- William (10/5): Wonderfully surprising and very satisfying. - The close proximity to the parking and a second door to the parking spot made this the best place I may have ever stayed overnight anywhere. Keep up this arrangement, please. Just perfect for visitors like me. Could not stay longer at this location and in Sarnia, ON.

- Tucker (7/5): Great stay for the money - Every staff member went above and beyond to make us comfortable, from the chef and the front desk staff, to the cleaning and maintenance staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The park in the back of the building and across the street were great. The exercise room and guest washer and dryer were a nice perk. There are some seedy people that stay there from time to time that tend to make people uncomfortable. The staff allowed us to move rooms twice because of issues we faced from unsavory guests there were staying in rooms next to us.

- Andrei (9/5): A cozy hotel close to the town centre with friendly staff, clean rooms and yummy breakfast - A very cozy hotel in a walking distance from the town centre. Friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast. Coffee was super good! More options for vegetarians could be offered for breakfast (vegetables). It would be a good idea to keep the entrance door to the hotel locked for entrance during the night and in the morning for extra security. Or so that it could be opened with the room keys only during the dark hours.

- Steve (8/5): Rooms are always clean, beds are super comfortable, love the Dove products in the bathroom. Breakfast was very disappoin - Quiet area Breakfast was disappointing. Usually it’s decent but the coffee cream curdled. I brought it up to the staff in the breakfast area, they took my coffee away and dumped it. They didn’t deal with the situation. The cream packers should be on ice or refrigerated. I also wasn’t offered another coffee or a solution. The sausages looked awful as they appeared grey in color. The croissants were stale, bread was mediocre. Usually the breakfast at this hotel is decent. Not sure was most of it was below normal standards. In addition , the air vent unit in the breakfast room is very loud and needs to be serviced. And tv was not on to watch the news. After we checked out, we went to a restaurant for breakfast. I will need to rethink going to this hotel again. Perhaps it’s time to switch.

It's so great to have a home away from home that is affordable, comfortable, clean and provides a good breakfast and the wonderful Dove soap. The free upgrade to a suite was such a blessing for a longer stay over Christmas while we're visiting with family. It was a big help too when my brother's car broke down and he was able to spend the night on the pull out couch. We love the location on the beautiful harbour. Thanks to Bhannu and all the staff!!

- Mario (8/5): - Nous étions en route vers le USA. Il s'agissait d'une étape de route. L'emplacement de l'hotel était parfait on a pu faire une promenade sur le bord de l'eau. Il y avait un bon pub pour notre repas du soir qui était voisin de l'hotel. On n'a pas eu a reprendre l'auto. Le dejeuner était très bien, il y avit de la variété. Chambre propre et de bonne gardeur. Lit confortable. Tranquilite Tout était a notre gout, sauf le corridor.

Lovely people work there and the maids are wonderful, very pleasant. The whole place is beautiful and the view is just out of this world and read beside it, they have a great restaurant. You must try either Wellington with gravy, it's just to die for Nothing

Our room smelled of cigarettes when we arrived and they quickly moved us to another room. The breakfast was delicious and hot. The stairways and hallways look a little dingy. The room we were in had ancient carpet and the windows were filthy.

- cynthiagT8185IK (8/5): Good for the price - Room was clean and the bed comfortable. In our first floor room there was a door to the exterior parking lot as well as the interior hallway. Breakfast had the standard options but also a variety of whole fruit. The heater in the breakfast and lobby area was so loud that another guest had it turned off. I feel sorry for the workers who have to work with that noise all day long. Ok for a mid-trip overnight stay. It was fun to see a large boat docked in the water behind the Inn.

She switched us from the second to first floor without any issues. The only thing I might say wasn't perfect was that the room was quite cold when we arrived, but it warmed up rather quickly once we turned up the heat. It was also -13° that evening so it was understandable

Breakfast was plentiful, lots of variety and presented well. Also the eggs, bacon and hashbrowns were hot. Facility is clean and the room was very nice and clean. The bed was superb. Loved the extra pillows. I have stayed here before for an extended stay and the good service stayed the same throughout both times. They remembered me from the first stay.
