La limpieza un punto a mejorar, cosas como barrer debajo de la cama, telarañas en las lamparas, incluso de las mesitas y manchitas de mosquitas. Aunque no es dramático en general.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - excellent accueil. c'est notre 4ème séjour aux esplaneilles et nous avons très apprécié cette fois ci que les draps et serviettes étaient désormais fournis (lits faits !) seul bémol : le manque de vaisselle (pas de tire bouchons, pas de plats, manque de fourchette pour 6, pas de torchon… mais en le sachant on se débrouille. endroit super calme.
- Renier Johannes Gregorio (8/5): A Sky Full of Stars - Llegamos unos 10 minutos antes del límite para hacer el check in y ya no habia nadie en recepción. Llamé por teléfono y rápidamente nos dieron una solución. De hecho nos cambiaron a un apartamento más grande sin pedirlo ni nada. El apartamento era amplio, limpio y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. La decoración era perfecta. Cocina totalmente equipada. PD: Vereis que no hay luz alrededor y es por un motivo... Las estrellas de ven mucho mejor.

- Camille (6/5): Caro para lo que era - El apartamento y la residencia agradables, pero era muy pequeño para lo pagado, ademas faltaron muchas bombillas asi que casi no habia luz en el piso y no habian bastantes cubiertos y pkatos, habian tres de cada cuando teóricamente podia recibir 5 habitantes, en el cajón ademas habian cubiertos de plástico, por lo demas bien la chica agradable y nos dejo quedarnos un par de horas mas por los niños

Il ne faut pas oublier ses draps, et quelques "détails" comme le papier toilette et sac poubelle si on arrive le dimanche (commerces à proximité au centre du village sinon).

Pour les grincheux, effectivement il y a quelques travaux de finition la semaine dans la résidence à côté, mais à formiguères on y va pas pour rester toute la journée dans un appart ! Cadre idyllique sinon en forêt ! Et encore bravo à la responsable pour son professionnalisme exemplaire ! Je recommande vivement !

- chris (6/5): Be warned - Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Très bien mais de petites choses à revoir - Très bon séjour Très propre (hormis la vaisselle à vérifier) Les seuls bémols sont : - Pas Internet - Un lave-vaisselle ... et pas de machine à laver manque énormément surtout que les laveries automatiques sont loin ! - Pas de sèche cheveux (aie en hiver) - Pas de papier toilette à l'arrivée. - Pas de cintres . - Pas de grand lit mais deux lits en 90. Pieds en plastique sur le parquet ça glisse. Donc pas de galipette sinon on se retrouve en équilibre au dessus du vide, les lits au milieu de la pièce. Un sommier en 200 ou 180 aurait été un plus. (et avec des patins anti-dérapant). Mais globalement tout le reste y est pour passer un séjour agréable. Ces petits bémols obligent juste à remplir un peu plus les valises et à revoir certaine choses (laisser les petits dans la chambre et dormir sur le clic-clac pour dormir en couple par exemple, prévoir les aller-retour à la laverie etc...). En hiver c'est contraignant mais pas rédhibitoire.
- Alejandro (2/5): Nefasta comunicación y pobre reacción a problemas - Fuimos una pareja, sus dos hijos (6 meses y 8 años) y yo. Teníamos que pasar sólo una noche. Al realizar la reserva me escribe una chica de la agencia que lleva el apartamento y nos envíamos en total 14 mails. No habla español y me utiliza un traductor automatico para comunicarse provocando que la mitad de lo que dice no se entiende. Me envía un contrato para firmarlo del cual no entiendo la mitad. Intento aclararlo pero no me contesta a tiempo así que no le envío el contrato firmado. En él había una claúsula que obligaba a llegar entre las 14-16. Justamente no lo entiendo así y, en los 14 mails que me había enviado tampoco me informa de dicha condición. Cuando estamos llegando a Formigueres se pone a nevar fuerte y, eso nos provoca no llegar al lugar hasta las 16.50. Al llegar, necesitamos poner las cadenas para poder entrar al parking porque está todo demasiado nevado retrasandonos hasta las 18. Allí no hay nadie ni ninguna ifnormación de qué hacer si no encontramos a nadie. Llamo a todos los teléfonos que tengo de la agencia hasta que doy con alguien. No habla español. Me llama finalmente alguien que sí lo habla y me envía al estanco del pueblo. A las 19.30 aparece alguien por allí con las llaves del apartamento. El bebé con el pañal sucio desde las 17.00 y la niña llorando desde hacía una hora congelada. Se habían ido sin preocuparse de nosotros y nevando mucho sabiendo que íbamos con niños, un desastre.
