• CHIH WEN (8/5): 這是一間很貼心的旅館，適合旅行中需要有家一樣感覺的旅客。 - 早餐很健康，我很喜歡，但我太太覺得還可以多一點變化。 服務很棒，會觀察旅客的需要主動提供協助，例如因為我們是輕裝旅行，需要洗衣物，旅館提供晾衣架供我們晾曬衣物。 員工遠遠的看到旅客回來，就順手把電梯按下來，不用讓我們等電梯。 很多貼心的小動作讓人家感覺到非常溫馨。 雙層玻璃隔音非常棒，完全不會聽到外面的聲音。 浴室跟廁所分開，而且玻璃很厚可以隔絕使用廁所時尷尬的聲音。 旅館的地板稍顯老舊，我知道木質地板不好維護，但是也因此可能會讓地板看起來稍顯陳舊。 房間內的燈光較暗，為了省電而設計的自動開關有時候會偵測不到人在那邊而熄滅。 洗澡水夠熱但稍嫌小了一點，沒有地方可以吊掛衣物或者毛巾，洗完澡必須出來穿衣服，而且浴室是不透明但會透光的毛玻璃，這些對於非親密伴侶來說，可能會有點困擾。

• Gianluca (9/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole in un'ottima posizione - L'hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla stazione metro di Seomyeon, il che rende facilissimo spostarsi a Busan. Il personale si è dimostrato valido e super disponibile, e una nota di merito va sicuramente all'host (il manager dell'hotel), davvero gentilissimo. La camera era un po' meno spaziosa di quanto mi aspettassi e la vista dalla finestra non era il massimo, ma per noi non è stato un grosso problema.

Needs more hooks for hanging towels and clothes. Did not want to use their indoor slippers. I just wore my socks.

Par contre il n y avait pas de matériel de cuisine ( assiette couvert alors que c était noté dans le descriptif .le matelas était très dur. Sinon c était calme propre . Le personnel était très sympa notamment la femme de chambre merci à elle. Le matelas trop dur.il faudrait un minimum de matériel de cuisine . Assiette couvert etc. Il n y avait aussi qu une chaise et la table peu opérationnelle.

• chiara (4/5): - La posizione Nonostante la reception offrisse il servizio di h 24, la sera alle 8 non si trovava più nessuno.il Soffione della doccia era ossidato e incrostato pesantemente: mai utilizzato! La ventola di areazione era piena di sporco polvere e ragnatele. Cornicione della doccia e delle finestre molto sporchi. Abbiamo chiesto di pulire ma invano. Phon non funzionante (e alla reception non c era nessuno per risolvere). Colazione solo coreana (andrebbe specificato). Mobilia vecchia e ammaccata. Luce completamente mancante in cucina. Se vi potesse interessare,il frigo funzionava. Sono basita dal fatto che booking possa consigliare con il pollice di approvazione, una struttura del genere. Non fosse stata consigliata o fosse stata un due stelle avrei potuto accettare di più le condizioni.

• Batsaikhan B (10/5): Perfect location, friendly staffs and comfortable - I did like its perfect location nearby metro Red line 1 and Green line 2 close to downtown and all bars, cafes, stores and malls. It was easy to find something required and to go anywhere from/to it. Additionally its staffs are so helpful, polite and easy to understand. Mostly breakfast was a little bit strange for me that was beyond my expectations but soon I have understood that was very traditionally.

Olumsuz sayabileceğim tek şey odada tek sandalye olmasıydı, bunun dışında gayet güzeldi.

• Stefan (9/5): Lovely 5 nights stay in Busan - I had a great 5 nights stay at Mumum. The location is perfect as it is so close to Seomyeon station. As I wanted to explore Busan this was great for me. The hotel staff are going out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and they seem to put a lot of effort into that. The lobby is a bit sparse but it is what it is.

