Il breakfast monotono, con pochissima varietà, basti dire che la frutta disponibile era più sciroppata che fresca. A cena le stoviglie troppo spesso non erano ben pulite! Il servizio di reception è stato sempre piuttosto sbrigativo. Perfino al check out non si sono preoccupati di chiedermi come fosse andato il soggiorno nonostante abbia trascorso lì 13 giorni in mezza pensione. Da un albergo 4 stelle mi aspettavo maggiore attenzione a questi aspetti, peccato davvero.

- pierfrancesco (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in quest’hotel per 8 notti.. la posizione è ottimale con la fermata dei bus molto vicino ( inoltre i trasporti funzionano molto bene quindi è semplice spostarsi con i mezzi, orari flessibili fino alle 2 di notte). Quello che fa la differenza in questa struttura è sicuramente la vista spettacolare e il personale, in particolar modo Nicola alla reception, Nicolina per la pulizia delle camere, Landi e Gabriel in sala come camerieri e Abramo il tutto fare sempre disponibile.. sempre col sorriso e cordiali davvero complimenti! Il cibo è molto buono.. che dire ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Farei qualche accorgimento nelle stanze.. non so metterei qualcosa in più per gli ospiti come ad esempio pantofole usa e getta ecc.. amplierei un pochino il buffet della colazione con qualche dolce in più.. e inserirei qualche altra attività in piscina per gli ospiti.. da dedicare qualche attenzione in più anche al dolce finale del pranzo o cena.

У отеля своя большая и очень ухоженная территория, 2 закрытых термальных бассейна и один открытый. Термальный парк Сады Посейдона и Сад кактусов находятся в пешей доступности. Великолепный персонал. Отличное место для полного релакса и перезагрузки.
- Marko VdV1 (8/5): - The location offering sea views is great. Close to Poseidon Park. Half board meals are good and staff are friendly. Rooms are decent size. Bit of drive out of Ischia port, best to take a bus which takes 30 mins once boarded. The hotel is ageing but gracefully so.

- J3043ZFpeterp (10/5): Great Location, Unforgettable Time - Initially we booked 7 nights in "Royal Palm Hotel" on Ischia, but later purchased another 3 extra nights. Pros: Great location with panoramic views on the sea and "Gardens of Poseidon SPA" Hotel premises surrounded with well maintained wonderful garden of mature palm trees, flowers, cactus, agaves and other exotic evergreens We had an upgraded spacious room with sea and garden view at the same time. Advise everyone to buy an upgraded room if possible. Bed bedding was new, room cleaning was quick and easy. The real hotel attraction are few thermal pools (some covered, some open) accessible for the whole day. We has an excellent time soaking in these pools boasting unique thermal water. This thermal water was the reason of our longer stay there and we liked it so much. The pools were not crowded, it was always possible to find a cozy place next to the pool or under the nearby palms. Great restaurant with excellent selection of genuine Italian cuisine. We have to mention that every day the restaurant served new tasty dishes, so it was highly appreciated and not boring when staying long time at the same place. We have also to mark an excellent job of all restaurant staff including waiters, management and kitchen. We have selected a half-board option (breakfast and dinner). Our special thanks to hotel management and especially Maria at reception and Anna Maria - general manager, who assisted us with advise and ticket purchase for our return trip via ferry to Naples and train from Naples to Rome. The hotel is definitely worth of staying and especially for longer time. We have to mention again unique thermal pools, what is a real remedy for different health conditions. All prices were reasonable and service was excellent. We even managed to take a day trip to Amalfi Coast, arranged by hotel for extra cost - this trip will never be forgotten. Cons: Do not expect too much attending the sea beach. While hotel provides regular free shuttle service to beach, the beach itself is quite simple, with basic amenities, what is in contrast with excellent hotel premises and service. - stefania (8/5): - Hotel è ben posizionato, è un ampia struttura, la mia camera aveva la vista del mare e dal mio balcone ho potuto fare delle belle foto ad un tramonto davvero bello. Avevo chiesto una camera non rumorosa e mi ha fatto molto piacere che l'abbia avuta (fatto salvo qualche comportamento di alcuni ospiti del piano di sopra. Ma questo dipende come sempre dalla sensibilità delle persone). La camera ben pulita. Mi sono trovata molto bene e lo consiglio vivamente! La mia valutazione è un 8.5. Le cene più che buone, anche se per problemi di reflusso avevo chiesto l'omissione di alcune cose ma non sempre il cuoco ha rispettato quanto avevo scritto. Le colazioni anche queste più che buone. Farei solo un'osservazione ai fini di un improvement, non era riportata per le varie torte e crostate, il tipo di farina/con o senza glutine.

Rumori delle signore delle pulizie già alle sette di mattina, quindi sveglia obbligata! Poco spazio attorno alle piscine per la portata di persone dell'hotel. Prezzi alti per le bevande che sono extra, due euro un caffè è assurdo! Camere un poco datate.

Zastaralé vybavení, ale udržované v čistotě. Celkově se nám dovolená líbila a splnila očekávání. Děkujeme. Snídaně, káva, malý výběr ovoce (zpravidla 1 druh), místy špinavé sklo a nádobí. Pozdní čas pro večeře, až od 20 h. Slabá wifi. Do centra Foria nutno dojet autobusem nebo taxi (hotel zajišťuje přes den shuttle bus na pláž, ale nenabízí shuttle do města/přístavu).

