• Benji (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. FOR THIS PRICE BALI HAS SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS. No euphoria, just dirt. Fitness “centre” is a 1 broken - Stinks, dirty, smoke where you like. Cockroaches, dark, dingey, shockingly bad for the price, can’t imagine they even have a maintenance team, plaster cracking off door frames, staff don’t care, the irony of euphoria everything. Rooms stink, lobby stinks, everything is dirty, rooms are mildly ok, but everything else was astonishingly bad.

Good size room with king size comfi bed for a couple with working air cond.(Cold). 2 bottles water everyday and polite staffs. Complete yr amenities with refillable shower gel/ shampoo, hair dryer, hand towel and extra toilet paper.to make it a 4 star hotel.

• Ayşe (2/5): Very poor - As soon as we entered the room there was a huge cockroach and we immediately informed staff about that. They cleaned it but the room still had small ants and weird insects we couldn’t feel comfortable. The walls were so thin that if someone talk outside we heard it inside the room. The people staying in the hotel made so much noise at night that we couldn’t get a proper sleep. The only nice thing about the hotel was the smiling lovely staff apart from that we didn’t like it.

But the area around the hotel is fine and the price was reasonable.

• Jason (6/5): Just needed a room for a few hours, cheap and good for the price. - Only needed a bed while waiting for late flight home. Was close to the dentist I had booked into. Away from main street of Kuta/Legian so a little more peaceful walking around. Pool was under cover and uninviting.

For a country that relies so heavily on tourism, this hotel sucks for the industry. Would not recommend to anyone.

• Angry (2/5): Warning to all Australians! - I stayed at this resort and on my third night 10000000rp was stolen from my safe! I talked to most of the staff including security and a poor attempt was made to find my money! They offered my breakfast and then said "sorry sir, your booking did not include breakfast"! Well sorry euphoria but you stole $1000 from me! DONT STAY HERE!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - I went to Bali for my friends Wedding as I was traveling and staying on my own I wasn't to fussed where to stay. After looking at various hotels I came across Euphoria hotel. It looked nice the price was good and it's location was OK, so I booked. I had never travelled that far before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. If I ever go back to Bali without a doubt I'll be staying here again. Euphoria Hotel Bali fantastic.

• Lola (6/5): Far walk to jl. Legian street for food and shops - Room was small. Beds were comfy. No fridge, bottles of water hot everyday. Had to ask kitchens for a cup of ice just for a decent drink after walking from main street. Breakfast was dissapointing. As an Aussie i don't like rice,chicken and streamed vegies. Other options were milo cereal or toast with pineapple jam? Or watermelon covered in fruitflies. Halls were noisy every morning at 7am. Housekeeping trolly made terrible squeezing noise. Bathroom flooded everyday. Drain was blocked so we had to use our towels on floor and get new ones everyday.
• Sonnur (10/5): Recommend A ++ - I recommend Euphoria Hotel for singles couples or families. Good price if your on a budget. We stayed 10 days with 3 month old baby. Experienced no problem during our stay.Our superior room was spacious nice and clean. Safety box and kettle is provided no hairdryer. Rooms were cleaned on daily bases. Providing bottle water, tea and coffee along with toiletries. Bed was a good king size. Pillows were huge.Portable cot was provided by the hotel.Pitty doesn't have a mini bar or fridge. Pool is kind of a indoor pool.Cleaned daily. Small but good to cool down. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I only had breakfast once. It just didn't suit my taste buds. Surrounding heaps of places to eat. Mini markets are everywhere. We hired motorbike from the hotel 70.000 per day. Around 10 minutes to the beach. If your into bali night life or shopping it may not suit you. Although Carrfour and other shops are on the main road. Overall this hotel is excellent when compared to others. Will stay again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Clean presentable basic hotel. - Overall it was a good stay for the price paid. language barrier is a problem as most staff do not speak English. Also we were charged $10 aud for breakfast but price advertised on board on street was $5.00 aud. They would not refund and said that was the packaged price. So as a hint pay breakfast separate. Need more items in room. Received 1/2 toilet roll and 1 x coffee and tea satchel per day. No fridge in room. No fan in gym. No menu for room service in room. Had 1x soap for 4 days, had to ask for new soap. So if u don't mind basic basic basic hotel this is fine for the price.

• Chiew Ping (10/5): Overall Good - The hotel condition is good and still new. The lighting is good.The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. You can rent a motorbike through the hotel, per day only 70k Idr. Thus, it will be convenient for you to go around the city

Postives-excellent bed,TV-good channel selection,big screen good reception. Wifi Internet speed was good. Also modern new hotel about 1-2yr old so not rundown 1980s relic 15year overdue for renovations. Everything still got that new freshness about it.
• CHUNG (8/5): Some excellent points, with some minor negatives. - I chose this hotel because I wanted to go to the beach, but away from the party area. The room is spacious and clean. It's actually got quite a nice design to it, light colour, huge bed with nice bedspread and a painting to liven things up. Pretty much as shown on the hotel website. Location wise, it's walkable to the beach. It's a bit of a 20-40 minute trek depending exactly where on the beach is the destination. There's plenty of restaurant, mini markets and spas all around. There's also an in house spa which I used twice and is quite good. There's only on lady working the spa, so there can be a bit of a wait if she's busy. There's is a gym in the hotel with a treadmill, stepper and weight machine. Certainly wouldn't base any decisions solely on the gym as it's pretty basic set of equipment. The reception staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. Some negatives (1) the cleaning staff didn't once replenish the toiletries the 3 nights I stayed (2) there's no view out the window (3) there's only 1 satchel each of tea and coffee, but no milk. Overall, I wouldn't stay again due to the distance to the city centre or beach and the aforementioned negatives. It really depends on your needs.
• Natalie (6/5): Nice boutique style hotel - Euphoria Hotel is a bit of a walk to the busy area of Kuta, so if you like the quiet then this hotel is for you. The room was small but lovely and very good for the price. Breakfast is adequate. The pool is undercover and was too cold to swim in both day and night. The view from the room was dismal... just brick walls. The Hotel supplied toiletries and pool towels and the room was made up every day... Not every second day like some hotels in Bali! The hotel was extremely clean and modern and the staff were among the best I've seen in Bali. There is a very convenient mini mart next door. It only cost about RP 15 000 in a taxi to get into Kuta/Seminyak... or it's about a 20 minute walk. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel is that I like to be in a busier area. But for an older couple it would be perfect!

Used the option to pay a small extra amount for breakfast and was again pleasantly surprised with variety and quality considering the cost ..room clean and comfortable staff friendly Would stay again and recommend

However when we reported air cond and shower drainage problem, there are staff who came to fix the problem immediately. There are many restaurants 5 min away from the rear of the hotel(through car park). Bed is king size and very comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall the room is little but cozy, value for money. It would be more impressive if room conditions are well maintained.

Restaurant and bar and swimming pool facilities were minimal but room was clean staff were friendly but had poor English. Good for business shortstay or people on a budget but not for a nice holiday also couldn't really walk to and restaurants etc
