- Stay56557286403 (6/5): Disrespectful experience after an extended stay. Otherwise good hotel and services. - I recently completed a 7-day work stay at this hotel. While the initial six days were largely positive with breakfast included, my experience on the final, extended day was deeply disappointing and disrespectful. When extending my stay by one day, breakfast inclusion wasn't mentioned, so I assumed it would continue as before. However, on the seventh morning, a staff member abruptly informed me that breakfast was not included, asking me to put back my plate or pay. I explained my previous six days of complimentary breakfast, but she was unyielding, making me feel as though I was being "caught." To avoid further chaos, I paid for breakfast. Yet, the interaction left a bitter taste. After showing loyalty by staying for an extended period, to be treated this way felt incredibly disrespectful. It significantly spoiled what could have been an entirely positive review. It's disheartening that my loyalty wasn't recognized, and I was made to feel like I was trying to get something for free.

The room was always clean, tidy, and well-prepared every day. The staff was polite and responsive to all requests. - Christina (4/5): Nice sky bar but executive room below standard. - Superior room was a pleasant improvement on the executive room. Kettle in room, check-in 24 hours. Nice pool area and bar on top floor for drinks with beautiful views of the city. Executive rooms were below par. Stained toilet, dirty floor, no wardrobe, hardly any toilet roll given without asking for more. Moved to superior room a few days later, much cleaner. Arrived at night and the entrance was blocked by packs of dogs, there’s an insect zapping machine in reception that’s killing mosquitoes as you check-in which doesn’t set the greatest vibe. Hotel was undergoing refurbishment when I was there so very noisy and busy with workers.

- s0phie1972 (10/5): Business trip - I was travelling for business and as a woman need to feel I am in a safe environment, which senses hotel provided. The service we have received from the staff at senses hotel has been amazing, from the guys in the roof top bar, to the staff in reception even housekeeping checking we had everything we needed, I used the laundry service and my clothes have come back immaculate. The WiFi speeds are good. And the food is amazing, we tried other local restaurants but always came back to the roof top bar because the food was so good. Only negative is the hotel is undergoing a re model and the lift is being updated which is leaving some communal areas dusty

Molds / Fungus Formation on the furniture, Bathroom, shower area. No towels were provided, linen and bedding was stained. If you request something it will be taking hours to deliver.

The fact that I was booked into a room where the toilet sported out water from the wall when I flushed and the sink leaked from underneath. However, I was moved to a room where everything was OK.

My car was parked inside hotel's parking area and someone broke my car..when I asked the for CCTV footage they couldn't show footage though they have cctv in the parking area. They say something must have happened but we don't know what happened. So I sent my car to work shop and then booked a ola to get out of that shity place. Would you like to stay in a hotel where ur have to face this kind of serious security issues ?

Several calls later had all but a bath mat. Next day: You guessed it. No towels again. Dirt in elevator. Everything run down, dilapidated. Two machines I tried to use in gym didn't work. Treadmill dangerous. 2 star hotel. Good ratings I've seen are lies.
