• laura (9/5): Perfect stay at the View rooms - Great spacious modern and stylish room with very comfortable beds and waterfall showerhead. Location was exceptional too, just 5 mins walk to old town. The receptionist was super kind and friendly. They also allowed us to check in an hour earlier. Will stay here if i come to Split again. Only minor gripe is the lock on the room door is a little bit faulty ie does not close properly. Should be easily fixed.

• Belma (10/5): Great in every way!! - This is our favorite place to stay in Split! The rooms are always super clean and the staff is so kind and helpful. I feel really secure staying here as well as the entries to floors are key card protected. The views are fantastic!! And on top of that the location is ideal (~5 min walk to the Riva) and is easily accessible with taxi/uber drop off (we love it bc we often travel with many bags and it’s always a super convenient check in!)

• Anne-Marie (9/5): Emplacement et immeuble neuf - Personnel hyper accueillant et qui parle français en plus ! Chambre moderne, building neuf et restaurant de déjeuner au 1ier étage (12,50 euros) On nous a aidé pour le stationnement (ouvrir la barrière et nous guider vers le bon endroit). Le stationnement coûte 15 euros par jour : ce qui fait du sens pour un hôtel à 5 min de la vieille ville. Service de buanderie offert : 25 euros pour un très gros sac. On a adoré notre séjour ! Difficile de comprendre le fonctionnement de l’immeuble lorsqu’on réserve plusieurs chambres. Il y a un hôtel qui possède les étages 8 à 10 et un autre qui possède les étages inférieurs. Chacun a sa réception.

• Amy (10/5): Zrinka house is beautiful, luxurious and so comfortable. Barbara the host is very welcoming and just a lovely person. Be - Barbara is an amazing host and gives you a warm welcome. Her home is completely renovated and she keeps is immaculately clean. Large room with big wide terrace. Amazing breakfast with delicious baked goods along with to go bags for lunch on your hike.
• Amy (7/5): Great value at an excellent location. - Great location, walking distance to everything. The customer service was excellent and parking onsite was so convenient. The breakfast next door was very good. They give you a voucher to use at the restaurant. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable but the room was not efficiently set up. It was a small room, which is fine, but the space was not used well. No hooks or shelves and no luggage rack. Not crazy about carpet on the floor.

• Damián Valens (10/5): Breve escala en Split - El hotel está situado en varias plantas de uno de los edificios más altos de la ciudad, en el cual hay otros negocios. Las vistas desde la habitación son impresionantes. Las instalaciones son modernas, cómodas y muy limpias. El desayuno se ofrece en la cafetería de la planta baja, en modo buffet a la carta. Tuvimos acceso al parking (de pago), previa llamada telefónica para que abrieran la puerta. Todo fue perfecto, tanto la estancia como el desayuno. Se puede ir al centro a pie sin ningún problema, por lo que es la opción más recomendable. El personal fue muy eficiente y cordial. Lástima que solo fue una noche.

Breakfast was not in the hotel and served after 8 am. Not many options for breakfast. I like buffet breakfast with multiple choices
• Paulo Henrique (9/5): Good option in Split - Hotel ist very close (walking distance) to the main attractions, like the palace and to the beaches of Split. Convenient distance, not close enough to get disturbed by the crowds but also good to avoid unnecessary traffic. Rooms are well equipped, clean and offer a good view of the surrounding. Staff very friendly and professional. It’s not a typical hotel, it’s two floors of a building made as hotel. Restaurant is external, they have an agreement with a restaurant near the hotel. For us it was not a problem, but some might not like the idea.

• Pin (4/5): No room cleaning with unhelpful and unfriendly staff - Good location, near the palace and next to the supermarket. There was no room cleaning, despite the fact that we asked for it by displaying the "clean the room" sign on the door. This was a basic service which was surprisingly missing. The staff at the hotel reception was unhelpful. We told him the room was too warm and he didn't do much to help us. He was rude and unfriendly, which made our stay very unpleasant. By the way, this hotel is actually just 2 floors of rooms in a commercial building. Overall, it was a disappointment.

• Hilde (9/5): Rustige nacht in comfortabele kamer met mooi uitzicht, en dat op een uitstekende locatie. - Rustige kamer met mooi zicht, op een super locatie. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Het ontbijtbuffet van vroeger werd stopgezet. Je kan wel tegen betaling ontbijten in bistro op gelijkvloers.
• Osanna (10/5): Excellent location with parking near the old town. - The location is excellent - just a 5 min walk to the old town and the beautiful Rive with all the restaurants and bars. Our superior twin room had a magnificent view of the harbour area - we could watch the ferries coming and going from our beds. Cristina, the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Plus there's a restaurant on the ground floor which makes delicious breakfast items. Everything was perfect but some more light in the bathroom would be ideal.

• Osanna (10/5): Amazing view, extremely central and wonderful receptionists - The view from our room was amazing. We had a whole wall of windows overlooking the harbour, so we could watch the cruise ships and ferries coming and going. Cristina, one of the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. My friend had her birthday while we were staying there, so Cristina kindly surprised her with a bottle of champagne and a note on behalf of the management. The location of the hotel is so very near to the old town, that together with the safe parking makes this the ideal place to stay when visiting Split. Everything was perfect really but more light in the bathroom would be a plus.

• LUC (8/5): Tres bon sejour ! - L'hotel est tres bien situe a qques minutes du centre de Split. Parfait. La chambre est spacieuse et situee au 8ieme ou 10 ieme etage d'un building. Superbe vue. Tres bien equipee, propre. L'employe a la reception etait tres serviable et tres sympathique. Nous avons recu plein d'informations. Le petit dejeuner se prend au rez de chaussee dans un etablissement independant. A savoir que l'hotel se situe au 8ieme et 10ieme etages d'un grand building. Bien suivre les instructions pour le parking ! Le petit dejeuner : 6/10.

• Melanie (10/5): Toller Blick und tolles Zimmer - Tolle Zimmer und traumhafter Blick über Split. Das in den Bildern abgebildete Buffet mit Blick auf die Stadt gibt es nicht mehr. Man bekommt Coupons für ein Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Das Frühstück war nicht so unser Fall (Familie mit Kindern).

• Lea (10/5): Absolutely fabulous - The staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. The View was amazing. Easily accessible to town. Walking distance to town. Kettle. Toiletries. Opening window. There was nothing not to like about this hotel.

Many many thanks to Christina who not only is friendly, but also fun and so strong! She did everything and more to help us with a great attitude and a smile. She is truly wonderful! Nothing really. Everyone and everything was good!

• Nancy (10/5): Fabulous place to stay to experience Split. - Amazing view really comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom. Close to restaurants, city and port. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Have a top sheet for the bed. The duvet is too warm at night.

• Manoj (10/5): - Staff is cooperative, we checked in a little early but the room was ready. The bathroom is quite spacious. The lift is available. Nice location-all attractions, restaurants, bus station and ferry port at walking distance.
• juan ramon (10/5): Magnífico alojamiento, nuevo y bonito con buen desayuno, parking y a 5 min andando del centro - Todo perfecto. El trato inmejorable(con un check-in antes de las hora. Las habitación limpia,amplia muy bien decorada. La cama ,el baño perfecto. El desayuno estuvo estupendo en la cafetería de abajo. Todo esto a 5 min andando y con Parking en el alojamiento Todo magnífico, sin ningún problema
