• Mathilde (9/5): Une petite parenthèse luxueuse - Nous nous sommes accordé une petite parenthèse avec cette nuit à l’hacienda Sacnite au cours de notre voyage. Le lieux est magique, surtout que nous avons eu la chance d’être presque tout seul. La chambre est majestueuse, grande et très bien décorée. Rien à dire sur le confort et la propreté La piscine est incroyable Le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre et son prix est relativement élevé. L’hôtel est situé au bord d’une route un peu passante. Je n’ai pas apprécié au moment du Check out, l’ajout de 15% de tips sur la partie restauration sans qu’on me demande mon avis

• Mailys (7/5): - Très belle hacienda bien restaurée, avec une belle piscine et un très bon restaurant. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. La propriétaire a changé il y a 1 an et l'établissement semble moins bien entretenu. La chambre que l'on nous a donnée était spacieuse mais il n'y avait aucun meuble (pas de table, chaise) et aucune décoration (ne correspondait pas aux photos ni à la description). Elle était très austère. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre, et la 2ème correspondait mieux à nos attentes, elle était plus chaleureuse. Les extérieurs et jardin mériteraient plus d'entretien. Il n'y a pas de chemin stable pour faire rouler les valises du parking à la réception (chemin en terre et graviers). Nous avons été déçus car nous nous attentions à quelque chose de plus luxueux. On sent que l'attention n'est plus la même.

• Amada Isabel (9/5): Excelente lugar para descansar y desconectarse - La comida y la coctelería muy buena, pero al ser un lugar pequeño creo no tienen buena rotación y control de inventarios, por lo que pedíamos algo y de pronto nos decían que no les quedaba algún ingrediente. Importante tener siempre en habitaciones insumos extras como papel de baño/ tapetes/ toallas extras, disponibles, sobre todo cuando son más de 2 huéspedes por habitación

Le jeune homme qui nous a servi les petits déjeuners fait actuellement l’école hôtelière . Il s’est mis en quatre pour tout faire parfaitement. Il a même essayé de parler Français. La suite était immense et décorée avec goût. Les canapés ne sont exceptionnelles. Les chemins d’accès aux chambres ne permettent pas de rouler les valises et nous n’avons pas eu d.assistance. Le personnel ne maîtrisait pas parfaitement l’Anglais et encore moins le Français.

• Ricardo Urani (8/5): - Nice little restored hacienda 10 min north of Izamal. The facilities are very well maintained and clean. The pool is great for kids as it's not deep. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the bed. I felt it wasn't too comfy, and woke up with a backache. The rest was really good.

Raw chicken 👎🏻, the filling of the enmoladas ice cold, overral, very bad experience with the food. It’s a real pitty because the menu seems decent but the actual meals were beyond disappointing.

• Caroline (8/5): Peaceful and comfortable restored magical hacienda - This is a magical renovated hacienda in a peaceful setting. The restaurant is excellent, and we ate cauliflower tacos, shrimp tacos and mango ceviche and we were all very happy with our meals. The room was comfortable a spacious. The staff were exceptional and we had a great conversation with the owners who were very personable and friendly. We really felt at home here. Fun fact about this location is that Juan Gabriel stayed here many times and the staff remember him well.

• Mathilde (10/5): Pour dormir dans un endroit historique bourré de charme - Cette hacienda est magnifique, un peu dans son jus mais c’est ce qui fait le charme de l’endroit. Le personnel était adorable et particulièrement Guillermo. Nous avons également très bien mangé au restaurant.

Les cocktails sont superbes et très équilibrés, bravo Sandra :-) Certains propriétaires prennent les meilleures tables sans laisser les hôtes profiter. Heureusement qu’un d’entre eux est hospitalier. Le parking est à faire et il est difficile d’accéder à la réception avec les valises.

• Henrik (6/5): Gives scammy vibes - Nothing There are no other options nearby, so they charge a lot because you don’t have a choice. They lure you into staying in a very isolated location that is expensive to reach, which means you can only eat there. The food is terrible and expensive. They don’t provide complimentary drinking water, which is a first for me at a hotel this secluded, and they charge a high price for it. The buildings, pool and garden looks larger in the photos. There is really no area to walk around, and the road is right next to the property, so there is constant noise from traffic.

