• AURORA (8/5): - El apartamento está bien y tiene una buena relacion calidad precio, pero la atención al cliente es pésima si tienes cualquier problema. No hay recepción y si que ofrecen un teléfono que supuestamente está disponible 24horas pero no contestan. También hay un WhatsApp que es un robot y cuando consigues chatear con un humano solo dicen que avisan a mantenimiento pero nadie viene ni te soluciona nada al respecto. Suerte que el problema que tuvimos no fue nada grave, pero estuvimos una semana y no lo solucionaron.
• Jean Marc (6/5): Bof peut mieux faire - Pas de code avant arrivée. Appartement non conforme à réservation. Plusieurs appels nécessaires pour finalement obtenir un second appartement sans supplément (normalement) pour avoir les 2 chambres souhaitées et réservées. Le personnel ne parle pas français comme indiqué sur le site. Anglais obligatoire ou espagnol. 2eme année ou réservation non conforme. Nous sommes exasperés.

• Mónica (6/5): Todo lo debe hacer el huésped. Nada cómodo - La modalidad de que todo se haga de forma virtual no es la más cómoda, no tienen una persona para consultar algún inconveniente o inquietud, hay un teléfono dónde nadie responde, la información te la envían a cuenta gotas en lugar de hacerlo con un correo donde se explique todo el proceso desde la entrada hasta la salida del alojamiento, no se puede estar pendiente a cada momento del correo para leer cada mensaje con instrucciones. Mandos a distancia tanto de aire acondicionado y televisión sin baterías, tuvimos que comprar para hacerlo funcionar porque nadie podía resolver. La hora de salida es la más temprana que haya visto, todo con prisas, además te envían un correo el culo ví ya estando en casa que debía tirar la basura y fregar los platos. No hay acaso un servicio de limpieza??? El mismo que te está tocando a la puerta faltando 2 minutos para que sean las 10 de la mañana para sacarte literalmente del apartamento.
• Mr Mark (2/5): Awful. Don't bother. - This is an absolutely awful hotel! Honestly, please, do not book with this company. They put us in an apartment with "windows with a pool view*. This hilariously consisted in reality of frosted glass windows in the bedrooms, which were 6 feet up the wall touching the ceiling and impossible to see out of. Added to that, the windows in the front (off the living area) had bars on them like a prison cell and looked onto a grey grafittied wall opposite. The whole place felt like a prison. We did not get a balcony or a patio as advertised. We got a sorry looking, very much neglected "yard" on the main road, with a broken table, no shelter from the sun, and a broken vent, through which we could see the basement and generator below. We didn't have a parasol outside, or a kettle inside, or even a plug for the sink. We had an ant infestation. The admin guys couldn't care less about our disappointment. We booked this hotel in February. We asked for a better apartment but they declined. We asked for a refund so we could move to a different hotel, but again they declined. There are no on site staff. You have to email or whats app and wait for ages for a reply. They couldn't run a bath let alone an hotel. Again, do not go anywhere near this joke of a company.

Le ménage devrait être fait plus à fond. Sinon bien situé à côté de tout. Très difficile de trouver une place où se garer

Pas de bouton pour la faire fonctionner ! - Clim qui refroidit pas beaucoup - pas de Clim dans la chambre - canapé lit HORRIBLE, matelas d appoint durs avec revêtement bruyants, impossible de dormir correctement sans maux de dos , pas sympas pour vos vacanciers qui aspirent au repos - rideaux occultant laissent passer la chaleur - ascenseur en panne la veille de notre départ - bruits incessants des portes qui claquent de la résidence - rangement inexistant dans la salle de bain En conclusion pour un bon rapport qualité prix , prenez véritablement en compte les commentaires de vos clients pour offrir une prestation et une expérience de qualité digne du mot CONFORT que vous citez dans l appellation de votre résidence « RV hôtels appartement confort »
• Verified traveler (2/5): Avis négatif - Arrivés à 16h30. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le congélateur était complètement décongelé et il y avait de l’eau partout j’ai dû tout nettoyer. J’ai pris contact avec le numéro whatsap et personne n’est jamais venu.
• Benjamin (4/5): - Parking isnt easy but that is somewhat understandable given the location. What is less understandable is the lack of communication (they dont respond on weekends) , no air conditioning in the bedroom (only the lounge) and a charge for towels. Otherwise fine.

