• Rumiana (9/5): - Малка, компактна стая. Много удобно легло. Чисто. Прозорците в стаята не се отварят. При резервацията през Booking.com бях посочила двойна стая, като при възможност предпочитах две отделни легла. На рецепцията обаче ми беше поискана допълнителна сума за стая с отделни легла, въпреки че при резервацията през платформата не беше упоменато подобно условие.

• Rory (1/5): Very disappointing with how they handled our friends room move. - The hotel was a good location and most of the rooms were a good standard. We went as part of a trip to celebrate a friends birthday and the friend we booked the trip for had a double room originally to give him more space. Mid way through the stay (at 4am Sunday morning) he was told he had to leave the room as there was a power failure and they had no technician to fix it. He was then put in a much smaller single room which had very little storage and a much smaller bed. He was not offered any compensation for this at all when we asked at checkout either.

• Susanna (8/5): Lämmin suositus! - Kodikas ja pieni hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Hyvä aamiainen jossa oli Puolalaista vivahdetta. Huoneet raikkaat ja melu ei kuulunut huoneisiin lainkaan. Sijainti oli hyvä. Oli helppoa lähteä kiertelemään paikkoja ja ruokapaikkojakin oli hyvin saatavilla lähietäisyydellä. Ruuan tilaaminen hotellilla oli mahdotonta, vaikka olimme ainoat asiakkaat niin tarjoilu ei pelannut.

• Paola (7/5): L’hotel ha buon potenziale ma poco attenzione ai dettagli, si può fare meglio - Personale giovane e gentile, arrivati di mattina presto ci hanno offerto la colazione. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima per muoverti anche a piedi nelle varie zone di Cracovia, massimo 10/15 minuti. Vicinanza dei mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere la stazione dei treni, bus e aeroporto. Non mi è piaciuta la moquette, sapevo che c’era, ma ritengo non fosse molto pulita e la doccia del bagno che perdeva acqua, allagando tutto. L’ho fatto presente ma nessuno è intervenuto! Non mi è piaciuto che proprio sotto la camera, nella zona esterna del bar/ristorante si organizzino degli eventi con musica durante il tardo pomeriggio, momento in cui rientri dalla giornata e vorresti rilassarti un po’. Non mi è piaciuta la reception posta proprio accanto al buffet della colazione, senza nessuno schermo o riparo per il cibo esposto…transitano diverse persone; l’ho trovato di pessimo gusto e per nulla igienico.

• Hockley (8/5): - The hotel itself is lovely and very modern. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. It's extremely clean and the beds were super comfy! There was a good selection for breakfast however, it doesnt get refreshed all that frequently so if you go late, you may be disappointed. Other than that, id highly recommend this hotel. It's perfect location, 10/15 minute walk from the old town and 10 minute walk from Warwel castle! The rooms are rather small, even the next size up from the comfortable double and we had issues with our tv. Unfortunately when we used Netflix of amazon prime, it would buffer and not play properly. We only wanted the tv of an evening when we wanted to relaxed after being out all day. Excursions start very early so we were ready for bed in the evenings 😅
• ruth (6/5): - El suelo radiante del baño, la ducha que era amplia y que está ubicado en un callejón tranquilo y sin ruido. Al llegar nos ofrecieron una habitación superior con un coste, hasta ahí todo correcto si no fuera porque la forma de ofrecerlo fue advirtiéndonos de que la habitación elegida no era buena. Dado que ya íbamos a pagar 105€/noche, consideramos que era suficiente para un hotel situado a 15min del casco antiguo y lo rechazamos. Al llegar a la habitación, nos llamó la atención la falta de elementos básicos. No había perchero para chaquetas/abrigos/bolsos, en el mini armario (ocupado por otros elementos como tabla y plancha, hervidor eléctrico, caja fuerte, etc.) solo había 4 perchas para chaquetas (imposible colgar pantalones). Para nuestras sorpresa, el baño parecía adaptado para niñ@s.Con un taza de pequeño diámetro y una encimera que literalmente nos llegaba por encima de la rodilla. Se ofrece carta de almohadas pero cuando se solicitan, no hay muestras para elegir ni disponibilidad, te traen lo que haya y si te encaja bien y sino a pedir otra y que el azar acierte. La cortina opaca deja un tramo sin cubrir por el que a las 7 de la.mañana la habitación se inundaba de luz, despertándonos irremediablemente. En resumen, no nos pareció en absoluto una estancia ni una habitación acorde al precio ni a la categoría del hotel.

• Gregorio (10/5): descanso top y sobredosis de dumplings - Habitación limpia, cama muy cómoda. El lugar es muy tranquilo y silencioso, con lo que puedes descansar bien después de un día ajetreado. El desayuno bastante completo. Cuidado si pedís dumplings para cenar en el restaurante. Nuestro camarero no dominaba bien el inglés, ni el sentido común. Queríamos probarlos y pedimos 7, uno para cada uno. Nos sirvieron 11 platos con 7 dumplings cada uno. En total 77… 🤣🤣.

• Aliza (9/5): מלון מומלץ - הצוות היה אדיב, ארוחת בוקר טובה, מיקום היה טוב. קיבלנו בלילה הראשון חדר פינתי, קטן ומקלחת צפופה, לאחר בקשה הוחלף לנו החדר להרבה יותר טוב, הכריות במיטות הנוחות נוראיות.

• M.jose (8/5): El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y mucha tranquilidad le falta idioma español - El hotel muy céntrico y equipado..con todo lo necesario y comodo ..agua..café y té en la habitación..q no faltaba nunca y sin cobro ningúno.. aunque en los con las tasas q pagas adicional al país ya lo pagas bien pagado . El personal tenía q estar preparado ..para hablar Español que no tenían ni idea y no me parece justo que vengan aquí a España y nosotros les facilitamos ,idioma..cartas en todos los idiomas y muchas cosas más que cuando viajas al extranjero y no cobramos tasas del país ahi te das cuenta que aquí lo tienen muy fácil .

• Explore244004 (10/5): Perfect 👌 - Checked out of here this morning after staying 3 nights, room was lovely and bed was so comfortable. It's positioned in a kind of cul-de-sac so very quite, good position and 15 minute walk to old town and 7/8 minute to Wavel Castle. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

We had paid for bed and breakfast but our return flight was changed by Ryan Air and we had to leave before the breakfast started on the last day but the hotel gave us a lunch bag to take away. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the hotel but there was no vibe in the bar at night so we didn’t have a drink there

My husband left his watch in the room on the day of check out. We rang the hotel desk and they got it for him and kept it safe until we picked it up later that day which we really appreciated. • Rafał (9/5): Warto tam być. Obsługa 10/10. Więc polecam. - Lokalizacja Oferta śniadaniowa kiepska. . Poza tym skoro śniadanie jest serwowane do 10.30 to to 10.30 powinny być dostępne wszystkie produkty. Szkoda że o 10.00 nie było już między innymi : parówek, jajek na twardo, sałatki i innych potraw. Na pytanie kelnera : czy jeszcze będą, lub czy przygotuję jajecznicę usłyszałem - że zapyta kucharza. Trochę mało profesjonalne. Warto o to zadbać.
