- CarmeGM (7/5): Hotel ideal para parejas y estancias cortas - La ubicación perfecta para visitar La Laguna, muy cerca del aeropuerto. Ideal para pasar pocos días en la isla. El desayuno variado y muy bueno. El servicio muy atento. Entiendo que es un edificio antiguo y difícil de mantener. Pero sería necesario una reforma de las habitaciones. Está compuesto por 2-3 edificios comunicados, pero de difícil acceso si tienes problemas de movilidad.

- Silvia (9/5): ESTUPENDA Y ACOGEDORA - La ubicación es perfecta. Accesos por Vía de Ronda y no hace falta entrar en centro. Con Parking al lado. Patio interior con bar, muy acogedor, buen servicio, puedes picotear hasta las 22:30, es genial para los que llegamos tarde y todo está cerrado o cerrando... La bañera: aunque es Jacuzzi, salir está un poco complicado, el suelo está más abajo que la bañera... Estaría bien poner un escalón o escalerita... mejor sería una ducha grande con chorros varios, que es más higiénico y es menos complicado salir...

- Antonio (9/5): Visita La Laguna ciudad histórica - Es un gran hotel y en una gran localización en pleno centro histórico de La Laguna, ideal para moverse y visitar la ciudad. En caso de que el parking del hotel esté lleno hay una gran parking público (al aire libre) justo al lado. Nuestra habitación era amplia y cómoda en el edificio principal con todo lo necesario (nevera, caja fuerte). El desayuno muy bien. Pudimos también usar el spa del hotel y merece la pena si se tiene tiempo, además el precio como huéspedes era muy razonable. El personal nos pareció amable y correcto aunque no particularmente cálido sobre todo en comparación con otros hoteles donde habíamos estado en Tenerife. No es una queja, más bien una observación (en general los laguneros nos parecieron más reservados que el resto de los tinerfeños).

El Hotel es un edificio con mucha historia, donde se puede disfrutar de la terraza y un muy buen ambiente El hecho de que el hotel tenga mucha historia, también hace que sean edificios anexos, con acceso por el exterior. No estaría mal una reforma de las habitaciones.

- Dean (10/5): Perfect choice for staying in North Tenerife for a small but lively town and as a base for hiking - Hotel was perfect. Breakfast was gorgeous, full continental buffet selection style. Beds were so comfy. My room was very spacious, even had a sofa, kitchen and table and chairs, which I hadn't expected. The place was spotless clean. Fantastic bus service which made getting to the hiking trails very easy, just 10 mins on a bus. Had never been to north Tenerife but La Laguna is a beautiful town, not overly busy but still lively and authentic. Will be back!

Letto comodo.Credo che la colazione fosse buona ma siamo dovuti scappare presto per andare in aeroporto, quindi abbiamo fatto in tempo appena a prendere qualcosa velocemente I servizii non sono assolutamente da 4 stelle. In camera c’era un bollitore senza nessuna bustina di the, tisana o caffè. Il frigo era completamente vuoto. In bagno solo 2 saponi staccati al muro, mancava anche il sapone vicino al bidet, nessun balsamo, nessuna crema corpo. Nella stanza c’era un caldo pazzesco, molto fastidioso. Il costo della camera è del tutto esagerato per la qualità dell’albergo. Lo sconsiglierei vivamente. Meglio cercare altro
