- KRYSTAL (2/5): Never again - Horrible room got a Jacuzzi room and it was like there was a bathtub inside the room not a Jacuzzi very horrible would never go back again very dirty do not recommend to stay there
- Steven (2/5): - This place was disgusting.holes in the walls and bathroom doors. No covers on power outlets or switches. Towels were dirty. Turned on the TV to watch the game and a porn channel came on. Should have known something was sketchy when the clerk wanted a deposit for the key return. Wife didn't feel safe at all. Glad I had my gun just in case. Booked for 2 nights but left after the first. Quite surprised it was even listed on Expedia. My nephews police friend told me he would probably be by later that night after I told him the name. Beware

- Devona Lavein (4/5): - I tried several times to get the wifi to connect and it never did. The staff said they reset it but nothing changed. You have to get separate codes for each device. Still none of my devices could connect. So I could not use my laptop at all. There was a thick smell of something like bug spray which gave me a headache. The sheets looked bright white and clean and the bed was okay. I ended up leaving the same night because of the smell and wifi. My room was located behind the office.

- Lisa (2/5): - This place was probably THEE worst place I have ever stayed at. The bed sheet had literal burn holes on them, not 1 not 2, but almost 10 burn holes!! I took it off and even the sheet underneath was dirt and had hair on it! The toilet has these brown marks on the seat. The room stunk. It was just so bad! I felt so dirty laying on the bed. I was freezing because I couldn’t even sleep with the nasty bed covers. There was tagging all over the furniture. Honestly, dont even think about purchasing a room, spend the extra money and stay some where nice!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Could be better - I’ve stayed here before over a year ago and it seems like the conditions have gotten worse. Didn’t have a working fridge and the lights in the entire room were glitching and sometimes wouldn’t stay on. Definitely wasn’t worth the price but it was the only motel near with a reasonable price on a Friday.

- Eduard JR (10/5): Just right. In all ways. - I was having a pretty bad day. Upon my arrival at this motel though, it started to turn for thee better. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was standard, but clean and quiet with nice fluffy pillows. Everything worked correctly and it was good stay. Will return again.
- William (10/5): - Passport Inn & Suites has always been a good full circle situation the staff are very nice people very helpful and good pricing!! The location is rght off the freeway very convenient and there are many stores and restaurants in the surrounding area... Although they do need some remodeling done and new amenities and towels and furniture in the rooms but I highly recommend this hotel for any amount of time of Stay
- Carlos (4/5): - We had gotten a non smoking room, it reeked of cigarettes and weed, there were stains on some of the furniture, the shower had low pressure and did not get very hot, there was no screen over the window so we could not leave it open without some kind of bug flying in, it looks like there used to be a pool but it’s filled with concrete now, there is plenty of places to eat nearby but the overall area felt pretty unsafe. Some of the other tenants there looked like they were living there for a long time, and were rude and nosy, the beds were stiff, but the staff was very nice, I understand it must be hard to maintain a nice hotel in a bad area, but there are limits, I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. For the price it is not worth it.

Not the cleanest however that's fixable cos I was able to just clean up to my comfort and then it was pretty nice plus their beds r nice and comfy

Cigarette burns in the bedding, had dirty floors (be sure to wear shoes, slippers or extra socks), the toilet was leaking, cigarette butts all over the ground outside, walls are extremely thin. The positive I can give was the night guy at check in was kind and helpful.

Aside from some cosmetic damage like peeling paint, the bathtub drain had a jagged metal edge that I almost scraped myself on. There was also no soap provided, and the mattress was slightly broken on one side. The toilet seat was also broken. Again, I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but I think this is well below expectations.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Robbery - They told me on the phone that there was a $20 deposit when i got there/ they charged me $50. Then qhen i checked out on time the younger guy at the front desk tried lying saying that i had several guests and that we.checked out late. My friend walked out of the room at 1100 AM and i didnt get back till 12:30 to get my deposit back and he tried keeping 4$40we argued with the guy and managed to get $30 back but he kept $20. They make up their own rules with different people to try and steal their money. He kept $20 of my $50 and i was wrong. Ill never stay there again, nor will i ever recommend friebds there.
- Mark (4/5): - It was at an inconvenient location (challenging access if coming or going in the wrong direction). They had trouble tracking down my reservation which delayed my checking in. There was only a small tube of body wash and hand lotion in the room, no shampoo. The bath towels were some of the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. The room was clean, but the bathtub was grungy. The TV remote was broken and I had to go to the office to have it replaced since the phone didn't seem to be working to call the office. No WiFi access information given. The worst part was the hassle I had with the manager trying to get a receipt for my stay to complete an expense report. He said they didn't give out receipts to people who made their reservation online and was rude about it. Won't be staying there ever again...

- Governor (2/5): Horrible! - Dirty. Water damage in room on the walls, possible mold issues. Furniture was old, stained and at least 20 years old.Homeless people in parking lot conducting drug deals. First person at the counter we spoke to could not understand basic English.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Tweaker city - This place definitely needs to continue to do their updates on the rooms. Some things have been updated but it looked like they started the process and gave up halfway through and just left it. Shower head is for a person that’s about 4’ tall. Toilet got clogged. Remote didn’t work. It was very loud. Tweakers are everywhere so you don’t feel safe. But to top it all off I only slept in the bed one night and by the next morning my arms were completely covered in awful hives that required medication for it to go away. I don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for anything fancy.
- Laura (8/5): Cleaner than the last time - Haven't stayed here in a while because last time I did wasn't too clean at all, but it seems they got some better assistance or they demanded better cleaning than before, this time was much nicer and the staff was nice.
- Rebecca (4/5): Do NOT stay here! - We were very disappointed with our stay here. The man who checked us in was in his pajamas and acted like we were bothering him with checking in. When we got to our room we discovered you have to ask for the tub/jacuzzi stopper, which we had to go back and ask the bothered man for it. Upon opening our one window we discovered it had a metal security screen over it and beyond that, within a foot, was a chain link fence that had barbed wire on it! The bathroom needs a coat of paint desperately and the small mini fridge hummed loudly all night. (We would've unplugged it but we had perishables. We can say that the floors looked clean, we didn't find any bed bugs, and in spite of the dubious people walking around at all hours the place was quiet.
