El desayuno no tenia muchas opciones diferentes, pero eso es habitual en hoteles jamaicanos , salvo muy alto standing Hubo carencias en la ducha. estuvimos tres dias dos noches y solo hubo agua caliente la primera noche y el ultimo dial. No fue muy agradable.

Sehr gutes Restaurant, aber etwas teuer und auch die Bar macht schon um 9:00 zu. An zwei Tagen von unseren drei Tagen Aufenthalt wurden mit Bussen ca. 100 Leute von Kreuzfahrtschiffen hier am Hotelstrand abgeladen, der wurde dadurch sehr laut und voll. Da die Liegen dann nicht gereicht haben, wurden noch zusätzliche sehr eng aufgestellt. Ich dachte, wir hätten einen kleinen , ruhigen, privaten Hotelstrand, aber das war nicht so.

• JASON (7/5): Very chill part of the beach - Whoever their photographer is, I need them to take some pictures for me because they really over promised this place with the pictures. Don’t get me wrong. This was a really nice place. We got really good service, everybody there was very friendly, etc. But it’s not as nice and not as spacious, etc. as the picture show. The rooms are lacking as there are no refrigerators, coffee makers, or any utensils or anything at all to that Extent. So they’re basically forcing you to go to eat at a restaurant all the time or you have to take a cab or have a car to go anywhere cause it’s so far away from any type of food or anything. There’s no workability whatsoever from this location. Keep that in mind you will need a car or you will be forced to eat at the restaurant for every meal, which is extremely extremely overpriced and expensive I like the location because it was on a secluded part of the beach, but at the same time like I said earlier is really far away from everything so the good part made it kind of the bad part too. The beach is private more clean closer to fancier resorts, but there’s zero walk ability

The Boardwalk is on the beach but located among all-inclusive hotels. We ended up taking a cab to eat instead of walking on the beach like we are accustomed to for a different place.

• Aylin (8/5): Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Zimmer und Strand, aber Verbesserungspotenzial bei Service, WLAN und Restaur - Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen – es war sehr groß und wurde regelmäßig sauber gemacht. Außerdem war der Strand traumhaft und definitiv eines der Highlights des Aufenthalts. Die WLAN-Verbindung war leider nicht gut. Im Restaurant hatte man manchmal das Gefühl, eher unerwünscht zu sein. In den Bewertungen wurde öfter erwähnt, dass das Personal unhöflich oder unfreundlich sei – ich glaube jedoch, dass es eher an der Attitude lag. Wenn man konkrete Fragen hatte, waren die Mitarbeitenden durchaus hilfsbereit. Besonders der Lifeguard Kevin sowie der ältere Herr waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very good! Enjoyed my stay. The only thing i didnt like was the small portion of curry goat. It was SO good and just wasnt enough. Lol. All the other dishes were nice size portions and so tasty!

• kamara (8/5): It is a pleasant, affordable stay. The food in the restaurant is good. Location is fantastic, right on the beach. Staff - It is a cute small property, right on the beach. Rooms are large. You can see straight into the rooms from outside, through the windows. You need to close the blinds to change (which then blocks out the light). The balcony is communal so if you want to sit ‘outside’, there is no privacy.

• Deanaloy (8/5): My stay was great.loved that kids were free as we had 3 kids under 6 with us. - Very close to the beach. And the rooms were clean and comfortable with both AC and Fan. Beds were a bit hard for my preference but my other family members were ok with it and the food was expensive and very small portions. Breakfast included if requested and payed for however I thought it was included in the price once booked.

Quartos muito bons, com ótima limpeza, pé na areia, com boa estrutura de bar/restaurante e cadeiras de praia logo na sombra de uma grande árvores. Apesar de oferecerem day-use para não hóspedes, não fica cheio e a estrutura toda me fez bem mais sentido do que os resorts vizinhos que são iguais em qualquer lugar do mundo. Voltaria aqui com certeza. Não teria algum ponto fraco específico para citar. Gostei bastante da experiência.

• Kaycia (10/5): - So first and foremost I would like to take the time out to thank each and every staff that work there they all make me feel at home Alice in the restaurant Ellen in the office Samantha in the off Kevin the life guard and oneka the life guard a big thank you to all of you the problem I had was the dresser they give to us to put our clothes it was broken I reported it and they did not fix it. My major issue was with bookings I would advise any one who using booking to be care the price they have given was different when I went to the hotel it was almost $300 over the price that bookings gave to me so please be careful with bookings I reach out bookings and no one had response to me but again thanks to all the staff. Nothing.

• Endres (4/5): Though the beach was nice, nothing else noteworthy. - The property was on the beach so nice to have the room easy access, small but onsite parking, and a restaurant that served breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with a bar. Next door to construction so all hours there was pounding; not allowed to bring even bottled water onto the property; UNCOMFORTABLE bed, chairs, and beach pads which had to pay for as well; unfriendly staff; and the ac & tv were not working.

