Het appartement ligt op een rustige plek, waar je geen last hebt van geluidsoverlast En het was overal schoon! De kleine douchecabine/badkamer, maar deze worden in de toekomst gerenoveerd

• soraya (7/5): Bon séjour vu le prix. - La situation, la piscine, le côté cosy de l'hôtel, extérieur très joli et bien décoré. eqi La literie ( chambre 16) est top! Les 2 jeunes filles et le monsieur sont très gentils et essayent de répondre aux manques. La musique est top et le volume est parfait. La température de la piscine est idéale. Bon rapport qualité prix mais il ne fallait pas dire que la kitchenette était équipée! La mer est magnifique! La kitchenette est quasi pas équipée ! Le côté cuisson est vetuste et abîmé. A l'arrivée, certains ustensiles étaient sales . Nous n'étions pas atte d'usage et avions été accueillis dans un four! La clim est vetiste. La douche est minuscule et se bouche facilement il y a un rideau mais tout est mouillé à chaque douche. Les femmes de ménages ne sont pas agréables ! Nous confirmons que certaines places de choix sont réservées mais heureusement il y a d'autres places .... Beaucoup trop de plages privées.

• Sylvie (9/5): Super stay. Thanks for your hospitality ! - We had a very wonderful stay in Nikos Appartments. The hotel is quiet, located near the city center and the beach (3 minutes walk) but not direct in the noisy principal street. The appartment is large with a pleasant balcony. Lovely swimming pool and garden aera. Music at the bar is top 👍. The ownerds are very sympathetics. For the price, it is a very good choice in Stalis ! The bathroom, especially the shower could be better but for the price, it is a detail !

• Vladimir (10/5): I will recommend this place. I will choose it again next time - Nikos apartments first impression are amazing. The staff have accepted our late arrival helped a lot to organise with the stay. Though the property is a bit old, the first impression is incomparable with the actual stay. I would say that probably would have been better with much newer shower but based on the payment I made is a good condition. The staff is very helpful, a nice warm family. We did enjoy staying and my daughter loved the pool. The location is 10 minutes walk to the beach A very nice swimming pool my daughter loved it The bar is a very good feature, while staying at the pool to have a nice drink

• Zoltan (7/5): Poor management - The price-quality ratio is satisfactory. The 2 rooms are large enough, have 2 balconies, the bathroom is small, but it would be fine if it didn't flood after every shower. The shower tub is cracked and the bathroom fills with water every time you use the shower. The breakfast, which is not a Swedish buffet (you have to order from a poor menu) is limited and a disaster, they don't know how to make an omelette, the dishes are not clean, there is no fruit. Since it is a family business, I expected more. The staff is kind but unprofessional . I think the good rating on booking is due to the pretty good price for this location

• Kyle (10/5): A Hidden Gem - Home from Home - Home from home, from the warm welcome we received to the minute we left. Nothing was too much trouble. We ended up eating and drinking alot here Instead of venturing out. The quality of the drinks and food exceptional. Having talked to many other holiday makers there, who again were lovely, turns out they've been coming back time and time again, some for 25 years plus. You can see why! Comfy sun loungers with thick cushions. Great atmosphere around the pool with chilled vibe music during the day and a little more upbeat at night time - it was perfect. Location, it's a 5 minute walk from the beech, we had a lovely breeze too which was very welcomed as it was HOT, we had a second floor apartment. Thank you Van , Efe and family, we will most certainly be back!!! Xxx P.s Email them and book direct, transfers arranged from the airport, excursions also available. Don't leave without taking some of the Olive oil made on site That we didn't stay longer The only constructive criticism we had was the pool table was a little tired and could be updated ( only because I lost at it - sore looser)

• Gillian (10/5): Wonderful family run apartments with beautiful pool, restaurant and bar. - It was a lovely quiet family run place to stay. Effi George Kleo and Fofi were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The pool area was beautiful and only 10 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. The food at Nikos was also really wonderful. The shower didn’t work properly, and cooker and cooking utensils limited. They need updating. But it didn’t spoil our stay.

• Marialouises (9/5): Will come again, if we return to Stalis! - Lovely little family run place. The apartments are not luxurious, but fit our need perfectly. We had change of towels and bedlinen regularly. It is close to a small mini market, and 10 minutes away from beach and restaurants. The loungers were nice, and the kids loved the pool. Van and Effie, were very welcoming and helpful, and the place has a great relaxed and informal atmosphere, which is very much to our liking. Wi-Fi worked fine in rooms and by the pool. The drain in our kitchen smelled awful every time we used the sink, like sewer water. The aircon is placed directly on the balcony, so if you would like to sit on the balcony at night, you couldn't hear yourselv talk, over the noice from the AC, and water would splash down around you. Since there was only one AC for the 2 room apartment, you had to have it turned on at all times, in order to cool the place. The AC we had in one apartment, didn't work very well at all. Cleaning was not great (a bag of crisp was under the bed when we arrived, and still there when we left).

Great location to walk in to Stalida and near to the bus stops if required. The showers were small but the price of the accommodation reflects that - not a problem for us

• Douglas (9/5): Great stay at Nikos Apartments - Nikos apartments are a wonderful small complex, well maintained with accommodation located around a wonderful pool and bar area. Effie, Van and staff are very welcoming and friendly and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. We had a one bedroom apartment with 2 great balconies one of which had a great view over Stalis beach and bay. It was close to the lovely beach with lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The shower area is a bit small but the bathroom was well tiled and clean. The kitchen area was compact but functional.

En revanche la salle de bain pas du tout adaptée pour une famille. les rideaux de douches devraient être changés car pas très hygiéniques. Et nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait que le jour du départ de notre séjour nous n'avons pas eu de petit déjeuner alors que nous avons payé. Nous demandons un geste commercial.
• Martin (10/5): Another fab stay at Nikos Apartments - this is our second stay at Nikos apartments and again we were not disappointed. Family run hotel that is friendly and welcoming. The room we had had been upgraded since last time we stayed and was a really nice 1 bedroomed apartment (2 additional beds were available in the living room area too). Quite basic kitchen area but we eat out on our holidays so perfectly sufficient for what we needed. you could pay extra for air conditioning and safe. Van and Effie are lovely and all the staff are great. Special mention to Effie our cleaner who was lovely. Pool area is great and no issue with getting sunbeds we will be back
