• REINALDO RODRIGUES (10/5): Bastante satisfatória. - Os cafés da manhã foram sempre em lugares diferentes, a localização achamos perfeita, perto de tudo o que queríamos. Os meios de transportes para conhecer a Costa Amalfitana deixam muito a desejar se não for feito de ferry. A experiência para conhecer Positano foi traumatizante. O ônibus nos deixou a 2km da cidade, descemos uma montanha gigantesca a pé, chovendo, por uma estrada totalmente insegura para pedestres principalmente com mais de 65 anos como nós. Deixando claro que a Night House não tem responsabilidades sobre isso. Isso fez com que não fossemos até Amalfi e outros locais mais adiante. Recomendo muito essa região de Sorrento, mas não à Costa Amalfitana.

• Belén (2/5): NOT RECOMMENDED - Only the location, the rest like the cleaning staff and the facilities were very poor… NOT RECOMMENDED We had a bad stay for many reasons: - The room was very small. - The toilet chain in the bathroom was broken. - The room was dirty. - It was impossible to sleep comfortably because the walls are very, very thin, and you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. We could hear the person in the next room snoring… - If you didn’t wake up from the noise next door, the cleaning staff would definitely wake you up no later than 9:00 a.m.; they make sure to make as much noise as possible and aren’t careful at all. - They tell you they clean the room every two days, but all they give you are new towels. They DON’T CLEAN THE ROOM, they don’t change the sheets, they don’t even give you new sheets, and they don’t make the bed. Horrible

• Juliana (7/5): Um bom lugar para se hospedar, desde que você não precise de banho quente. - A acomodação é muito bonita e tem todos os utensílios e amenidades necessários. A localização é ótima, próximo de tudo. A cama e os travesseiros são muito confortáveis e o Wi-Fi é ótimo. Há um limite diário de água quente de 100 litros, que, segundo o anfitrião, é o quantidade suficiente para duas pessoas e, caso ultrapasse, precisa esperar 1h para ter água quente novamente. No entanto, tomei um banho de 5 minutos e acabou a água quente no primeiro dia, sendo que não utilizamos anteriormente. Isso não foi avisado em momento nenhum, nem estava na descrição da acomodação. Ao questionar o anfitrião, recebi apenas essa explicação, sem nenhum esforço para nos ajudar. Tivemos que terminar o banho com água gelada em um frio de 15 graus.

• Natalie (9/5): The ideal room for our stay in Sorrento! - This property met all of my expectations! Some highlights were the floor space -- hard to find places with enough room to keep a suitcase open! The bathroom had plenty of sink space as well. The shower was a good size and the balcony was adorable. We were provided with an espresso machine and espresso pods as well as wifi and a mini fridge. This room was perfect! Communication with the staff was easy and they were very kind. The location was maybe slightyly out of the way but we enjoyed the scenic 10 minute walk into the city center.

You have the bus stop right outside, corner shops and your right next to the main strip of sorrento. Just a walk away from the main church, the restaurants, the shops and also not far from the beach or other ports where you get picked up for boat tours.

Con mi amigo nos resultó muy difícil encontrar un hotel lindo en Sorrento que se adaptara a nuestro presupuesto, ya que es una ciudad bastante cara, y este lugar fue una verdadera joya. Sin dudas, fue uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me quedé en Italia. La habitación es súper amplia, moderna y muy cómoda. Respetaron nuestro pedido de tener dos camas separadas, lo cual valoramos mucho. Tiene heladera, TV, aire acondicionado y un baño enorme, todo funcionando perfecto. La ubicación es inmejorable: está justo al final del centro peatonal de Sorrento, en una calle tranquila, pero a la vez súper cerca de todo. Sorrento es una ciudad maravillosa, y creo que haberme quedado en este hotel fue una de las mejores decisiones del viaje. Lo recomiendo completamente y sin dudar. Ya tengo ganas de volver a Sorrento… y volver a quedarme en The Night House.

• Theresa (6/5): Pleasant - Location to downtown Sorrento was great- within minutes you are right in the heart of the city. The beds were not the most comfortable and it was very loud outside to try to fall asleep, since it is so close to the main area. We accidentally left a shirt hanging in the closet when we left, and right away I reached out to the host about it, but it was “not there” after the room was cleaned.

Only downside was the noise of the street, would suggest earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, but wouldn’t let that hold you back booking!

• Linda (9/5): Superb - The B&B is in a fab location to explore Sorrento, conveniently located to the main entertainment and shopping area of Sorrento. The host was very helpful with recommendations. We had a beautiful balcony that we couldn't use, as it was facing the main road. It was bust say and night, whilst the sound is blocked out reasonably well once you close the patio doors, we could not sit outside at all. Sometimes, this is the price you pay for a convenient location.

Room was nicely decorated and felt well cared for. Very near to main shops and restaurants, as well as the train station and coastal views. Nice to have a balcony even though it is on to a main road. We were very luck to be there on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday so were able to see three different processions and had a perfect view from the balcony. Near to main road so be aware there will be traffic noise
• Roger (8/5): - The staff communicated well prior to stay and was very polite. Stay was also very affordable. However, there was no staff onsite during the stay. Room was large and we'll equipped. Only negative is that the shower could have been cleaned better and the drain was slow. This property is in a perfect location across the street from the heart of the Sorrento pedestrian shopping and dining center.

• Eric (8/5): Good stay right in the center of Sorrento - The location is great, near the heart of Sorrente but on a busy street. The room was clean and large enough for a short stay, and the owner was helpful and accommodating with us. However the neighbours were not very respectful and shouting/laughing until late/starting soon (also customers and the walls are thin). Didn't have hot water in the morning. Also some power plugs in the room would be better 😉
