Fufa (10/5): - Ik heb een geweldige ervaring gehad in dit hotel. Ik kreeg een gratis upgrade van een eenpersoonskamer naar een junior suite voor twee personen, wat een erg fijne verrassing was. De service was uitstekend en het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik voelde me echt welkom. Zeker een aanrader!

Dag (9/5): Absolutely great stay at Elilly - will come back when in Addis. - Reception desk service was friendly and efficient. Some of us had recurring problems activating key cards, but that was promptly fixed. Rooms were not close together as requested, but much larger and better than we expected. Breakfast was good and room cleaing was superb! The bar personell were also service-minded and professional. Can't think of anything. One minor thing; the location of the shower (hand-held) was a bit inconvenient.

Мне так же понравилось что отель бесплатно предоставил услугу ранний заезд. Персонал очень приветливый но при этом не навязчивый. Хотелось бы чтобы во время завтрака, предлагаемые соки были подписаны. Соки представлены разнообразно, однако без надписи не ясно из чего конкретный сок.

James (10/5): A spacious, very clean, comfortable bedroom, superb internet connection at a perfect location - The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable bed and if you are looking for hotel with a stable super fast Wi-Fi for teams or zoom calls then this is you hotel. Perfect location, great breakfast etc Also good length swimming pool, Sauna, steam room and gym. So if you are Addis for leisure or for business Elilly International is the perfect choice Less entertainment and news TV options in the room. Some American or European news and movie channels would be great too

Ulf (4/5): - A somewhat worn-down hotel. Pictures don't do justice to the experienced. Comfort and standards overall not to expectations
Alina Maria (6/5): Non raccomando. - L ascensore e il ristorante al decimo piano. Brava e gentile la ragazza che sistemava ogni giorno la stanza. I canali tv non di vedono. 4 canali disturbati. Inammissibile in una suite. In bagno non c era il bidet, non c era la presa elettrica, il porta asciugamani era staccato. Nella sala colazione era sempre un odore pesante NON invitante. Lo staff non salutava e non sorrideva MAI. Troppo rumore nella stanza(suite) nonostante fossimo al settimo piano. Una delle tende era staccata. Infississi non insonorizzati. Sembrava di essere al livello della strada. Zanzare nella stanza. Mancava la zanzariera non solo alle finestre, ma anche intorno al letto. Per il checkin hanno fatto aspettare mio marito 40 minuti. Su booking era scritto zona centro ma in realtà non lo era. Facendo i vari giri per vedere la città ci siamo resi conto che non eravamo centrali. Ho chiesto chiesto il shuttle per ore 22.00 e mi hanno chiamato alle 21 per scendere. Ho specificato che il mio orario era alle 22.00 e nonostante questo mi hanno richiamato alle 21.35 per dirmi che avevano uno shuttle in partenza per l aeroporto. Mi hanno disturbato 2 volte mette facevo la doccia e mi preparavo. Mi chiedo che senso ha avuto dare l orario se ogni mezz'ora mi proponevano di scendere. Cuscini duri . Tutti e 4 uguali . Di solito si mettono di due tipi sia duri che soft proprio per soddisfare tutti i clienti. Su richiesta mi hanno portato uno software ma di pessima categoria prendendo sempre in considerazione che parliamo di un albergo che vanta 5 stelle e la stanza era una junior suite.

My rook was a bit dark! I prefer natural lights during the day. The room i giot was at a corner with a very narrow window which didnt let in much light.

Location was also good for restaurants and a safe neighbourhood No AC in the room was a big problem as the room received a lot of sunlight and was too hot in the evening. Giulio (5/5): Da rimodernare sotto molti punti di vista - Il personale, la struttura Sterzi in Wi-Fi molto carente, stanze obsolete con mancanza di adeguata illuminazione (anche artificiale) e servizi igienici molto obsoleti sebbene puliti, in generale la struttura dovrebbe subire un restiling completo per adeguarla alle esigenze moderne. Inoltre anche il sistema di pagamento elettronico dovrebbe essere aggiornato ( molti circuiti internazionali di credito non sono supportati) ed adeguato ad un cinque stelle di una grande metropoli. Questo anche alla luce delle politiche governative che incoraggiano l’uso di transazioni elettroniche per il pagamento. Del resto ad un mio compagno di viaggio è stato rifiutato il pagamento in contanti sebbene là carta di credito non fosse stata accettata dall’obsoleto sistema di pagamento elettronico. Per fortuna viaggiavamo insieme e abbiamo potuto rimediare, ma se fosse stato da solo? La prenotazione sarebbe stata rifiutata? Non saprei ma questo crea disagio ed imbarazzo

Megan (10/5): First choice in Addis - I really appreciated staying at this hotel, and I even then booked another room for my colleague, and then also extended my stay. I actually only booked for half of my trip incase I didn’t like the hotel, but it was perfect so decided to extend my stay and I will come back again for my next visit. All of the details are what you need; hot water (not always the case in Addis), good internet, good breakfast and coffee, ATM, excellent sauna and gym, great location. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very big so if you have a lot of work or meetings it’s great because you have space outside of your room. This will be my go to hotel in Addis Nothing. There was an issue with the internet when I arrived but it was quickly sorted.
Megan (10/5): Everything you need - The staff were super friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. The room was spacious, and I even got an upgrade. It was super helpful to have the airport transfer service as well. The location is also perfect, with lots of cafes and restaurants all around. The breakfast (and cappuccino) are also excellent, and the sauna was very good, especially compared to another sauna we visited which wasn’t good. There are also ATMs, coffee shop, restaurant inside. I was working and sometimes had to work from the room- which was perfect and the hotel is large so you don’t feel cooped up and there are many different spots you can sit and work at. I also ordered room service a lot, which was also quick and convinient with a good selection. I did also visit the restaurant which wasn’t lovely, recommend the roast chicken Nothing!

Bilel (5/5): Très déçu globalement pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et vu le prix de l'hôtel. - Le personnel est sympa et souriant. Les chambres sont correctes même si ma collègue a eu droit à une première chambre pleine de moisissures. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais le restaurant très décevant avec un temps d'attente très long. J'ai été très déçu par la réception car je n'ai pas pu payer en monnaie locale : alors que j'ai présenté un document attestant que j'ai changé mes euros en birrs à l'aéroport, on m'a refusé le paiement car le document présentait une signature mais pas de tampon et il n'y a eu aucune volonté de chercher à comprendre quoi que ce soit !! Bref, ça aurait été un hôtel 2 étoiles très correct donc très déçu.
