The floor of the pet friendly room was filthy as if it hadn't been washed anytime recently. The staff however was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also great with restaurants nearby and ocean a short 2 mi ate walk.

Cleaners efficient and very courteous. Overall great facility definitely coming back thanks! Please reglaze tubs and provide chairs on balcony.

Room seemed unprepared when we arrived. There wasn’t even soap to wash our hands with, we had to buy some. Hall was dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed in several days. Room was too hot.

Never mind the fact that we arrived to the hotel to check in and the hotel didn’t have our reservation even though I received TWO email confirmations. We drove 4 hours with 4 young children and are told we’re sorry there must be a glitch in the system. The manager was less than helpful and actually acted quite indifferent and unhelpful. They had one room left that they put us in even though it wasn’t the room I type I booked. FYI never trust booking.com and always call the actual hotel to make sure they received your reservation. Don’t be like us and learn the hard way! The hotel is dirty. Everything needs majorly cleaned and refreshed. The pool area leaves a lot to be desired. The door to the pool doesn’t shut so it stays 3/4 open all the time. The pool area is depressing. None of the ice machines work except one on the 4th floor so you have to go on a goose hunt to find ice. We needed linens for the pull out sofa but they couldn’t bring them to our room. We had to go to the desk. The rooms are gross. Floors are not clean. My kids feet were black. We stayed at this exact hotel 3 summers ago and it was nice hence why we came back. It went downhill fast and is nothing like it was then. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent to stay there!

Fitness center was well below average with no towels, not clean, and cable weight machines were missing the handles and other attachments to use it properly. Breakfast area was not clean.

They tell me in the lobby office to look up on the street. That is not correct. I do not pay for a hotel. To sleep or park in the street was very angry and very annoying, very uncomfortable, and they just laughed and made fun of when I told them where my parking lot is. That is severely uncomfortable and incorrect, I have my whole family, many minor children, and it was a very uncomfortable room. Where they said they could accommodate us all comfortably and it was everything. The opposite. And then in the morning. Breakfast, do I not mention it? I only got this hotel because it was pet friendly and hotels were limited for July 4th weekend The floor was dirty and everything look disgusting and rusted. I asked for someone to come clean the floors but they didn’t have anyone and I the guest had to clean the floor and no one ever followed up with me. Front desk said because they were renovating rooms but how can you give me a room all dusted when I have kids. I asked for discount and was told they would remove my pet fee to compensate the mess and because I had to clean my own room but they still charged me. • R7470VDlisac (10/5): Staffing was attentive! - My staff was excellent and the general management was very attentive. Recommend 10 out of 10. Don't hesitate to book and enjoy the breakfast and coffee.

• Martin (7/5): In short we enjoyed our stay as usual. - Breakfast was as good as usual, this is our 4th stay over the thanksgiving weekend! Ashley Foreman, the manager was great, we had issues with our first room, she changed our room with no problems, then gave us a night off which I'm waiting for booking.com the settle because I paid for the room 9 months in advance. The only other issue i had was some of the guests were not picking up after their dogs out on the designated area for dogs. Hate to loose this place because of that. • Veronica (9/5): - Decent breakfast and great location. Staff limitations. I felt for the staff that were working very hard and picking up the slack for a few others.

You cant even get it to stay connected to your devices. There's really no breakfast. Thankfully we were by restaurants. I'm not sure I'll visit again.

• sydneya560 (8/5): Good but cleanliness concerns - The staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was clean, though we did notice some hairs on the towels. The staff quickly replaced them with fresh ones, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we later saw mold in the ice maker, which may have contributed to us feeling a bit unwell. We also had to leave early and weren’t able to receive a refund through Booking.com, which we understand. Overall, great staff but a few cleanliness concerns.

• Rochelle (6/5): I can’t really say that I will just say again your establishment has so much potentiall. New Staff. - now, for real, the breakfast was awful. The eggs were disgusting. There was no cream cheese for the bagel. There was no fruit it was near a door that was very unclean with a bucket of mop and dirt. There was no Frigidaire for the yogurt you had no boiled eggs. It was just like very improper to serve that for breakfast. It takes away from your beautiful face. You have there of your building your business I’m saying. The coffee filter could’ve been dumped before I got there. It looked like it was malted. There was no dish liquid. There was no dish towel. It just wasn’t so welcoming the vanity. The towels were few and the tub was dingy.
• Erika (8/5): Ashley made our stay wonderful. Would definitely go back. - The price and location were good for the Ocean City running festival marathon. Ashley P at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal with helping me figure out the HVAC and having a fan for me to borrow. She gave us a later than usual checkout to accommodate us because of the marathon. She checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Top-notch customer service! The beds were super comfy as well. The water pressure wasn’t the greatest. The breakfast was not very good either. I guess the muffins and cereal were probably fine but those eggs… Not so much.

• Dawn (1/5): - Beware of 4th floor. BedBugs living in the clocks,lamps and phone. When I showed the Mangler Ashley. It fell on deaf ears. This place is a Dump. I had my room changed 3x cause of filth and the elevator OMG. IT just stayed DIRTY while I was there checked out early because of the BB. MY NECK WAS ALL BIT UP. I have pictures to prove it. Ewww this place is Gross. You get what you pay for at this hotel. The staff and the BedBugs