Lo staff è’ stato molto gentile. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto il materasso per i miei gusti era un po’ troppo duro.

• Willians (6/5): Agréable mais …… - hacienda décorée avec un goût minimal mais exquis. personnel formidable mention particulière pour Armando néanmoins la literie est très voire beaucoup trop ferme et il n’y a aucun équipement ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain. ( absence de mini bar , de fer à repasser , de machine à café , de sèche cheveux , de télévision ) . les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain et il n’y a aucune intimité avec la chambre car absence totale de porte L’hôtel charge également d’une manière systématique un pourboire de quasiment 20 % sur la note finale des consommations et repas sans en avertir auparavant le client au moment du check out ….!!!

• Sergio (7/5): Good looking hacienda, but i would not stay again. - Great location to visit izamal. Property is well maintained, 200 years old. Very photogenic, calm and quiet place. We got badly attacked by mosquitos in the room at night. Bathroom had a leak. Mattress was very uncomfortable. All this could be easily fixed, however until then i would not return to this hotel.
• Bibi (10/5): - Wauw, alles aan dit verblijf was geweldig. Wij verbleven 2 nachten in de master suite en het is een van de meest luxe kamers waar ik ooit verbleven ben. Alles zag er uitstekend uit, was schoon en comfortabel. Het personeel was fantastisch, was enorm vriendelijk en deed hun best om ons verblijf geweldig te maken. Het eten in het restaurant was erg goed en we vonden de prijs meer dan redelijk. Qua locatie ligt de hacienda ook heel goed, slechts 10 minuten rijden van Izamal. Ik zou dit verblijf echt aan iedereen aanraden, en als het binnen je mogelijkheden valt boek dan zeker de master suite. Helemaal niets viel tegen, maar misschien is het goed te benoemen dat bij de master suite de badkamer inclusief wc in dezelfde ruimte is als het slaapgedeelte. Tevens wordt er in het restaurant standaard 15% service charge gerekend op de rekening.

• Tanja (7/5): Für eine Nacht echt süß - Die Hacienda ist wunderschön und hat einen ganz eigenen Charm. Insbesondere in der Dunkelheit kommt dieser perfekt zur Geltung. Die 5Sterne erzeugen leider eine Eine Erwartungshaltung die das Hotel nicht erfüllen kann. Kein Kofferträger, umgeschaltet Personal, von der extra im Zimmer ausgelegten Cocktail-Karte gab es keinen einzigen Cocktail, der Pool hätte öfter gesäubert werden müssen, die Zimmer waren zu einfach und die Handtücher abgenutzt. Es ist ein wirklich süßes Hotel aber mit den 5 Sternen tun sie sich selbst keinen Gefallen.

Depuis la piscine on voit la route, c’est dommage, heureusement que peu de voiture passaient le soir où nous y étions. Le restaurant (comme le reste) est trop cher par rapport à sa qualité.

We had such an amazing time there we came back there on our trip to enjoy one more night there . Highly recommend 💜

• Irving (10/5): Stunning hacienda with a huge potential - Firstly the staff on site were all super, they shared the history of the Hacienda , the nature , the city charm and locality to Izamal. The room was enormous with high ceilings , a huge bathroom. Dinner was 10/10 , the Huevos rancheros were the best on the trip for breakfast and dinner was equally tasty. They’re working on their wine list. shower was a little weaker but no issue ! Perhaps something to animate the stay - boardgames or something to use for the evening if you are staying on site.

• Stephane (5/5): Original et passable, mais trop cher pour ce que c'est. - L'accueil, le concept d'hôtel-hacienda, le calme. Le manque d'aménagement de l'ensemble extérieur, le manque de confort vu le prix (éclairage, pas de séparation salle de bain, manque d'armoires, grands espaces perdus). Surtout, la carte des repas ne comprend pas les 15% de service et aucune indication ne le mentionne sur la carte. Et on vous demande en plus un pourboire....
