• Berivan (8/5): Je conseille - A part le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas super, cest un super hôtel. Propre, confortable, personnel chaleureux. Petit déjeuner limite mais on trouve toujours de quoi manger. A 5 min du métro.

Fakat hizmet için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi, oda broşürlerinde 7/24 ücretsiz ütü ve ütü masası olduğu yazıyor fakat öyle bir hizmetin olmadığını, kuru temizlemenin de pazar günü çalışmadığını söyleyerek geri çevrildim. Ve bu büyük bir probleme yol açtı maalesef. Oda telefonu çalışmıyordu. Klimanın sesinden uyuyamıyorsun. Kapayınca da sıcaktan duramıyorsun. Yatak ve yastıkları da oldukça rahatsızdı. Yine de teşekkürler.
• amirhoseinabedian1 (6/5): Small, Ok Breakfast, Clean, Technical Issues - Let me tell you this, the rooms are small! My wife and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, it was clean and lots of restaurants nearby. the only problem with hygiene was that one of the pillows smelled cigarettes and they changed it quickly and The safe didn't work, the Air conditioner didn't work (no cool but heat worked) and the shower head was broken. the breakfast was ok and it had a good variety. I was satisfied with the breakfast. they were kind enough to offer us 3 breakfast meals instead of two, without extra charge. The reception was ok although they didn't speak English well, they kinda could understand but don't expect too much. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good compared to the services and location. Generally, it was ok and I was satisfied. now that I'm writing this review, I've already changed 3 hotels and Asrin was the first one. the main reason we had to change from Asrin was that we had more than two pieces of luggage and the room was not big enough.

• lotusa176 (10/5): hospitality - all staff were so kind and friendly. the hotel was close to the center of the city. breakfast was good according to the hygienic restrictions. we booked the first night through website then extend 2 more nights when we arrived without any problem

Klozet halkası yerinden oynamış yamuk duruyordu. Kahve için su bırakılmamış dedik, çeşme suları arıtılmış kullanabilirsiniz dediler. Bir boşvermişlik özensizlik vardı. Bir daha tercih etmem.

Genel olarak iyi bir otel ve cok iyi niyetli, yardımsever personellere sahip iken odalarda kullanılan çarşaflar ve havlular oldukça eskidir. Yenilenirse daha iyi olacağı görüşündeyim. Bir şehir oteli için oda büyüklükleri ve kahvaltısı gayet iyidir.

• skhushman2001 (2/5): Awful hotel - It is important to know that the pictures are completely different from the real see, what i found is 1 or 2 stars hotel.... this should be 1 or 2 stars, the hotel is very bad and i couldnt stay more than one night then i decided to move. carpet is very dirty, mattress and the sofa very old and dirty, room very very tight, the location is very very bad, i spent 2 hours to find it, breakfast very bad, not friendly staff at all,

• Erhanastam (6/5): Safe, Clean and in the City Center - Booking and Check-In: Very attentive staff. Easy Check-In, Average rates, No Drama. I used a web agency to book my room and had no problems or difficulties. They accept, cash and credit. Location: It is in the centre of Ankara, next to good old Izmir Street where you can find yourself shopping quality goods from "Amerikan Pazarı", which mostly sells American goods. 5 min. walk to Kızılay Square from which you can choose many transport options to go anywhere in the City, including a bus stop for Airport Express Shuttles. (Don't pay 100TL or so for other means of airport transfer, busses are often, safe and fast) -Small negative effect is the huge construction area just in front of the hotel. You won't be disturbed but it is there on the east facade of the hotel. Building: It is relatively new building, looks decent and furnitures are above average quality in the Lobby. Corridors and rooms are covered with carpet, and some places you can see the stains, damages on it. If you are attentive to details you will also notice some darkened parts of the carpet is also quite spoiled. Rooms: Rooms are tidy, clean and spacious compared to similar rated hotels and way better than other hotels in nearest distance. My TV had quite bad reception and only Turkish channels, so I assume no Satellite or Pay-to-watch channels. Minibar is a classic minibar. Way expensive, not cooling enough and very basic selection. Bathroom includes a decent shower, good pressure, good hot water. Not so many housekeeping goodies, two soaps, two shampoos, two shower gels, which smelled quite funny. Comfortable bed, couch and usual furniture. No comments there. I had a suite room and had a kettle in the room for tea and coffee which were free in the room. There is free wifi and Air-Con in the room. A small detail but a major quality killer was the drinking water. There was no compilmentary water in the room. To drink or to use for coffee you are expected to use tap water which reception informed me that tap water features filtering. I bought my own bottled water from the nearby market. Breakfast: It is an open buffet breakfast. Basics are covered however focus is clearly Turkish guests. No fruits, no pancakes, no bacon (obviously). Coffee is instant coffee and not successful at all. And if you never had Turkish tea before please don't judge the concept by the tea you will get in this breakfast. Breakfast might be poor but considering that this is a business hotel (I saw a lot of businessman like myself and only three families) I guess it is alright. Overall: It covers all the basics of a standard accommodation It's safe, rooms are clean, easy access, friendly staff, air-con, wifi, ok breakfast. As my rating I consider this hotel Average. Choose this hotel when you really don't need the extra comfort, extra quality. It is a business hotel, tourist friendly however I wouldn't recommend it for touristic visits. To Improve: Add complimentary clean and mineral water Fix your TV Clean the Corridors from downgrading carpets Improve the quality of breakfast, coffee and tea I can use this hotel again since my work is quite nearby, however without the mentioned improvements I am ready to walk or use transport to book a different hotel.

