- Scott (7/5): Good enough for basic overnight accommodations. - It’s great location for the beach. The price is less than anything around. The automatic elevators are cool but take some getting used to. Wish I had more good things to say. It’s a you get what you pay for scenario. Needs updating and the staff was not friendly. You have to travel over a mile to get to drugstores or supermarkets. The valet was not friendly and they ask for 50 minutes lead time to get your car. The hot tub was covered up and not in use. The rooms as in need of basic maintenance. Could not take a bath because there was no drain stopper. Looks like they are doing some renovations so maybe it will get better.
- Fernando (1/5): HORRENDOUS - Nothing Extremely disappointed with our stay at this Miami Beach hotel. The condition of the room was unacceptable and far below any reasonable hospitality standard. The bathroom had a terrible odor from the moment we checked in, the shower fixtures were covered in rust and grime, the vents were filthy, and the windows were dusty and clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. The overall room felt neglected, dirty, and poorly maintained. Beyond the cleanliness issues, the service was equally frustrating. Staff showed little concern when issues were brought up, communication was poor, and the valet operation was completely disorganized, causing unnecessary delays and stress throughout our stay. For the amount paid, this experience was unacceptable. The hotel feels severely neglected and nowhere near the quality being advertised online. Between the unsanitary conditions, unpleasant smell, lack of professionalism, and overall poor guest experience, we do not feel this stay met even basic expectations. We are requesting a full refund and would not recommend this property to anyone visiting Miami Beach

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar — havia bastante sujidade em várias áreas do quarto e notava-se falta de cuidado na manutenção. O mais desagradável foi verificar que até as roupas de cama estavam sujas, algo completamente inaceitável para qualquer alojamento. Esperávamos muito mais em termos de higiene e qualidade. Esperamos sinceramente que o hotel melhore as condições e a limpeza para proporcionar uma experiência mais agradável aos futuros hóspedes.

Estábamos en el hotel, pero en la parte de los apartamentos, que se gestiona de forma “independiente”. Se nos bloqueó la tarjeta de la habitación y tuvimos que esperar 1h a que llegara alguien al mostrador, y por teléfono ni whatssap contestaban.

- Guerino (4/5): lo "barato" sale caro - El lugar donde esta ubicado es lo unico positivo Primero, el edificio bastante viejo, las paredes de papel (se escuchaba hasta como mi vecino se cortaba las uñas), cama matrimonial con un hueco en el medio (uno tuvo que dormir en el sofa cama), sin tostadora (en al reserva decía que tenia), baño normal, te cobran las toallas para la pileta, internet una tortuga, pero lo PEOR de todo: El valet Parking, UN DESASTRE. casi 40 minutos para entrar y 40 minutos para salir. si bien el estacionamiento no te lo cobran, es mas viable dejarlo en el parking a 2 cuadras que te cobren 20usd la estadía. Para lo unico que sacas el hotel es para dormir y poder tener buen acceso al mismo.

The tiki bar was only open one day of the whole five days, it was a hassle to go to the gym, getting our car out of valet or checking it in to valet was a nightmare.

Und hätten uns sehr darüber gefreut einmal frische Handtücher zu bekommen. Ansonsten kann ich jedem nur empfehlen ein Zimmer zur Meerseite zu nehmen. Das Valetparken nimmt einige Zeit in Anspruch. Bis zu 30 Minuten sind normal. Das Gehupe der ungeduldigen Mitbewohner darf man sich dann 24 Stunden anhören. Und das nervt gewaltig! Auf eine laute,feierwütige Nachbarschaft darf man sich hier eh einstellen...

- Alena (1/5): The worst stay ever - Only that they are close to the beach We found a cockroach in our bathroom on our toothbrushes. The room had a placed upside down bed sheets. The towels had some hairs on it. I couldn’t sleep very well because I could here somebody in the next room to our as like they were next to us. When toilet paper finished I had to buy my own. After I told the office about the situation they offered me a different room but not much changed. The floor was dirty the ac is too loud. In the kitchen area on the sponge for the dishes there was a hair and on the towels as well. This is the worst vacation ever. My stay was ruined. The valet parking was ridiculous they couldn’t find my key in the morning and it took them 20 min to find it, so I though smb stole my car, I saw the same happened with smb else. And waiting time to get car is around 20 min the same is to park which is devastating especially in the evening time. Pool area looks dirty. The hotel has very weird and unpleasant smell. Elevators are taking forever to get downstairs or up. I wish I could buy refundable rate so I could move out as fast as I could and find different place. Don’t recommend it at all

- estefania (1/5): Pero estancia, lo pasamos pésimo - Nada, solo la ubicación es buena. Todo, pieza horrible. Olor a hongos y humedad que no nos dejaron dormir, hasta el pijama quedó impregnado del olor. El televisor dejó de funcionar de repente y además se inundó el baño. Pésimo servicio

- Luke (3/5): - Good location. Cheap Outwith the location not much going for it. Outdated rooms, mould everywhere, shower held on with cell tape, the building was huge and didn’t have enough space for the amount of people outside you are waiting 30/40 mins for valet car or your taxi can’t get out of the driveway as it’s so busy. Lifts also take 20/30 mins to come at one time and can really delay you, we opted to use service elevator which is out of the way down a freezing cold corridor with a huge black bin outside it. Isn’t exactly very great on holiday. The rooms also don’t get cleaned unless you ask and there is a $57 cleaning fee plus $5 just for fresh towels, they also charge you to leave your luggage before your flight after check out and no option for late checkout. Stale stench throughout the full building also, windows in room need to be jammed open just to deal with the smell and room is on busy road so traffic is lout throughout the day.

- Ivan (6/5): - La ubicacion, la proximidad a la playa y la piscina Muchisima gente y el servicio de valet parking un DESASTRE, totalmente colapsado y parte del personal, un señor calvo una persona violenta y maltratadora. El apartamento nuestro estaba venido abajo, la bañera tapada algunas luces no funcionabam y mucho olor a humedad.
