As soon as we arrived, the place looks very run down and there were indications that this facility and area have a potential criminal element that we had no interest in being involved with. We cancelled our reservation and found a better facility to stay at that night. Booking.co did return our money in due time. Everything. Especially the outside entry doors to the rooms, just did not look safe and able to handle the cold weather. The woman at the front desk was extremely pregnant and had almost no comprehension of the English language. Not being racist, just wondering who or what situation placed her in charge of this scary and not clean situation.

The front desk woman was in pajama bottoms, a motel 6 shirt, and bare feet when we were checked in. Another guest was trying to briefly get her attention to pay for a water and she acted as if no one was in the room with us. Either customer service is not a concern whatsoever or the woman was on something. Her responses were as if someone had just woken her up. Another employee popped into the room at one point with a glittery Gucci shirt, didn't acknowledge any of the customers in the room, and rambled to the woman in a stern tone. Our room definitely needed some TLC. The paint is peeling off the walls, the bathroom floor had debris all over it, there were weird brown puddles of liquid around the toilet, and one of the towels had a stain that looked as if it was either poop or blood. After the event we were in town for was over, we dropped the hotel key off at the front desk and drove home instead of staying the night. I wish I had thought to take photos to try to have our stay refunded.

She ignored me then said it was taken care of. She.charged the debit card I asked her not to Semi clean. Only 1 small garbage can as the other was under the leaking air conditioner. Broken chair I couldn't sit in. Main window cracked/broken. Did not feel safe

- Bowen (3/5): I would never stay here again. I probably should contact Motel 6 and let them know that this motel c - The price. We have been traveling for two weeks. This is the worst of eight motels. Everything needs updating. The sheets are so thin you could read a newspaper through them. The staff did not speak English well enough to communicate. I am attaching photos showing the light switch in the bathroom (weird), a patch in the tub and the furniture, probably new in 1940.

When given our room, it was not swept, ashtray was dirty, freezer needed to be defrosted, and it needed to be fumigated for German roaches. We were moved to another room that was not swept, ashtray was dirty, freezer needed to be defrosted, burn holes in comforter. Very noisy for being in a quiet area at night. We were also entertained by a patron that came in at bar time playing his bass guitar. Would NOT stay again!

Cleanliness was lacking. Check the door handle on the fridge - gross. Other signs of a slacking cleaning crew were evident.

- Hossein (2/5): - This place is infested. I spent one night here early Oct when it is not generally that hot. however, as it got darker, the insects got out. First I noticed some small roaches crawling the wall. then I saw more coming in from the small hole at the corner of the entrance door. I tried to kill a few but when I wanted to use the rest room before I go to bed, I saw the real party in the rest room. I'm talking about 10s of roaches of small and mid size (thanks God none of those gigantic ones). In the morning, I was welcomed by the spiders who apparently were late for the night party

Didn’t look like clean sheets. After attending a function and returning to room at 10pm ,we left and went to a different motel at 11pm. I would like a refund.

When I stayed here I new it wasn't going to be updated but I do expect it to have a clean shower curtain. Otherwise room was what I expected. It had a fridge, microwave, TV and a desk. Bed was too hard for me but some people might like it.
- DanG (8/5): - Excellent value! Clean, comfortable and convenient. Not extravagant, but perfectly functional. If you are looking just for a clean and quiet room, there is nothing to dislike. But not fancy and no breakfast.

- Fred (8/5): Comfortable, no-friils, CHEAP place to crash. - Oh, the stories this old place must hold. Quite shabby and in need of updating, but a great inexpensive option if you can overlook the surface appearance. My room was clean but worn and a little distressed. Nice bed, cold AC, blazing fast wifi, big shower. Good TV options. It's on the west side of town right off the freeway -- the older part of town before the action moved to the south side of I-90 after Cabela's opened there, launching a burst of retail, restaurant, and hotel activity. Nothing to see within walking distance, but a quick drive to an excellent grocery and liquor store -- handy to stock up the minifridge and nuke in the included microwave. Friendly staff, super fast check-in. I think they're trying hard to improve the place, and I like to support their efforts with my patronage.
- Hien (4/5): - We could see a few "hairs" on the mattress white cover. Did they replace the cover when guests checked out? Unacceptable. Nothing special about staff. Nothing around, just sleep and go. 1st time try Motel 6 and cross Motel 6 out of my future trips.
