Shelley (9/5): We were there in very unfortunate circumstances and the staff made life a lot easier. - The staff were exceptionally accommodating, we were only there to visit a relative at Sunward Park Netcare and they kindly let us check out at 11, when visiting hours started. The lovely lady who made our breakfast was a gem. It was a very last minute booking so I wasn't aware of the bar facilities or that I could have booked a dinner. The layout with the table right next to the shower was a bit awkward and I battled with the pillows.
Thembi (8/5): I had an convenient stay at the guesthouse - Close to all amenities Close to a busy road, thus a person can hear all the noise from cars in the road and our bathroom seemed like it was freshly painted because there was a smell of painting in our room.

Jonas (1/5): stuff there is really horrible - the bathroom is decent service is bad, i requested a king-sized bed, and i was told to move to a smaller rom if i want a double bed at least, the receptionist continued to say its a problem booking online because its not what they have, so i asked to put at least the king-sized sheet on these two single beds she said they don't have, the she says you either take a small room or this one, not even introduce us to the place to show us where's the breakfast area bar swimming pool, we just had to walk all over the place looking for it. in the breakfast area people of color were given service with smile, but with us we need to walk around like headless chickens in the kitchen and look for milk and yoghurt

Breakfast made a great start to the day! Secure parking. Not as well priced as similar guesthouses, but this one is just very convenient if you're working in Boksburg, Springs, etc.

The way Zodwa "welcomed" us on arrival. She did not even introduce herself to us. She was rude and only interested in telling us that she has worked there for 20 years and has experience. She looked like she couldn't wait for us to leave. She took us to the room, and we asked her for her name, and that's the only time she began telling us who she was and her experience in the place.

Lakheni (9/5): Mam Thuli was the highlight of the trip...great treatment from her - The room was spacious and spotless. The small lounge area on the patio was a lovely surprise. The best part of the trip was Mam Thuli who worked at the breakfast area. I have never encountered a more friendly and helpful hotel staff member. She went over and above to ensure we were happy and the food was to our liking. Some guests arrived after the end of breakfast and she still ensured they were well taken care of. (I know I would not have been as friendly and accommodating). Nothing.