Man kriegt es ins Zimmer geliefert. Es gibt keine Auswahlmöglichkeit. Also kein klassisches Buffet oder extra Raum zum Frühstücken. - Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert - Geringe Beleuchtung im Zimmer

Это первое место за мои 2 недели путешествия по Корее,где не было в номере: 1. Зубной пасты. 2. Полотенца для ног при выходе из душа. 3. Кондиционера для волос ( было 2 в 1, но я поздно увидела,так бы сходила купила,после мытья мои волосы были как солома,я не могла их расчесать). 4. Уделите больше внимания уборке. 5. Мне не понравилось,что я оставила на кровати свои вещи,пришла они валялись под телевизором. Я считаю,если вы их тронули,то будьте любезны красиво их положить. Цена на отель завышена. Персонал любезный.

• Nuralkhan (10/5): Советую данный отель. - Много пишут в комментариях про этот отель, я напишу свое личное мнение мы останавливались с 24.02.2026 по 27.02.2026 1. Место положение, рядом со станцией метро, можно добраться в любую сторону. 2. Просторный номер что редко встретишь в Корее, чисто уютно, все необходимое есть, туалетные принадлежности хорошего качества, бутелированная вода, холодильник, чайник и.т.д. 3. Завтрак приносят в номер очень вкусный каждый день разный. 4. Персонал самый лучший который я встречал, не один вопрос не оставят без внимания, очень понравилось делают все о чем попросишь или спросишь, вообщем персоналу отдельная благодарность, при выезде оставляют в номере сувенир на память. Вообщем с нашей стороны не каких замечании нет смело советуем.

• Maria Isabel (8/5): - El personal fue súper amable, nos resolvieron algunos problemas que tuvimos de inmediato y nos dejaron un pequeño obsequio de despedida. Además, te dejan el desayuno todas las mañanas a las 8 en tu habitación intentando molestar lo menos posible. La ubicación además era muy buena. Las instalaciones eran un poco antiguas.

• Botsi (9/5): Our stay was amazing, staff made us feel so welcome. - Location is good, close to resturants and metro / bus. Breakfast was amazing but wouldnt be your cup of tea if you dont like korean breakfast. Breakfast served too early in the room.

• 아름 (9/5): - 사장님이 진짜 친절하세요! 건물 연식은 있지만 관리가 잘 되어 있고, 시내 중심가인데도 소음 없이 조용해 푹 잤습니다. 아침을 거르는 편이라 조식은 취소했지만, 룸 배달 서비스와 퇴실 후 짐 보관을 해주시는 배려에서 부산의 따뜻한 정을 느꼈습니다. 이 가격대에 이 정도 위치와 서비스는 정말 흔치 않아요. 사장님 덕분에 부산 여행이 아주 편안했습니다. 가성비 여행 숙소로 추천해요! 별도로 없어요.

• 宜潔 (3/5): - 服務態度好 寒冷的韓國 ，地暖只有一點點、浴室更是寒風刺骨,晚上睡覺是沒有整晚地暖也沒有配備暖氣，只有必須提著需求才有一台暖風機，對於冬天怕冷的人不推薦。如果是其他季節，便宜方便～
• Ninea (9/5): Overall amazing stay, would recommend. - We stayed for a few days and it was great! The staff is amazing, especially the kind woman who welcomed us when we arrived (thank you!). The hotel's location is very convenient, close to several restaurants and metro stations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A really nice hotel! Will book again if I have the opportunity to come back to Busan. 감사합니다!

• Chaiyaboot (8/5): - Location is excellent. The staff at the front is nice and friendly. The breakfast is great, but its portion is minimal. The staff took a good care of our luggage after we checked out. Overall, I think this place is nice with a reasonable price. Cleanliness is slightly improved. I have a found a hair on my bed upon my arrival.

• Lowe (10/5): Very pleasant stay, made our Busan trip very comfortable. - Quite spacious room with clean facilities. Great location, easy to navigate and close to everything. Washing machine was convenient with a small fee for laundry detergent along with free a hanging rack. Room was always quite warm during our winter stay. Breakfast being delivered at 8am was quite punctual and convenient. The staff left us cute little notes when they provided the hanging rack after cleaning our room and also when leaving pocket warmers when the forecast was going to be colder than usual. They also provided a small pouch with biscuits for our departure with a nice note. Very thoughtful and nice. n/a
