In Unterkunft Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen und zuerst aus Sicht Untekunft Einsicht mit Bankdaten amgeben und Management müsse schauen. Versprochene Rückzahlung eines kleines Betrages. Nicht mal das wurde eingehalten seiten Unterkunft. Bei Frühstück extra nach Orangensaft gefragt, als und Grapefruitsaft serviert wurde. Versprochen wurde es und wieder Grapefruitsaft geliefert. Dann bei Ankunft, Safe keine Funktion. Defekt. Neuer Safe gebracht und einfach ohne Befestigung ins Zimmer gestellt. Was ist das für eine Art?

- Kheira (8/5): Très bien - L emplacement était parfait, proche des grands monuments. L’hôtel est très propre. Le petit déjeuner très copieux Il est mal indiqué , un seul petit panneau sur une grande porte en bois . Heureusement l’agent d acceuil nous attendait devant la porte . Merci à lui.
- Christine (10/5): - Petit déjeuner super copieux, généreux. Le personnel est à l'écoute du client et très professionnel. Notre chambre était très spacieuse. Celle de nos amis un peut petite à leur goût. L'emplacement est parfait, 15 min à pied pour le Colisée et 8 min pour la fontaine de Trevi. Nous avons utilisé le bus touristique pour nos déplacements vers le Vatican et les autres lieux que nous désirions visiter. C'est très pratique et les explications en français (écouteurs offerts dans le bus) sont très utiles. Rien, Rome est une ville magnifique.

- Miriam (4/5): Würde ich leider nicht erneut buchen - Die Lage ist wirklich prima. Man ist direkt im Zentrum und hat alles vor der Tür. Leider hat mir diese Unterkunft nicht gefallen. Das Zimmer war extrem dunkel, da es nur ein Mini-Fenster gibt, was dann auch noch zum Innenhof liegt und von der Lüftung verdeckt wird. Die Sauberkeit lies leider ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Besonders war die Geräuschkulisse: da unsere Duschkabine im Wohnbereich integriert war, durften wir jeden Spülvorgang, ob Dusch oder WC von unseren Mitbewohnern über uns wahrnehmen - es rauschte gewaltig. Diese Geräusche wurden leider auch nicht von der lauten Klimaanlage überdeckt. Die Internetverbindung war leider auch schlecht, es gab keinen Internetzugriff, obwohl man verbunden war und auf Grund der Lage hatte das eigene Internet nur Edge. Was ich aber noch sagen möchte: die Flexibilität der Mitarbeiter bei einem frühen Check Out war prima und man hat uns sogar ein Frühstück vorab aufs Zimmer gebracht.

The kitchen area was really useful (though a bit of washing up liquid / dishwasher tablets would have been helpful). Generous breakfast was delivered to our room. Staff were helpful and accommodating, and communicated well before and during our stay. Overall a great base for our visit to Rome. We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. This was fine for our April trip, but might be hot in summer.

Trochę zdziwił nas prysznic w pokoju - dosłownie. Niestety muszę napisać o tym, że pierwotnie zostaliśmy zakwaterowani nie w tym pokoju który wybraliśmy i za który zapłaciliśmy. Personel następnego dnia zareagował natychmiast i dostaliśmy ten właściwy pokój. Fajnie, bo pracuje tam Pani z Polski która bardzo nam pomogła. Nie mogliśmy zareagować zaraz po przyjeździe, bo było późno wieczorem i Pani z recepcji była już niedostępna. Nr telefonu który został podany do kontaktu nie odpowiadał. Nie wiem czy zrobiła to złośliwie umieszczając nas w tym pokoju, bo musiała na nas czekać. Nie wiem. Niestety mieliśmy opóźniony lot. Pokój który nam dała był obleśny. Wysokość do sufitu 2 metry. Śmierdziało w nim samą stęchlizną. Małe okienko z widokiem na poremontowe śmieci i w ogóle jakieś śmieci. Pokój tragedia. Proszę na to zwracać szczególną uwagę. No i słychać spłukiwaną wodę w toalecie wyżej. Słabo działające WiFi praktycznie wcale. W tym lepszym pokoju tak samo. Trzeba było wychodzić na zewnątrz żeby porozmawiać przez telefon. Uważajcie na ten koszmarny pokój!!! Moim zdaniem powinien być wyłączony z użytkowania.

Colazione servita solo in camera (dettaglio rilevante non menzionato durante la prenotazione) e carente sotto ogni punto vista. Senza acqua senza tovaglioli e senza cioccolata x farcire i cornetti che arbitrariamente ci hanno servito vuoti. Alla segnalazione, ci è stato risposto di prendere l acqua dal frigo bar e che la cioccolata era finita! Venduto da booking per un hotel, ma in realtà non ha reception h24. Non abbiamo avuto modo di parlare con un addetto se non la mattina poco prima dell ora di colazione che abbiamo dovuto decidere il giorno prima durante il check in. - Obradovic (10/5): Everything was perfect, would recommend, and hopefully would come back again - Everything was exceptional; the staff is awesome, especially Dmitry. Everybody knew English, and someone was always there to help us out with anything. Some of the reviews mentioned that breakfast was modest, but in our opinion, that couldn’t be further from the truth. It was a lot for my partner and myself, and it would keep us full for hours. The property location is also great; all the attractions are within walking distance. You don’t even need to create plans; my girlfriend and I wanted to go to the Spanish Steps, took a wrong turn, and ended up right in front of the Colosseum.

Завтрак очень хороший, все вкусно и всего было достаточно! Мы остались очень довольны! Рекомендую 🤩 Было бы хорошо если бы были пару таблеток для мытья посуды и губка с тряпкой вытирать стол в квартире.

Aamiainen oli hyvä, ehkä suomalaiseen makuun aika makea. Huoneen näkymä oli sotkuiselle sisäpihalle. Ilmastointi ei toiminut, onneksi ei ollut kuuma. Sijainti oli niin keskeisellä paikalla Roomassa, että en tiedä voiko tuolla sijainnilla vaatia edes kovin isoa huonetta tai näköalaa. Näkymä ikkunasta ja toimiva ilmastointi.
- Demirhan (1/5): - They don’t put actual photos of the rooms. The room is completely different what has been shown on Booking. Also it is not healthy to stay. You can see it clearly on the photos. Since they know this is the case, they are trying to trick you by suggesting some sort of compensation. When you refuse that, they don’t respond all. We couldn’t get our money back, although we were there and they agreed to refund later on they decided not to do. We booked another hotel and having an open dispute with them to get our money back.
