Arafat (5/5): Passable - I like the location. it was very convenient the environment is also quiet. but I found the hotel is quiet old so they should upgrade some facilities into their room ( had only 1 charging port for 4 person's room). Staffs were helpful. The overall facility is average. the washroom exhaust fan wasn't working. . only have one switch port to charge all my gadgets. it should have been more ports as all we know we have multiple gadgets and it was a 4-person room.

Mohamad (1/5): If its not for work i would never stay here - Nothing is there to like. The worst place to stay. Dirty rooms. They didnt change the bedsheets and amneties were broken. Room card cant be used.

The aircon not enough cold. Need to wait almost 2hr to feel to cold. The water pressure so low. The toilet and washroom smelly. No chair in the room for sit.

Room for 4, but only provide 2 towels, 2 mineral water. Only provide one access card. When i asked for towels, he said i need to pay RM 10 for each towel..when I asked for extra access card, reason given was line problem..full HOUSE..etcc. come on, we Will not share towel OKAY, room for 4 OKAy Overall very POOR.

Futri (10/5): First Family Holiday at Virgo 💕 - The pools were big and clean, the room was cosy and quiet, suitable for a family with small kids. Cute corner to make tea / coffee and hot water was also available in the bathroom. Ample parking space, near to the beach amd other tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and wonderful! Would definitely gp there again for our next holiday..!! 💕💕💕💕 Wifi service was not strong and only two channels were available on TV. However these did not affect our family holiday that much as our telco had strong signals and we did other activities to keep ourselves occupied 🥰
