Номера немного уставшие, не очень удобные кровати и маленькие одеяла. На ужин надо ходить в соседний отель (400 метров).
- Birgit (10/5): Tip-top - gerne wieder! - Das Hotel ist für einen Skiurlaub ideal geeignet. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Frühstück top und der Wellnessbereich auch. Die Ski-Bus Haltestelle ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar - er fährt in kurzen Intervallen. Für meinen Aufenthalt hat alles gepaßt.

Ich musste auf ein anderes Hotel umgebucht werden, dass ebenfalls einem der drei Hotels der Besitzerin gehört. Etwas ungünstig, da ich mit Freunden zum Skifahren unterwegs war. Als Entschuldigung hab ich ein Abendessen gratis bekommen, was aber durchschnittlich war. Es gab „Alpentapas“ für den ganzen Tisch - die Ober waren freundlich aber unkoordiniert.

We were in high season so of course the price was really high. Also the windows were not sealed so good so you could hear the noise from outside.

- János (10/5): Remek mindenkinek ajállom. - Nagyon szeretünk a Stubai Gletcseren síelni, ezért a környéken kerestünk szállást lehetőleg olyat ami már egyszer bevált. Auch der Schwimmbad und Saunabereich hat uns gut gefallen. Preis Leistungs mäßig erwarten wir von einem 4-Sterne Hotel, von diesem Preis welchen wir bezahlt haben mehr. Sei es die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet aber auch die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit prinzipiell hätte für diesen Preis besser sein können.

Bushaltestelle liegt 1 Minute Gehweg vom Hotel entfernt. Ma kommt super nach Innsbruck und nach Stubaier Gletscher direkt an Talstation.

Ze hebben om 15u taartjes met koffie 15€ pp (je zou denken dat het erbij in zit, andere hotels in de buurt doen dat wel) langs drukke weg. Zwembad veel kinderen daardoor klein en heel druk. Prijsverhouding veel te duur. €500,00 betaald 2 nachten, 2 personen en 1 hond.

- Hajnalka (10/5): Good base hotel in the Stubai valley - I like the friendly staff and the good size of the room. The hotel wellness is very lovely, but I prefer to go to the sister-hotel’s wellness (Bergkönig). The breakfast has wide range variety food (more than enough for starting a day)
- Martin (9/5): Ski and snowboard trip with family - Great breakfast. Dinner was absolutely beautiful. You need to count with the fact that dinners are served in a different hotel. It is very close 250m so you can have a short walk. The furniture in the room was luttle bit old, but functioning. As we were there for the winter sports, I will appreciate a bit more hanging options in the room for ski equipement (jacket, glowes, pants ect.)

This one is the best - This review refers to the sister hotel Bergkonig which we were upgraded to as we were the only guests booked in the Bergjewel. Everything about it is of a very high standard especially the breakfast. Sitting on the terrace with a drink and/ or enjoying the swimming pool after a day out was just delightful. It was all just perfect

The facilities are top class, saunas, clean and spacious swimming pools, relaxation rooms, small gym with good equipment etc. You can have different teas and dry fruits when relaxing in the spa area. Dinners were made from top quality ingredients and there was always a choice for each of us, even our 6 year old son. We felt at home there. It should be rated as a 5 star hotel. We loved every minute in the hotel!!!

- Padraig (9/5): Really enjoyed my night at the hotel. - Excellent hotel, lovely breakfast, super pool and wellness facilities. No dinner facilities available at hotel, but good restaurants available about 10 mins walk away.
- Michal (10/5): Amazing. - Amazing SPA and pool with view. Too formal sometimes. I prefer casual and relax places.