- Beatrice (8/5): - L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto bella e panoramica di Forio. Le zone comuni sono rilassanti e ben curate. Piatti serviti tavola buoni. Buffet sempre uguale ogni colazione/cena, Viene servita pochissima frutta fresca in 5 giorni (a cena e colazione) solo ananas anguria e melone.

Penso che un hotel 4 stelle debba avere molto di più. Servizio di TV in camera, per 5 giorni funzionavano solo i canali RAI. Aria condizionata senza termostato. Accesa o spenta.

- Chiacchio (10/5): - Tutto, non saprei da dove iniziare, comincio dal personale della reception le quali sono state molto attente e cordiali, e mi hanno risolto tempestivamente un problema legato alla prenotazione. Colazione super e cena fantastica. Struttura enorme e molto curata. Le stanze erano impeccabili e pulite… inoltre compensano lo svantaggio della posizione con una navetta gratuita che porta sia in spiaggia che in centro fino alle 19 di sera. Insomma, non mi aspettavo un posto così. P.s. Date un aumento ai camerieri perché sono di una gentilezza e cordialità unica🫶🏼

- Simona (4/5): Deludente - Grazie a Holidays e Heidi, unica nota positiva di questo soggiorno, sempre sorridenti e gentili. La struttura è molto grande, la vista molto bella. Ringraziamo i receptionist Nicola e Maria per i preziosi consigli, per il resto ho riscontrato molta scortesia. Peccato. L’hotel offre un massaggio gratuito di 15 minuti anche se devi comprare la crema. Stanza assolutamente inadeguata per un quattro stelle, arredamenti vecchi stile anni 50, camera sporca nonostante il passaggio quotidiano delle pulizie(allego foto). Corridoi sporchi. (Allego foto). Al secondo giorno abbiamo riscontrato acqua in stanza. Ci hanno messo due giorni per capire che proveniva dalla stanza affianco e a spostarci in un'altra stanza. Abbiamo dormito due notti con gli asciugamani per terra. Signora delle pulizie che si lamentava con i clienti per la presenza nei corridoi e nelle stanze di pietre/sabbia dalla spiaggia. Sarebbe opportuno mettere una doccetta per i piedi prima di entrare in hotel in modo tale da risolvere il problema. Buffet colazione deludente, da implementare sezione dolci. Cucina in generale nella media, anche se al buffet c’erano sempre le stesse cose. Scortesia da parte del personale del centro benessere, in quanto avevamo già prenotato una escursione (tra l’altro con l’hotel stesso pagando) e pretendevano che il messaggio lo facevamo quella mattina quando è stato spiegato che eravamo già fuori. Ci sono venuti incontro anche se con tono seccato. Volevo fare dei trattamenti corpo, ho chiesto in cosa consistevano e non lo sapevano neanche loro. Sinceramente non ho un buon ricordo di questa vacanza nonostante tutti i soldi spesi.
- Corinna (9/5): Ich mag dieses Hotel sehr, mit seinem Charme, den ganzen sehr lieben undzuvorkommenden Personal. - Wunderschöner Ausblick von der Terrasse des Hotels, gemütliche Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Man merkt, dass das Hotel schon etwas älter ist, mir persönlich macht das aber nichts. Man könnte in weichere Kopfpolster investieren :)

Nicola (peccato che ci siamo messi a parlare solo l’ultima sera, ci ha fornito molti consigli per il prossimo soggiorno), il sig. Alfonso ( lo ringrazio per il caffè e l’intrattenimento di prima mattina, aspettare alle 7.00 per il caffè per una come me, e terribile) e il pasticciere Gianluca (i suoi dolci divini). Le Terme, vasche interne ed esterne grandi e pulite. Vicinanza alla spiaggia di Citara( perfetta per correre la mattina) e al al parco Poiseidon. Cucina variegata e buona (trattamento mezza pensione). Camera vista mare standard un po’ datata per essere un 4 stelle. Bottiglie d’acqua nel ristorante di plastica, inconcepibile. Palestra piccolissima, mancano i pesi. Hotel offre il servizio di massaggi e trattamenti termali, peccato non essere riuscita ad usufruirli.

- Martina (8/5): Vacanza ad Ischia all'insegna del mare e del relax - Camera molto ampia e spaziosa, pulita molto bene. Il personale è davvero accogliente, accomodante, oserei dire fin troppo paziente, cerca di accontentare sempre tutti nelle loro richieste. Servizio navetta per il mare davvero comodo ed il personale anche lì davvero gentile. Purtroppo, non solo per colpa dell'hotel, il buffet della colazione ma anche della cena è un vero tasto dolente. Ma non è assolutamente colpa dello chef o dello staff cucina, loro sono davvero bravi e i piatti sono buonissimi. Il problema sono le persone e la loro poca educazione. Però credo che l'amministrazione debba saperlo e cercare di gestirlo per quanto possibile. Infine, diciamo che la posizione dell'Hotel è un pochino problematica se sei una coppia giovane e magari vuoi far serata, non c'è tanta movida nottura per averla c'è bisogno di spostarsi con i pulman o con un taxi, questo va preventivato, però anche qui la responsabilità dell'hotel non c'è si tratta di scelte personali.
