• Darren (7/5): - It has a bed, that's all we're needed for the night. There were smears of something on the outside of the bathroom door. Some other surfaces seemed unclean as well.

• Desiree (7/5): - We liked the location and staff were able to accommodate us. Staff could be friendly upon greeting guests and possibly offer some information about Hope. For example, highlights of the area and direct them to some points of interest.
• Rory (6/5): Nice to have pleasant greetings at late check-in - Late evening booking easy and quick. Nice lady greeting me and no fuss. Small balcony and bathroom window was a welcome sight! Room was clean and no smell. Water was warm not hot enough for bathtub. No other complaints.

• Nikko (7/5): An affordable place to stay that met my expectations. - We needed an affordable room to crash for one night, and this met my expectations. The staff was friendly, the wifi was good, and the room was reasonably clean. The decor wasn't amazing (TV was on a folding utility table) and we did notice some ants in the room.

• Marlene (1/5): Dirty sheets - I stayed overnight on friday and sent email with photo that the sheets were dirty at 2:30am when I discovered it when i went to bed. They did not respond,so I covered it up with the towels. I then told them in the morning and showed photo when I checked out. Said they had to talk to manager. Then said that they couldn't compensate or report as the cleaner would get fired. Then said they would get manager to call. No call backs or emails. Just called again Tuesday afternoon. They said it was my fault as I did tell them there was a problem within 15 minutes of being there. I said I didn't check the sheets, and she got mad and said everyone checks the room and they have 24hour service. I expect some kind of compensation

• Betty (9/5): Delightful! - We liked the very warm and welcoming staff. The room was delightful as well as comfortable. Perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

• Chrissy (4/5): - Air conditioner sucked, the set up of the room was awkward and then when we found the switch for the ac it did nothing to cool our room, we felt like we were in a sauna. The check in process takes to long and they don't had their system in order. They don't have a night clerk so they lock the main door and they have some rooms that need to go through the main door. They were great with giving our wedding group staying there that early check in and allowing the bus for all of us.

The bedding wasn't as good as I expected, but they immediately took care of it and made sure that everything was clean (We arrived at midnight and they were sooo helpful). The bathroom was really clean. The big highlight is their honesty. My daughter forgot her jacket and wallet. We received a phone call immediately, and the manager was kind and shipped both items to our house. Honesty is priceless. The mattress was soo good :) Thank you!!

The room was large and clean. and quiet with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful with questions.

The hotel is not updated but it was fairly clean and affordable. Being set back from the Main Street made it quieter. Would stay again!

We tried to stay but after we killed the 4th bug in 20 mins & discovered dirty bed sheets, we had to leave. The lady at the front desk was not helpful & called the “manager/owner”. We asked for a refund & was told we had to call Expedia. She kept telling us there was nothing wrong with our room. We were sitting in our car calling Expedia when she started banging on our window & was telling us she went into the room & there was nothing wrong with it. She made us feel so unsafe. Harold at Expedia was wonderful to deal with but he had to escalate for our refund as when he called the motel, he was told he had to talk to the “manager” in the morning. Whatever you DO NOT stay here.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Absolutely disgusting - Absolutely disgusting! Everything was dirty! The rooms had a revolting smell, and the sheets and towels were stained. The bathroom mirror had years of toothpaste accumulated. I feel nauseated remembering the night we spent there to write this. DO NOT RECOMMEND! STAY AWAY!

Das Zimmer war im Untergeschoss, direkt an der Einfahrt. Es war nicht möglich die Vorhänge geschweige das Fenster zu öffnen wenn man Privatsphäre haben wollte.

The AC took a couple hours to cool down the entire room. There is no coffee available on the dispenser. There is also no hair dryer available in the room as opposed to what was advertised.