• Gustavo (8/5): - In general we had a good experience during our stay. The apartment is well located and reasonably well equipped. The biggest inconvenience is that they have no staff in the premises and any problem has to be handled though a WhatsApp account that is slow to reply. When I arrived at the building, I had not yet received the email with the room information and door code, I eventually did, but it took me a while to contact them and get the information, also, the elevator was out of service and since there was no staff available at that time, we had to carry our luggage up three floors. The night before check out, we lost electrical power in our apartment, once again we had to contact the management via the WhatsApp account to have it restored, we were told that because of the time there might not be any staff in the building to restore the power and that we most likely would have to wait until the next morning, “luckily” there was in fact somebody available and after about 30min the lights came on again. We could definitely stay here again, but I think they should have at least one member of staff available 24h that can handle these type of issues, if not in the premises, at least on call. The company has many properties in that block, all of which use the WhatsApp account system, so I don’t think is an unreasonable request. I think it would be a big improvement in their customer service.

• Gabriele (8/5): Schöne, saubere Wohnung. - Eine saubere, moderne Wohnung mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, das Bad war neu und die Möbel modern und ansprechend. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Abgesehen von den etwas lauten Nachbarn (die Wände waren etwas dünn), waren wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment.

Buena situación a 250 m de la playa, se nota que estan recien restaurados, todo limpio y recien pintado. Muebles justitos pero ajustado al precio pagado en abril, claro... Piscina en muy buen estado.
• claudia (10/5): Super - Nous avons passés 10 jours super. L appartement etait super propre. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut, couverts, verres, tasses, assiettes, casseroles et cafétéria italienne. Il y avait des serviettes de bain a notre disposition. Et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir le balcon avec vue sur piscine. Ceci dit, une machine a laver dans la résidence serait la bienvenue car il faut allez au lavoir au coin de la rue pour lessivé son linge. La résidence est a 200 mètres de la mer mais un peu loin de la marina et du quartier vivant de l estartit. La ville est super propre, calme et la plage est propre. Plusieurs plaines de jeux pour les enfants. En bref excellent endroit pour les familles
• Michael (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach gehalten aber es hat mehr als genügt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Toilettensitz im Bad hat uns etwas enttäuscht, da dieser mal wieder erneuert werden könnte. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sauber. Leider war das Klimagerät im Wohn- /Esszimmer und nicht im Schlafzimmer. Am Pool hat man immer einen Platz gefunden und konnte sich dadurch jederzeit erfrischen auch wenn man mal nicht an den Strand wollte. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es unzählige Bars und Restaurants die ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

• Catalina (8/5): Apartamento correcto pero ruidoso por las noches - El Apartamento es bastante nuevo, tiene el equipamiento justito, no tiene toallas. Estaba limpio y la cama no estaba mal. Lo negativo es por las noches, ya que la piscina tiene una cascada muy ruidosa que funciona toda la noche. Además, al no haber vigilancia ni recepción, alguien puso música alta hasta las 2h de la mañana.

• aleix (4/5): Apartamento correcto. mantenimiento malo - Hemos estado 2 noches en este apartamento. El apartamento es correcto y bien situado. No obstante su mantenimiento muy decepcionante. El microondas no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado casi no tiraba. Se notaba que hacia días q no había habido movimiento porqué olía a cerrado y había varias zonas sucias (hasta había un cojín pegado con restos de algo q no voy a mencionar aquí!). Había un mísero rollo de papel de WC para 4 personas y 3 días (normalmente hay 3-4). No es la primera vez que vamos al Estartit y nuestras previas experiencias en otros apartamentos han sido muy diferentes, en positivo (apartamentos límpios, con suficiente papel de WC y toallas de cortesia) Por favor responsables del negocio... mejorad la limpieza y replantearos la estrategia de que dejáis de cortesia. Dicen que por el covid no pueden tener lavabo público en la zona de la piscina, para los peques iría bien, pero como a todos el virus obliga a hacer cambios...

Поэтому перед прибытием внимательно прочитайте правила отеля. На 3 этаже WiFi не всегда стабилен. Персонал был исключительно приветлив. Отличный вариант для семейного отдыха на Коста-Брава.

• kim (2/5): Not brilliant - Parking is difficult near the hotel & they charge €45 per week to use there car park. We did explain when booking that parking was a necessity as both.of us are disabled. Felt like we were bring blackmailed, staff didn't care & offered no help.

• Paul Michael (10/5): Confort Estartit - Made to feel extremely welcome on arrival. Angelica, the receptionist also gave me a well informed description of the local area . The apartment was clean and well maintained . For the price l was extremely pleased and without doubt would holiday at this place again. Either solo or with friends. Top value,friendly and nice location. Excellent.
