Excelente relación precio- calidad, esperábamos menos. Personal poco informado sobre playas y otras recomendaciones (no conocen la playa a 5 minutos). Desayuno muy básico.

Lo curioso es que te dejan poco y si por alguna razón no puedes bajar por ella pues ya te quedaste sin ellos un ejemplo es el papel de baño.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. We asked for a balcony both times that we were there this winter and told that we would have one the second time that we were there but it didn’t happen.

It has a pool upstairs, not enough lounge chairs, people leave their towels on lounge chairs all day. There is no attendant. Overall is okay if you are on a budget and need to stay there.

The pool itself was good for wading, but not deep or large enough for swimming. The breakfast was good. The facilities were very clean. Our first room was very undesirable, room one on the ground floor. The breakfast nook was immediately outside the door. The hostess had a chair stationed by our door hinges and the guests were blocking our room exit at times. Breakfast rules were glued to our frosted window. Door had a 1/4 inch gap at the side unless closed perfectly by lifting and bolting. The assistance from the evening reception desk was underwhelming. The Mar Elena should not even rent out Room 1 on the ground floor imho. In the end we paid 400mx to get a different room for our last two nights. GUESTS, I highly suggest you confirm your room is not on the ground floor when you book.

• Doug (3/5): Abismal - It is obvious that one books through your booking agency that a person can expect to be put in the worst room in the hotel. I was put in a room that basically was the same size as a broom closet. The staff was fine. There was no water in the room. There were no blankets on the bed, one sheet and to tell you the truth, I will book through the hotel the next time you may have saved me a little bit of money, but the room we were in was absolutely awful. See above I think that booking through your agency assures you of a half decent price but the rooms that are reserved are sub standard one sheet in the bed. The room was in an obscure part of the hotel. The hotel had suites and very nice rooms that we looked at online and they interested us but let me tell you for sure we did not stay in one of those rooms. I am going to second guest booking with your booking service in the future. I think it is probably better that we contact the hotel and do our business with them directly. You should be aware that they do not reserve decent rooms for you.

• Audrey (3/5): The place is located on a busy road and is very noisy. - The pool was good and there were some shops around the hotel that were nice. The room I booked was not available. I requested 2 beds with balcony and was given 1 bed and no balcony. We had to get 2 different rooms and only 1 had a balcony. The balcony room was facing the busy street (highway) and was very, very noisy. I would not recommend this place.

Didn’t get what we were promised by Bookings.com & had to change rooms, but then didn’t get an apt type room, which was in our booking. Breakfast was nothing to rave about . Some staff seem a bit less friendly than others. Wasn’t overall impressed with facility.
• Hale (10/5): Very clean and accomadating. - Beautiful lakeviewpointe and quiet as it’s at the end of the road and has a GORGEOUS pool always maintained. The only complaint I had was I should have thought of asking for bottom floor as my companion and I are disabled so the stairs was a problem but once you are up there it’s honestly a place of serenity and the ocean is beautiful.

COMENTARIO ADICIONAL: Estuvimos el 21-22-23 y 24 de febrero, fechas con alta inseguridad en P.Vallarta por el tema de la muerte del traficante "el Mencho". No pudimos salir del hotel y nos ofrecieron un refrigerio por la tarde, con lo poco que ellos tenían y los turistas (por meses) de las suites, quienes tenían merado, nos ofrecieron una pequeña comida para colaborar. Mil y mil gracias a ellos y al hotel por organizar estas ayudas. El lunes 23 pudimos salir en forma rápida a buscar alimentos en supermecado o farmacias cercana, los únicos que abrieron para solventar la situación.

The rooftop pool is beautiful with a great mountain and city view ! The only thing I would say is that it would have been great to have a small fridge in the room .

• Yenitza (3/5): Hospedarce solo de emergencia - El WIFi no era fácil de conectar, las TV no servían, no había programación en las TV, pedi cuarto para 4 personas, era grande el cuarto pero solo una cama, no cabiamos los 2 adultos y 2 niños no había otra manera de dormir puesto que los sofas eran de piedra. El desayuno pésimo. El otro cuarto para mis papas de la tercera edad no servia la puerta, no servia la TV. La distancia del hotel al centro eran aprox. 15 min en camion.

• Liam (7/5): It’s a value friendly, central place to stay. You get what you pay for and the staff are incredibly friendly and pleasan - I liked the central location, the AC, and the facilities available on site. The staff are very friendly (Alex is 10/10), and the beds were fairly comfortable. It’s easy to cab anywhere from here especially using Uber, it costs only about 60mx to get to the markets in 5 de Deciembre and 160mx to the airport. They forgot to stock our room with towels and toiletries, the fixtures are also fairly dated and we found a few things broken already before we had gotten the room. For example the power outlets, lamp, and the closet door. The walls are very thin as well, our neighbours were out pretty late and we could hear them coming and going all night. The ambulance depot is also close by and you can hear them coming and going as well all day and all night.
• Romina (1/5): - La ubicación del hotel y que la avenida esta cerca. No te realizan la limpieza, las toallas sucias y viejas. Solo una vez te quieren dar articulos de limpieza personal. La atención del personal es pésima. El desayuno es muy poco, para el precio que cobran.
• Milton Carlos (10/5): Un hotel con instalaciones limpias y buena atención por parte del personal. - Excelente atención del personal, instalaciones limpias, el funcionamiento de la habitación estaba en excelente estado, camas cómodas, agua caliente, desayuno cumple. Me volvería a quedar en el hotel sin problema. Variedad en el desayuno.

• Interiores (10/5): Agradable - El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación para todo. Las instalaciones son buenas, agradables y limpias. El desayuno es continental, sencillo pero rico. Todo bien!! Seguro volvería a hospedarme.

• JUAN CARLOS (7/5): Práctico y cómodo - Muy limpia la habitación, la piscina y las instalaciones en general, excelente relación calidad precio, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia corta de una o dos noches El desayuno no es nada bueno, mucho q mejorar y una de las habitaciones no le funcionaba bien el a/c, era bastante antiguo.
