• Shirin (8/5): Nice hospitable reception staff and nice pool view. - The reception personell was very nice and helpful. The two girls at the reception were always very hospitable! I enjoyed meeting them whenever I passed by the reception, and they were always very kind and helpful with anything I asked. The cleaning staff came and cleaned daily and changed the towels and added a water bottle and soap every time they had cleaned regardless if there was still soap or a water bottle left in the room. There was also an air conditioner that was very needed in 36°C weather. The room had a carpet on the entire floor except for the bathroom. The carpet had stains on some places and I never walked barefoot just to avoid having anything not cleaned and not seen to the naked eye very well to transfer an infection or anything like that.

Even though advertised the following was extremely disappointing, Fitness centre closed and not accessible. Aircon in rooms was out dated and none existent, hair dryer was probably as old as the hotel and did not work properly, fridge in room did not keep things cold, so was not working and most importantly the wifi does not work!

I would definitely recommend this hotel I liked everything about this hotel it was a bit far from the pyramids though requires a taxi or Uber 5 or 10 minutes and not expensive at all

• Hussain (4/5): Disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness, old bedding, uncomfortable rooms, bad location, and low service quality. - I did not enjoy my stay and would not recommend staying here. The bed sheets were old and of poor quality. The window curtains were dirty and not clean. The room cleanliness was below standard, the bed was uncomfortable, and the facilities were outdated. The location was also poor and inconvenient. Overall, the service and condition of the hotel did not meet expectations.

• Captain Rabeea (10/5): Hospitality at its Best and a Wonderful Stay Thanks to Ghada and the Team - Reception staff, What really made a difference was the hotel manager, Ghada. She personally made sure I was getting the best the hotel could offer. Super polite, incredibly courteous, and truly kind. She checked on everything herself, and you could feel how much pride she takes in her work. Not much.

Double room they give me only one bottle of water and when I reserved single the same so how! Even the towels i keep asking everyday for towels and they keep telling me not available clean towels when it’s available we will bring you and they never did overall it’s maximum one star hotel! The attitude of manager HAITHAM IS THE WORST THING EVER WHILE i’m here for long stay!!!!!!!!

• Ahmed (10/5): A very nice hotel makes my stay comfy and memorable. - The hotel is very nice, It was beyond my expectations, the welcoming attitude from Mr Mostafa, and the Ms in the morning I didn’t catch her name was so great, HK team was so helpful as well, and special thanks to Mrs Ghada (public relations manager) for her welcoming and her great efforts to make my stay incredibly memorable. Will be my hotel always in Cairo. All is good

Certainement ce qu'il se faisait de mieux, de plus chic, mondain et raffiné il y a 80 ans ... Mais qui reste propre et correct quant à la qualité générale du lieu et la prestation du personnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, la salle de bain très bien. La piscine est au coeur des 3 bâtiments qui l'entourent. Elle est grande et propre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

The staff are wonderful: caring and responsive, the dining - THE best mushroom soup and the chicken and - This hotel is a oasis of calm amongst the hustle bustle of the busy streets and main thoroughfare of Cairo city x Great dining and service, loved the huge swimming pool and overall service - Radha the customer relations manager and Essam (travel service manager) were both warm and welcoming and always available to help. We booked the pyramids tour and the museum tour through Essam and the fees were very reasonable compared to others and we felt very well looked after. And Radha was always available for assistance and a good laugh - much needed when you are feeling overwhelmed. Nothing to do with the property at all - just to be aware its in a very busy area, which - one can love or be overwhelmed by, which makes you really appreciate your return home to the spaciousness, peace, coolness and calm of this wonderful hotel.

• Peter (9/5): Great Stay, But Booking.com was Awful - The staff are really great and the place is really close to downtown Cairo, which is great for a quick retreat and relax. Booking.com scammed me that as a "genius" member, I had a special discount. After booking on my account, I checked my wife's account, it was over a 1000 EGP less. Booking from the Hotel directly is over 2000 Less. It's crazy! I've been using Booking.com for over 10 years now. Looks like they had a change in management that is now more concerned into scamming people. Book the hotel directly from the Hotel

• Ehabrawah (5/5): - اشكر الاستاذه غادة على الترحيب وبصراحه حرام الاستاذه غادة تعمل في هذا الفندق السيئ يشهد الله على كلامي انه اسوء فندق سكنت فيه بجميع رحلاتي لمصر 1- مكيفات حاره جدا كأنه مكيف صحراوي وتبلغ الرسبشن يقلك حاضر يرسل المهندس ويسحب عليك . 2- انا حجزت ثلاثه اسره ومكيفها حار وطلبت بتغيير الغرفه وغيروها ليه الى سريرين وبرضو مكيفها حار وفوق هذا كله بسريرين وذكرو ليه انهم راح يجيبو لك الثالث بس مشغولين الان وسحبو عليه ولا جابو السرير ال ثالث اخذو فلوس حق ثلاثة اسره واعطوني غرفة بي سريرن . بصراحه الا صبرني عليهم اني حاجز يومين فقط وانصح الجميع بالابتعاد من هذا الفندق السيئ بالتكيف وغير نظيف غالي بدون فايده
