- Michael (10/5): Top Hotel sehr zu empfehlen - Das Zimmer und die Lage war sehr gut besonders die barrierefreie Dusche war sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich jede Frage wird beantwortet. Die Lage des Hotels einwandfrei direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Wer hier was zu meckern hat sollte erst gar-nicht wegfahren.

Statt Teppiche wäre Fliese oder Holzboden besser, hygienischer. Die Matratzen sehr hart, aber das ist nur persönliche Meinung. Geruch in den Räumen abgestanden, alt. Musste man öfters lüften.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das Frühstück: Es war sehr gut, reichhaltig und bot eine tolle Auswahl – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Das gesamte Personal ist zudem ausgesprochen nett. Ein großes Dankeschön geht speziell an den Kellner, der ein kleines Problem sofort und extrem professionell gelöst hat. Er versteht es wirklich, dass der Gast im Mittelpunkt steht. Wegen solcher Mitarbeiter und dem tollen Gesamtpaket kommt man gerne wieder. Daumen hoch!“

Mobilar in die Jahre gekommen, da sollte man dran arbeiten. Parkplatz Möglichkeit im Hotel ja- wenn was frei. Ansonsten sieht es schlecht aus und sehr überteuert an der Straße. - Kristian (5/5): Not worth the price - Very well located and the additional breakfast was quite good. We were facing an inner court, so it was quite quiet at night. To begin with, we had a bad issue with the reception. We arrived with check in times and had to wait for about 15 min for someone to show up (we tried calling several times to their number, but they did not answer). We had to fetch someone from the catering service to find a person to come to reception. We thought this was not a good presentation. The hotel needs some urgent refurbishment. It is way too expensive for what it offers, the furniture is really worn out (see photos), no fridge in the room, the clothe hangers were wonky and very poor lighting in the shower. Our room smelled very well, but overall, there was a smell of tobacco in the corridors. We expected much higher standards for a Best Western hotel, so unless they adjust the price to what they are really offering, I don't think we'll ever consider coming back here.

- Bettina (7/5): Alles in allem recht zufriedenstellend - Das Frühstück ist unschlagbar. Riesen Auswahl, frisch und lecker und auf jeden Fall in einem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Raumgestaltung sehr schön maritim, gepflegt, hell und gemütlich Parken kann je nach Ankunftszeit schwierig werden. Alles digital, um mit einem Menschen sprechen zu können, muss man manchmal sehr lang warten. Unser Zimmer war laut Fotos ein super Zimmer, in Wirklichkeit aber eher ein kostenloses Downgrade (sehr klein, Bad veraltet, kein Oberlicht beim Betreten des Zimmers, man muss sich erst zum Bett vorarbeiten, im Dunklen etwas schwierig. Gardine hängt halb herunter). Das Zimmer hingegen unserer mitreisenden Verwandten war ein wunderschönes Apartment, sehr geräumig, tolles Bad, Bett in Strankorbform, sehr ansprechend und gemütlich, mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten für eine abendliche Spielerunde.

Das Frühstück ausreichend und schmackhaft. Toll empfanden wir den Kaffeeautomaten, der rund um die Uhr genutzt werden konnte. Bei 4 Nächten war keine Reinigung vor Ort. Abstand ist zu lang.
