настільний теніс, настільні ігри, подивитися футбол в холі. Сніданки та вечері прекрасні. Різноманітні, смачні страви, обслуговування прекрасне. Окрема подяка офіціантам в ресторані, завжди в гарному настрої, швидкі, приємні, гарні люди. Ми арендували авто прямо в готелі і це був чудовий досвід теж. Нам пригнали авто в зазначений час, підписали договір, видали ключі і ми поїхали дивитися красу острова. А при виселенні можна безкоштовно залишити свої валізи в спеціальній кімнаті та прийняти душ перед вильотом, при потребі. Дуже все було комфортно. Єдиним моментом, який би я покращила - додати кілька бутилок води в номер. Навіть за оплату, якщо бюджет не дозволяє включити. Це було б прекрасно. Це єдине, що нам додало турбот, шукаючи де купити води.
• Morten (10/5): Glimrende value for money - Hotel Casablanca er et fantastisk hotel, hvor du får enormt meget værdi for pengene. Personalet var utroligt søde, morgenmaden var rigtig god og der var super rent, både på værelser og i fællesområder. Der var rengøring på værelset hver dag. Vil klart anbefale at booke her. Dejlig strand i nærheden og flere udmærkede restauranter i gåafstand. Der kunne være en smule flere pescetariske muligheder ved morgenmaden fx noget fisk eller nogle flere stegte/bagte grøntsager, men alt i alt var der et rigtig fint udvalg.

• Sofia (10/5): Santa Ponsa är en mycket trevlig ort och hotel Casa Blanca kan vi absolut rekommendera. - Mycket trevligt och prisvärt hotell med en glad och gästvänlig personal. Fick uppgraderat till seaview😊 God frukost med varierande utbud. Nära till strand, restauranger och shopping men ändå relativt lugnt och avskilt läge. Sköna sängar och välstädade rum. Aningen lyhört.

All staff we met , cleaners to receptionists and cooks and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Most spoke several languages which helps a lot. The hotel is on a steep hill and there are a lot of steps. This wouldnt put us off going again but you need to be prepared for this .

• Catherine (10/5): Immaculate hotel - We returned to Hotel Casablanca after a great stay there last year. Hotel is in a quiet area but yet only a ten minute walk up to the strip. Hotel is immaculately clean and staff are always friendly. Whilst not a problem for ourselves there are quite a few steps down to the pool area. This could be inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues because the lift doesn’t go down to the pool area.

Розташування сподобалось, готель і територія навколо дуже сподобалась, персонал дуже приємний, їжа теж була смачна, але по суті сніданки завжди однакові були і хотілось, щоб більше було морських продуктів 😊 Дуже було дивно, що коли інколи я з дітьми вечеряла в готелі і оплачувала за неї, простої питної води не можна було попросити… це великий мінус на мою думку…

También el trato con el personal Nuestra habitación estaba situada debajo del restaurante y desde las 7:30 era imposible dormir por el ruido del movimiento de sillas y mesas que se transladaba a la habitación. También fue un inconveniente para nosotros que la hora de la cena terminara a las 21 horas.

• Melanie (9/5): Je recommande +++ - L’hôtel est très bien situé à quelque pas de la plage, des commerces et restaurants et à seulement 20min de la superbe ville de Palma , Nous avons d’ailleurs beaucoup apprécié la vue sur la piscine et la mer du balcon de la chambre! Il est également très facile de se garer à proximité gratuitement. Le personnel est adorable et disponible 24/24h. Nous avons également adore la piscine et le fait de pouvoir toujours trouver des transats disponibles pour s’y reposer. Pour finir, le petit déjeuner est varié et il est agréable de pouvoir en profiter sur la terrasse prévue. Un hôtel à taille humaine avec de belles prestations que je recommande vivement ! Les seuls points qui pourraient être améliorés seraient d avoir un lit double plutôt que deux lits simples (pour la chambre que nous avons occupée) et les horaires d ouverture de la piscine.. il est vrai qu elle ferme un peu tôt (vers 18h) nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir en profiter le soir en rentrant de nos visites… cependant la plage de sable et eau claire de la ville est à seulement 5min à pied (même s’il faut compter au min 50min pour découvrir les plus belles plages, plus à l est de l île selon les guides)

• G (10/5): Nice and cosy hotel , close to the beach and the centre of santa ponsa - Great hotel, 5min walk from Santa Ponsa beach , great food and stuff. We arrived before midnight at the hotel SO we Were late for the supper - I informed the hotel earlier and the super kind receptionist took care of us so we Werent hungry at night 🤗 the same with breakfast as we departured early in the morning. We had a room with a big terrace overlooking the pool. It was ok and comfortablr. The hotel is very close to the beach and santa ponsa center. A bit noisy room in the morning as it was under the restaurant - we could hear the tabele and chair moving but actually it wasnt a problem for us in

• Ricky (2/5): Comfortable but annoying. - It’s nice and clean and a lovely hotel staff are nice. My room was below the restaurant. I was woken up at 7am with the noise of furniture being dragged across the floor and it went on for hours. I have videos of the noise but I can only upload pictures. The pool is too small for the amount of guests staying and every sunbed was taken up with towels but no one was using them…
• Lena (7/5): Hotellet er helt fint, dog med meget begrænset havudsigt. Morgenmaden er perfekt og dejligt at sidde ude på terrassen og - Meget rent på værelser og hele området Værelset var fint men dårlig beliggenhed. Fik at vide at når vi havde bestilt gennem Booking.com kunne vi ikke forvente at få de bedste værelser, de blev givet til gæster der havde bestilt direkte på hotellets hjemmeside, så måske er det hvad jeg skal gøre næste gang?

• Rachel (8/5): For a short break it’s worth it - Location fab for going to Port Adriano for dinner or concerts Food is FABULOUS From a couples point of view a lot of children ! Pool bar limited in soft non fizzy drinks Didn’t expect to pay to rent a towel by the pool !!!
• Alison (8/5): Enjoyable and restful stay in beautiful surroundings. - This is a lovely, traditional, hotel in a superb location in Santa Ponsa. The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Our room with side sea view was very comfortable- good pillows with bed coverings appropriate to the high temperatures being experienced. We very much enjoyed our short break and look forward to returning.
• Claire (10/5): Loved it. Would definitely go back. - a classic hotel with a mix of old and new style. A real traditional family-ran hotel with personal touches. Lovely staff. A short walk from the beach. Great facilities.
