- julio (8/5): Un lugar muy central, agradable y personal amable - Tuvimos un problema de interpretacion. necesitabamos 3 habitacioness con baño privado y los departamentos tienen solo dos completos y uno sin ducha, fueron muy diligentes para llevarnos a otra categoria y subsanar un poco dicho problema. El personal amable como todos loos mexicanos. Que la limpieza no fuera todos los dias, tal vez solo falto coordinacion.
- Andrea (9/5): - La ubicación es perfecta , muchos tour el punto de encuentro era a unos segundos del hotel lo que facilitaba mucho el desplazamiento. El apartamento era enorme y muy cómodo ,habitaciones y camas , al igual que la cocina con los implementos para preparar, y el personal muy atento a las solicitudes. Lo recomiendo!! El ascensor cuando llegamos estaba dañado y demoró unos días en arreglarlo.

El apartamento es muy grande si viajas con muchas personas. El baño olía a cañería y estaba limpio pero la mampara de la ducha llena de cal y da mala impresión. En la cocina hay de todo para cocinar pero no tienen el detalle de dejar un poco de sal, aceite, azúcar ni servilletas que es básico en una cocina

There is an easy access to the apartment and it is very centric close to everything. I had a great deal renting this place and I hope Im lucky enough again to rent it next time I come back. - Diane (8/5): Excellent séjour! - Grandeur de l’appartement et du balcon. Air climatisé dans chacune des 3 chambres à coucher et dans le salon. Propreté, confort et proximité de très bons restaurants, de plage etc… Le seul point négatif est le bruit du bar qui était en face note note chambre, surtout le vendredi et samedi soir mais la localisation était tellement parfaite qu’on choisirait encore cet hôtel.

- Cote (9/5): Beau séjour!! Personnel serviable!! - Établissement très accomodant: notre arrivée après minuit facile. Gardien de nuit securisant. Directement situé sur la Quinta, rue animée, mais interieur calme. En raison du retard de notre vol au départ, ils ont accepté de garder nos valises et nous ont permis de profiter de la piscine jusqu'à notre départ. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Bcp de québécois en long séjour. Notre suite était spacieuse. Parfait avec les enfants. On entend la musique dans le quartier mais pour nous, c'était juste agréable et ça mettait de l'ambiance. La nuit c'était calme. La vaisselle est à son stricte minimum. Nos portes patio ne barrent pas. Nous avons choisit de pas s'en formaliser. Nous nous sentions en securité. Et nous n'apportons rien de valeur. J'y retournerais.

- Maude007 (8/5): Super hébergement - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, près de la plage, des restos, etc. L'appartement était très grand, pas très moderne mais propre. Nous avons aussi apprécié la terrasse. Les climatiseurs sont très bruyants. C'est ennuyant mais c'est aussi positif. Ça couvre la musique des bars autours, qui joue jusqu'aux petites heures. Après tout, on ne peut pas s'attendre à ce que le coeur du centre touristique soit tranquille une fois la nuit tombée...
- Lupita Haas (9/5): Located right on Quinta Avenida & hard to park a car. - It is located right on 5th avenue and the 3 bedroom apartment I chose was extremely big & spacious. If you bring a car, you have to get in thru 5th ave where it's full of pedestrians and you cannot take the car in and out of the garage at all due to the pedestrian traffic. The apartment is huge and only has 1 small TV in the living room. It needs to be better equipped. Does not have washer/dryer or cleaning supplies. No basic stuff available and the only hair dryer only turns on for 20 seconds and dies.

Unfortunately the place is not kept up and everthing falling apart. Showers full of soap scum. So much lime scale on faucet. Was upgraded to the owner's suite which was super nice but still run down.

Juste retourné (tête pied) Grosse fuite au fond du couloir * salle de bain du logement au dessus qui coule beaucoup..du coup flaque et sol glissant .. cette fuite n a pas été réparé. Je n ai rien rapporté a booking ni embêter l hotel. A la fin de mon séjour on m a facturer 300 pesos pour une tasse ébréchée. J ai passé un mois sur san pedro : séjour a + de 2700 euros..

Está cerca de restaurantes y tiendas, en plena 5ª avenida. Le falta mantenimiento,se ve ya muy viejo. Mucho ruido, porque hay restaurantes justo debajo, y la clientela es poco respetuosa con el descanso ajeno. El acceso es algo incómodo porque es una calle peatonal y tienes que ir andando con las maletas desde la perpendicular.

- Carolane (7/5): Correct - Très bien situé et piscine sur le toit. Grand appartement. Les comme t'aimes disaient que ça pouvait être bruyant mais pas énormément. Le bruit est très intense, j'imagine que ça dépend de l'emplacement de la chambre qui nous est attribué mais la nôtre très bruyante et il été difficile de dormir. Le ménage a été fait 2 fois dans les 13 jours que nous y sommes resté. Pas suffisant car il y avait beaucoup de sable par terre et les toilettes n'ont jamais été lavées. Difficile d'avoir accès à un balai et produits pour faire le ménage nous-même. Équipement de cuisine très minimal et brisé.

Hay asadores y alberca. Nosotros nos quedamos en las habitaciones grandes, en total fuimos 14 personas y la convivencia grupal es muy sencilla de hacer gracias a las areas que ofrecen las habitaciones Nos hospedamos 3 noches y en ninguna de estas ocasiones nos hicieron el aseo, no se si por que eramos muchos o por que pero si nos hizo falta cambio de toallas y rollo

Nada que no nos gusto pero solo deberían avisar antes que por estar en la 5ta avenida, no puedes entrar y salir del hotel en auto desde las 3 p m. a 10 p.m. ya que la calle es solo peatonal y en ese horario hay mucho flujo.

El apartamento estaba mal aislado y se escuchaba el bullicio (karaoke, peleas, etc) hasta pasadas las 3 de la madrugada. La limpieza mejorable. Las instalaciones desactualizadas y se cortó el agua en varias ocasiones.

- yanes perez (10/5): EXCEPCIONAL - La ubicación, el espacio, el lugar es super amplio, tienes balcón, sala, cocina, de todo. Está súper bonito, mi cama estaba grandísima y hermosa, grande. Nos dejaron pasar más temprano de lo debido y eso fue muy bueno porque tenía una reunión. El personal, desde el vigilante, super amables. Se me quedó una bocina con cargador y me la van a guardar para cuando yo regreseee...super bien. NADA

- Margaret (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely loved it! The room was amazing. Agree that the pool area could use a bit of a facelift but is still very enjoyable. If we go back to Playa del Carmen, this will be our hotel of choice. We may go back just to stay there again.
- Karla (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación, lo malo la movilidad con el vehículo, el estacionamiento no se puede ocupar hasta cierta hora, por el flujo de turistas lo que t hace pagar otro estacionamiento mientras da la hora.
- Jamy (6/5): - Check in at 3 but took almost a hour to get checked in then room still wasn’t ready said it was just missing towels which they never brought and would be ready in 20 more mins. Trying to reach front desk wasn’t easy nothing left in room about Wi-Fi or how to connect with the property about any issues good thing we had our own towels. Pool area/hotel definitely needs some updates. I won’t be staying again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great service! The rooms are big. Everything is walking distance. Lots of restaurants around and the beach is two blocks away from the hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location is great for handing out in Playa Del Carmen. I could see the strip from our bedroom and living room. We had a bit of an issue with our shower but they came and fixed it right away. The hardest part was the parking. The hotel is on the main strip and cars are not allowed most of the day. The hotel did their best but if you have a car it can be a bit difficult.
