It was clean enough, but owner needs to make some improvements Caulking around bathtub was in bad shape and dirty, toilet wasn’t flushing properly, and bathroom sink drained so slow that we had to brush our teeth in bathtub, only after we sanitized it. There was no coffee in the room or reception area. We had to walk a few blocks every morning just to get a cup of coffee. I don’t recommend staying in Dennis Port as we spend a lot of time on buses, and lots of money on Uber. Office closing time posted as 9pm, but usually closed well before that. It was not a welcoming atmosphere.

- Victor (2/5): - The woman who did her her best to keep it clean had limited opportunity because of the pre existing worn out beat up environment. Out first night the mattress s slid off the boxspring and had holes in the mattress. The floor was filthy. The bathroom needed grouting and the bathtub could not be used unless one worr some sort of flip flop or water shoe on their feet.. The clientel was invasive and less than desirable, cooking tight outside their door and camping with groups of no less than 5 to 8 at a time. Cars were in and out of the parking lot at all hours leading one to believe there was some sort of suspicious activity going on. We didn't step outside to see what that activity could be but it was more than noticeable. Finally our last night there i had enough- Before retiring I went into their office and advised who I assume was the manager since I'd never seen her before, that we were planning on an early start. And we'd appreciate it if there weren't people camping outside our door all night and making as much noise as they had been making until well past midnight. Her response was, why didn't you let me know and I said I didn't have their phone number. Expedia misrepresented this site and should be ashamed of themselves for even thinking that this is any level of clean or quality or indicative of what a cape stay should be. Never had an experience like that and hope we never do again.

- Heather (8/5): Review based on customer service - I actually never stayed because I made an error in my reservations and booked too different places for the same trip. I can not give 5 stars since i never stayed or say the property but Chris was very helpful and communicated with me well to resolve the problem and was fair enough to only charge me for one day since I didn’t cancel until 9pm on the night I was supposed to check in. Customer service was great .

- Michael (6/5): - You get what you pay for. This place is certainly no frills, but gets the job done. I stayed on the 2nd floor for 3 nights and it is clean and everything in the room worked. The bed was comfortable enough. It was quiet. The area was safe. The pool looked nice and clean and clear. I saw it getting cleaned and filled several times. On the down side, once the office closes, good luck getting in touch with someone in case of an emergency. The wi-fi also sucked. I could only pick it up with 1 bar if I sat next to the window. Also, do not be fooled by the picture of the kitchenette. It is not in most rooms. In the end, it was a great deal for the high season, but don't expect anything fancy for the price you pay.
- Jesse (10/5): Conviently located and affordable-will be back - This was a great visit. The motel was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The beds were comfortable for a five night stay. The pool was refreshing. The towels, light toiletries and trash were removed and replaced daily. They offer DirectTV and Fire Stick. Parking feels a little tight but available. There is a mini golf and ice cream shop across the street. The area is walkable, we walked a little over a mile to the local coffee shop and seafood spot.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not What Was Expected - Upon checking in a less than pleasant person checked us in. After unpacking I wanted to wash my hands to discover no hand soap. Thinking it was forgotten I went back to the office to once again converse with the less than pleasant attendant. We don't have soap! You get body wash and shampoo - no soap. Also no coffee, coffeepot, tissues, no making your bed and why should they bother to sweep the floor between guests. We may return to the area, but NOT TO THE OCEANSIDE MOTEL (Which by the way is 4 miles from the oceanside)

We would sleep in our car before we slept in that room! We left and found another room 5 miles down the road that is clean, well lit, nice bedding, big bathroom with clean bathtub, nice towels. Fridge, coffee maker, microwave. We will not be so quick to trust expedia again!

- Thomas (8/5): - It was easy to find and easy to get to, the bright blue color stands out, so you can't miss it. The doors were a little sticky and hard to open or close. I didn't use the pool much, but I noticed that it wasn't used a lot. Also. your rooms could use some coffee mugs. We brought our own coffee-maker for coffee and didn't find and mugs. The pillows were a little hard and it was somewhat hard to get comfortable.
- Doug (6/5): - Perhaps what we liked most was the Seven Seas Breakfast just down the street. And what we disliked the most was, despite advertising of high-speed WIFI, there was no usable WIFI. There was also no electrical outlets in the bathroom, no clock, no coffee maker and generally few outlets overall. However the bed was fine and the bathroom was clean and the TV worked.

There appeared to be folks living at the facility and some were working on a truck in the parking lot…the room was sparsely furnished with a small table, a folding chair and a small lamp. Not very comfortable after a long drive. The facility was not in very good condition.

- Kat (6/5): Shabby - This was for Memorial Day, and I just needed simple accommodations for sleep. The size of the room was good, and the air conditioner was new. Also, the windows opened, which was good, as the room had a tremendously strong chemical smell from whatever was used to clean. But it wasn’t clean, it just smelled like trying to mask the mildewy smell. Furnishings were very shabby snd the bed was extremely old, creaky and uncomfortable. The front office was a clear indication of what the rooms were like, but due to the holiday, it was impossible to find anything else.

I couldn't check in until late and the person was great about letting me know how to get the key to the room from a lockbox outside of the then-closed office. The only bad part was a neighbor who sounded like they were moving furniture for two straight hours from 1 to 3 in the morning. But it's not the motel's fault.

The floors were filthy and the room freshener smell was so strong, we had to unplug the2 fresheners and open the room doors just to be able to stay in the room. Otherwise, nice, inexpensive motel.
- Alfredo (6/5): Mediocre - I understand when the buildings are old and it’s not bad for what I paid but there was a few things I wasn’t happy about it; the most important was the AC vent was nasty, black mold all over inside the vents, the floor was dirty, and the door lash was broken.