The view was absolutely fabulous—perfect for a relaxing meal or quiet getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the charm of the experience. It's locally owned and clearly well kept, which gives it a genuine and personal touch. Highly recommended!

• Timothy Scott (6/5): - First off this is my 4th different resort in Negril ive stayed. The Resort is nice, clean and safe. Because of the off season it was slow and the bar/kitchen staff showed, no smiles no laughing. Just dead inside really. They were more intrested in talking to each other then helping. So the room was great and close to the ocean. The bed is a bit hard but that's a personal opinion. Water in room was sometimes weak but didn't effect us much. The beach was nice and clean. The lifeguards are the most welcoming. So the food here is hit or miss. But the price's are not. They're is now a food tax and a service fee on all your bills. So plan on spending on avg $75 and up on most meals for two. And then they ask you to tip. The service fee goes to all staff so the service has slacked because of it. Coffee in the mornings here will cost you $5 us. And you have to pay for refills. So we just bought local coffee and requested a coffee maker for our room. They have a snack shop on site but plan on spending alot for very little. If you need a ride into town, walk out tge front and across the street and there will be a taxi that will only charge you a few bucks to go to the store. Don't let them get you a driver!! For dinner we went to Jamwest just down the beach. Its expensive but at least the food and atmosphere are nice. This will probably be my last trip to Jamaica. It seems that everyone you talk to, walk past or even the local stores are just trying to get ever dollar then can.

• Monica (8/5): - Das Frühstück ist nicht inbegriffen und muss jeden Morgen neu bestellt werden. Die Qualität ist jedoch gut. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, leider ohne Kühlschrank. Das Hotel liegt direkt am schönen Strand, das Meer ist herrlich klar, Liegestühle und Schirm sind ingegriffen. Wir würden wieder kommen! Schade dass im Restaurant die Mehrzahl der Angestellten nicht besonders freundlich sind. Auch wäre es schön, wenn Frühstück inbegriffen und man es nicht jeden Tag neu kaufen muss. 2x waren wir bereits um 7 Uhr beim Frühstück da wir Ausflüge gebucht hatten. Beim 1.x mussten wir 40 Min, beim 2.x 30 Minuten warten bis es gekommen ist und kamen deswegen fast zu spät. Leider hat das Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank gehabt, was jedoch wünschenswert wäre (für Getränke, Früchte oder Abendessenreste).

Amazing sunsets and perfect spot in the restaurant/bar decking t - Direct access to the beach with available sun beds and umbrellas Our room was very comfortable and spacious but no fridge in the room to keep anything cool. We didn’t follow up with property as thought it was standard but then did see inside rooms on either side on changeover days and they both had fridges. We were leaving the next day so didn’t say anything but with the heat a fridge is necessary in every room.
• Dominique (9/5): Amazing hotel location on the beach. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location on the beach was amazing. More food options on the menu would have been good, although the chef did accommodate some requests in advance when asked.

Have to buy food at the hotel or source food elsewhere, other than that the property is clean, bathroom facilties are modern staff is very welcoming. Wish they had smart TV in the bedroom

• Damian (10/5): - We loved having the restaurant on property, an ATM machine on property, lots of chairs and space on the beautiful beach, the rooms were large and clean, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. It's our second visit to the resort and we will be sure to return. It also has the best lobster in town!

• Brent (6/5): - The property is very clean and staff are great. The beach and ocean are beautiful The lifeguards who handle setting up beach umbrellas and cushions for chairs are wonderful. They get to know your habits and get things set up very quickly. If you like Reggae music and people watching The Boardwalk Village is right for you. Reggae plays all day and on some days bus loads of visitors come from the cruise ships. Imagine watching grandparent-aged people drink beer and smoke dope.
• Fernando (8/5): Buenas vacaciones en un lugar precioso - la ubicación frente a la playa Que en el hotel recibían todos los días buces con turistas que ocupaban la playa y el restaurant al almuerzo (entre 12 y 15 aproximadamente). Otra cosa, es que a pesar que en cada cuenta del restaurant venia incluido el impuesto y un cargo del 10% por el servicio, igual te preguntaban si querias dejar propina.
• Holly (8/5): A lovely stay - The staff, especially the lifeguards and restaurant staff were amazing. They provided lots of information and helped us organise boat trips and things. The proximity to the beach which is why we chose it in the first place. It was a very relaxing stay which is exactly what we expected. There was a lack of space to hang clothes/towels to dry and we were not made aware of the laundry service until our last day. The towels and coffee in our room were not always replaced every day. We were unsure about what time breakfast and dinner started and felt like we had to ask for a lot of things to clarify. The taxi driver the hotel used was late on every occasion we requested a taxi and didn't show up when we needed to catch a coach to the airport on our last day.

Great place to stay if you want to explore Negril, and not be tied down to an a - Cozy property away from the hustle of central seven mile beach, but still accessible. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and caring. Our last few nights the hot water ran out, but that can be expected in island life.
