- Vladimir (2/5): - Hotel canceled my reservation without notice. Expedia needs to review its contract with all hotels in this area as none of them honored Expedia booking service on the night of June 22, 2025. Unacceptable business behavior.

- Paul (2/5): - This Hotel is completly falling apart and out dated, upon entering our room there was water all over the floor in the bedroom coming from leaking windows. The ceiling fan in the living room had a missing blade, and once you turned it on the base of the ceiling fan was so loose I feared for my life. There was poop still in the toilet along with the trash can filled with poop filled toilet paper which stunk the whole apartment up. Not to mention, the toilet it self was broke and the sound of running water all evening. Being that this hotel is right off the highway the noise was beyond loud, with cars zooming and people fighting in the courtyard. The furniture is stained and dirty. This Hotel is on of the worst in Boca Chica.

There was no wash cloth available. Asked and was told they don’t have them. One elevator was NOT working. There’s a club on the top floor which means there will be heavy traffic in the elevators and ground floor from night til morning.

- Jeanette (2/5): Property not up to par - The place is in dire need of structural updates. Paint coming off the walls. Evidence of mold on walls. Hot water did not work at all. Stayed 4 days and no efforts made by staff to provide fresh towels and replenish paper products. TV did not work. Remote control had no batteries. Bedroom door handle falling off. Definitely not a place where we will stay again. There were more staff than guests. We had to manually open and close the driveway gate in order to exit or enter parking area. Staff never offered to help.

Estaba limpia pero tenia olor a humedad y a cigarrillo deben aromatizar antes que el cliente llegue no Justo cuánto el cliente cesta entrándolas la habitación. Debería ofrecer más opciones de taxis o medios de transporte. El internet fue muy malo la cobertura intermitente y por horas quede si. Conexión la persona que atendía el turno de la tarde no hizo nada por ayudarme

- Paul Edward (10/5): - I was a bit skeptical at first but the staff and everyone there made me feel welcome and comfortable. They’re going thru some renovations and there were minor maintenance issues but those were resolved quickly. I can’t say enough about how management and staff were extremely helpful even though there was a little language barrier. It was relaxing and fun too and even some other guests joined in on our pool side parties. I’m definitely going back soon. If you don’t expect a five star hotel, you’ll have a great stay here. If you want a safe, clean, comfortable place that treats you like family, this is for you.

It was cheap, and if would not be late night arrival then we would have let go money and find better place.

- Jaclyn (8/5): Definitely would stay again! - This was out 2nd time staying at Villa Capri. The 1st time, we brought our kids, they loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. We are very familiar with DR and felt comfortable in the neighborhood which was a mixture of locals and tourists. There were several Colmados (corner stores) close to the hotel and a shirt 5 min walk brought you to the Ole' supermarkets for us to purchase foods to cook in the apartment style hotel room's full kitchen. On our 1st stay, the kids loved the small pool available on the property. This visit, we did not use the pool and rather, we chose to take walks to the beach! We would gladly stay again as the staff are personable and were very attentive to any requests we made.
