Valentina (10/5): Una splendida vacanza riposante - L’hotel è accogliente, le camere sono ampie e il bagno (e io ci guardo molto) pulito spazioso con una doccia grande. Il letto confortevole. Lo staff dell’albergo è il massimo della gentilezza e della cortesia.. è un piacere cominciare le giornate con tanti sorrisi… In particolare un grazie alla dolcezza di Rosa che ogni mattina ci accoglieva per la colazione.. E poi un grazie alla giovane Matilde, disponibile, gentile, molto preparata.. Grazie alla carinissima proprietaria con la quale mi sono trattenuta a fare due chiacchiere prima di partire.. Altro aspetto super positivo è la cucina!! Le colazioni sono buonissime dal dolce al salato con un’ampia scelta.. Sicuramente torneremo… e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi ha voglia di passare una bella vacanza a Cavalese…

La posizione vicina al centro è adatta sia a chi vuole passeggiare nella zona pedonale sia a chi vuole raggiungere il bellissimo parco della Pieve per godersi il fresco in mezzo al verde. La camera era confortevolissima e spaziosa. La colazione ottima e super abbondante sia dolce che salata, con la possibilità di avere piatti preparati al momento dalla cucina. Tutto perfetto.

Lidia (8/5): Confortve relax nel cuore di Cavalese - Hotel centralissimo ma comunque la stanza era silenziosa, spaziosa e ben arredata .bagno e doccia grandi. Abbiamo usufruito anche della piccola SPA, la vasca idromassaggio non grande, può contenere bsl massimo 3 persone, m dopo le camminate in quota è stata di aiuto. La colazione sia dolce che salata era varia e soddisfacente, con torte fresche, cornetti, yogurt, e tanto altro anche se avrei preferito trovare anche dei panini freschi e non solo pane on cassetta Abbiamo usufruito della cena al ristorante una sola sera, tutto buono ma non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. I piatti sono forse un po scenografici con costi alti, inoltre mio marito, intollerante al lattosio non riusciva a trovare piatti che non lo contenesse. Nel complesso comunque l'esperienza è stata positiva. Uno specchio in camera

Aleksander (8/5): Very good - Small, well renovated hotel. Rooms were very nicly designed, modern, clean and fresh. Rich breakfasts and nice service. The sauna and jacuzzi facilities were very cosy and nice. enough for this size of hotel (number of beds). In some aspects, the hotel represented more desing than functionality. Some examples: for double bed, there should be an extra thin matrasse put on the two separate matraces, as the two fall apart during the night (there is no barrier on the side, so they slide out of the bed). Thanks to the good hotel service, they organised the extra matrace for us. In the bathroom there are no shelves nor enough hooks. And in the room no hooks. The electric heater in the bathroom did not work. There is only a very strong light possible in the bathroom, which is not good, when you want to go to the toilet at nighttime. The reading light above the heads of the beds is very thin. I couldn't see. It is not suitable for reading in the bed, as you can spoil the eyes. There are just few examples of poor funcionality.

Stefan (6/5): This hotel needs to update it’s amenities. - 2 outlets in the entire suite to charge your device, (And no outlets in the bedroom) not comfortable pillows or sheets, no espresso machine, no English TV channels. Breakfast was extremely limited compared to the other hotels we stayed at, and service was not great. Dinner on the other hand was excellent and service was good.

We were delighted with our room - very well appointed and all the amenities were of an exceptional standard. We enjoyed our pre-dinner drinks and dinner was cooked to perfection. Staff were attentive and again there wasn't a problem with language. After a very restful, quiet night we had a lovely breakfast - with Danielle explaining clearly our options - the meal set us up for the day! The hotel is simple but lovely, with great service and amazing breakfast (fresh yogurt and local delicatessens, just fantastic). This is a small family run hotel at amazing location, walking distance to everything and lovely town!
HH (10/5): - Super zentrale Lage in einem für uns überraschend schönen Ort. Neu und modern renoviertes Zimmer. Nur die Glaswand zum Bad hinter dem Bett lässt keinen Lichtschutz dem noch schlafenden Partner.

Le piste da sci sono facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi ma in ogni caso ci sono bus che fanno servizio continuamente all'interno di Cavalese e con il resto della valle. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, anche la cucina è molto valida. Uniche note "negative" la spa è veramente piccolissima, fortunatamente non c'erano molti ospiti interessati a usarla, e il bagno in camera è separato da una vetrata, molto d'effetto ma può creare qualche imbarazzo se non si è più che in confidenza con i compagni di viaggio.

Ingela (10/5): Pärla i Cavalese - Ett trivsamt hotell som renoverats varsamt och ger en hög mysfaktor. Tysta rum och en fantastisk utsikt från balkongen. Familjär stämning och bra halvpension som passade oss efter vandring och cykling. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter i p-hus. Mycket nöjd med hotell och vistelse.

Verre var det med det som antageligvis var sjefen. Hun var mindre hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. I tillegg overprøvde hun sine yngre medarbeidere i deres påsyn. Dette var totalt unødvendig - de ga en langt bedre service i utgangspunktet. (Vi foreslår et rollebytte) Totalt sett er hotellet svært bra - anbefales!

Mario (8/5): Si puo' essere piu' professionali - Il soggiorno e' stato buono, ho' trovato un hotel appena ristrutturato ma al passaggio da tre stelle a quattro dovrebbe corrispondere un personale adeguato, la conoscenza di cosa e' un lenzuolo matrimoniale e un ascensore che funziona decentemente.