• powerking80 (8/5): Good Hotel - Location is excellent near everything, the stuff are friendly , rooms are very clean , breakfast is good , very suitable price 110TL / Single room. Buses are available as well as metro , the fast train station is close. I will visit it next time indeed
• Michael (6/5): good but thin walls! - Overall this is a good hotel for the price. Pros: (i) very centrally located (very close to Kizilay Square), (ii) clean room, (iii) lots of restaurants, shops nearby, (iv) comfortable bed, (v) OK breakfast Cons: (i) apparently the rooms have very thin walls (I was talking on the phone with as soft of a tone as I can, and still the person next room kept knocking on the wall to stop me talking), (ii) again thin walls (I hear the water running through the pipes over the bathroom and the noise is annoying), (iii) poor internet connection (the computer connects to the wireless without a problem, however the internet is so slow that it is almost useless. So personally, I would not stay at this hotel, because for me good internet connection is extremely important. Also, I hate it when the hotel's walls are so thin that I hear every conversation in the next room (or I cannot even make a short phone call without disturbung the person next door).
• Albert (6/5): Average in most categories - Checkin was efficient, if indifferent. Room was of average cleanliness. Hot water seemed to be an issue as I waited close to an hour for a comfortable shower. Walls are very thin, the neighbors obviously had a great night :) Breakfast was alright. Overall it was probably worth the one night rate.
• Nimarihsab (8/5): To explore capital of Turkey - Location is great as its about 20 minutes walk from Railways station and 5 minutes to Metro. In the heart of shopping centers and staff helpful. Breakfast is OK . Internet hardly worked or disconnected every few minutes, Rugs in hallways and our room was smelly and had to keep window open to sleep.

• Karine (4/5): Joli à l'extérieur mais .... - Une coquille vide, joli et moderne à l'extérieur mais le matériel utilisé dans les chambres est de mauvaise qualité : paroi de douches, interrupteurs, prises, fenêtre... Quand au petit-déjeuner, le WE après 10 h alors que ouvert jusqu'à 10h30, plus rien : pain, œufs, jus de fruits, thé... La chambre avec une fenêtre sur un mur pas terrible non plus, qui était cassée en plus Très bruyant, donne sur la rue Et le top,douche froide car j'attends toujours que la réception me rappelle pour une mise à disposition d'une autre chambre avec salle de bains et eau chaude ok... bien sur savon de la tête au pied, et problème résolu 1 h après Personnel réception, à l'exception d'une personne, peu souriant, ne parlant pas anglais ou très peu bref pas à la hauteur des 4*
• bnkzl89 (8/5): Clean, modern and comfortable - I stayed one night at this hotel and was really pleased with the quality of service and its location. The hotel is very close to public transportation that can take you to the main bus station AŞTİ and Kızılay square. The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice: small buffet with fresh breakfast food.
• 508stephanb (6/5): Businesstrip - The Room was ok also the bathroom. The breakfast was not nice, without love. Look not so fresh and delicious. And not so much alternatives . The coffee automat haven't in my visit and the personal was also not so quick and didn't viewed the guests. For one night ok but not more. Especially if I compare with the second Asrin Hotel in Ankara which is really perfect. Hope will change a little bit before I will visit again.

• Mariam (10/5): Perfect Hotel! - We stayed here for a couple days before moving into our new apartment. It was so clean and the front desk was amazing!! Everyone was so friendly. Just a reminder that this hotel is a business hotel and does not contain a pool or spa. Also our room had two random poles but that's a structure issue. Also the Internet was quite slow but I've come to realized that this is just how it is in Turkey. Also GREAT LOCATION!!!!

• Mustafa (6/5): Mittelmäßiges Hotel in guter Lage - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und gut auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Allerdings schaut das Hotel selber direkt auf eine Bau-Ruine. Direkt mit dem betreten des Hotels hat ein Bohren angefangen, welches ca. 20 Minuten gedauert hat und das Abends um 19:00 Uhr. Zimmer war einigermaßen sauber, Frühstück war ok, Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Was ich gar nicht mag ist, dass der Page immer zum Zimmer führt. Das müsste sich in der Türkei mal ändern. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung.

Ma chambre au 3éme étage 3003 a une superficie normale, bien équipée, bon couchage, propre mais ma nuit fût un enfer. Très peu dormis et épuisé au petit matin ou plutôt l'impression d'avoir dormis dans la rue de l'entrée de l’hôtel qui s'avère bruyante. Pas d'isolation phonique. Ce problème est connu de la réception mais la direction n'a aucun scrupule à continuer de louer ces chambres sans faire les travaux nécessaires. Si vous logez dans cet hôtel, bien situé au centre, assurez vous d'être de l'autre côté de cette rue. sinon bienvenue en enfer.

• Gezginci (8/5): Konum ve hijyen çok iyi - Otel necatibeyde konum olarak güzel bir yerde yer almaktadır.Odaları ve giriş kısmı temiz.Girişte kahvaltı bölümündeki derilerin kokusu otele girer girmez hissediliyor,çok hoş bir kokusu var.Resepsiyonist bayan erkek olanın aksine gayet kibar ve uyumlu. Tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel fakat double ve twin oda fiyatlarının farklı olmasını eleştiriyorum,bu fiyatların farklı olmaması lazım.

• Wimturk (8/5): Good location, clean and friendly - Located in the heart of Ankara. The hotel is clean and modern decorated rooms. Valet parking service (free but you can give a tip ;-) Breakfast is quite good and served in the lobby. I stayed already 2 times in the hotel.

Breakfast was average. Overall its not really worth paying extra to stay here, cheaper options are available.
• Mehdi666 (6/5): Perfect location, average quality - in the heart of city and helpfull staff but terrible wifi. If u need internet dont count on this hotel. The safe box did not work so i krpt all staff in briefcase and lost 500$ but cant blame anyone. Do not compromise on that
