• Edward (8/5): Nice place. Excellent stay. They could put signs up telling people where their cabins are. - The garbage can was full when we arrived. Couldn't put anymore in it.

• Dilan (4/5): Would only recommend for a bachelor/bachelorette party’s - Location is far enough away from downtown you can get away from the party traffic and noise. Parking, not enough spaces to allow more than 1-2 vehicles. While the stay on the island was enjoyable, the house had uncomfortable beds, no tvs in the bedrooms. Had a mold smell, noticing the MDF trim was swelled from moisture. They charge a damage fee, the house had damage all over it from, cracked flooring, hole punched into the wall in the master, dresser doors not properly installed, fridge shelf’s on the door broken (etc) the list of damage could go on. Cleanliness, my daughter found inappropriate male genitalia confetti on the floor, Jacuzzi tub also seemed dirty and the jets didn’t work.
• Joseph (10/5): Pleasant - staff was nice. - Location, the LR and kitchen had been recently remodeled. The paperwork ahead of time seemed extreme. (Although, probably necessary in the summer - different clientele)

Better off staying elsewhere. - Quiet and good location To be candid, the lodging is poorly maintained and there are several things that should be fixed prior to the next stay. This includes: unpainted patch work on the walls, door hinges, removed trim on the doorway entrance, living, broken drawer in the kitchen, broken vegetable tray in the fridge, dirty kitchen ware. It was overall quite disappointing considering the overall cost and the additional fees (damage waiver, linens, taxi, golf cart fees).

• Somer (6/5): - The pool is small and always full of kids. They said no pets but people had dogs. The sliding doors didn’t lock. Rooms are very small with 2 beds in them.

• Christen (10/5): - We had 2 houses for a Bachelorette party, both were great and had a different feel in both. We noticed on our first evening there that the a/c wasnt working. The property manager sent someone out right away, and got it fixed. There was an onsite cab service that picked us up every night for a fair price, and were pretty quick. All in all, it was a great stay.

• Larry (6/5): - We were told on the phone we would be in house 5 but were put in 106. While the house was clean, it was very outdated. It smelled musty and it was uncomfortable to see a mousetrap in the kitchen. It had broken window blinds and screen (windows had no curtains so light came in through broken slats). It was disappointing to drive through the complex (which was very nice) and realize we were given a lower quality unit.

• Jim (6/5): - House 71 really needed to some maintenance. Numerous burnt out light bulbs, cabinet doors that did not close, water leak behind the shower head pipe that probably is damaging the wall behind the shower enclosure, and exposed wiring in cabinet above range. Probably the worst thing was the condition of all the beds. They all need replaced, unless you like rolling to the center of the bed and sleeping on top of your spouse. The place could be nice with just a little work and some new beds.
• Jeffrey (6/5): - The house was clean and very cute. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The Island club was very quiet and great for families. The downside was the window coverings. The curtains on the sliding doors only cover a portion of the doors. Anyone walking by can see the entire living area which offers no privacy. The shades on the bedroom windows are see through if the lights are on which offers no privacy for dressing or sleeping. Had an issue with ants in the Kitchen. If those things were corrected it would be a perfect stay. Great amenities.

Very roomy for everyone and beautiful surroundings Pool wasn't as big as shown on website and it closed by the time we got done running for the day. Wish there were lights and longer swim time

• Stropki (5/5): It was fun but the units could use a little TLC. - The location is great. The pool was also a good time. The backdoor to our unit wouldn't close correctly. The sky light in the bathroom was leaking when the storm came one evening. All of the decor on the walls were broken. The couch needed replaced, it was sat on one too many times.

• Shaifali (6/5): - The condition of carpets, wardrobes were dirty not in a good condition. Foul smell was coming from the rooms m. Mattress were in a very poor condition m. Carpets were very dirty and not cleaned properly. Napkins and all were there on the carpet.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The cottage was clean but needed many repairs and updates. We had gilf carts rented and they made it very cobvenient as they delivered them to our cottage and we were able to leave them there too. The price was very high but so is everthing else on the Island.

• Erin (8/5): great house for family. - The house was great, encountered a couple very small problems, those big enough to reach out about were answered immediately. Amenities were on point.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Not What is Advertised - They say it is a very clean place. It is not. Our feet/socks would turn black from walking on floors. Tub did not work, fan made noise, had to rewash dishes as they were dirty. They said family friendly and quiet hours from 12pm to 8am. Completely wrong. Never quiet till 4am at best, parties all around us. Not family friendly as we were told and reason we picked. We knew there would be parties at a lot of places, so we looked for a place with quiet hours and "family friendly," this was not it. People on phone were polite and nice, but young man who was to bring cart key took 2 hours when told 15 minutes. Then he acted very rude as if our fault for his delay. It was not hard to leave the place cleaner than when we arrived. We love PutnBay, but will never stay here again unless we want to play beer pong all night with 20 somethings.

• Trisha (4/5): Can’t clean up, but plenty of room to sleep - Everything seemed kind of beat up when we got there. Then we wanted to get everything cleaned up before we left but the cleaning supplies weren’t great. They say they have cleaning supplies, but no rags, no mop. I did really like that there is plenty of sleeping accommodations.
• BigFish (10/5): - We tried the 10-person house and it was spacious and accommodating. Our ice fishing trip was excellent and this lodging really helped make it a great time. The house was warm and clean for our non-fishing time together. We are already planning on coming back in the summer when it is warmer and the pool is open.
• Carlos (10/5): - The house was warmed up for us and we enjoyed our couple days of ice fishing. The staff were friendly and everyone on the island was nice. Great place to visit!
