• Jane (8/5): Nice facilities with a full kitchen. I would stay again but upgrade so everyone had a real bed - I liked the property. Clean and nice staff on hand. Friendly and had recommendations for any of our inquiries. The king bed was comfortable. The room was for sleeping 3 people with the 3rd on the pullout sofa bed. That was not possible with the thin mattress and hard bar in the middle. Our 3rd just slept on the couch which was luckily long enough.

• Rebecca (8/5): - Wonderful stay overall! My husband and I came up for a family reunion and greatly enjoyed the property and loved revisiting old stomping grounds. There was a tiny bit of confusion with the access codes as it was noted we were on the fourth floor in the email but we figured out quickly it was really the third floor. Smooth sailing from there and the condo was beautiful, clean and loved the amenities! Highly recommend and we looking forward to coming back soon!
• Richmon (10/5): Absolutely worth the price - I was most impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The sheets and towels were fresh , and there were extra clean towels and sheets shrink wrapped in the closet.

Love when I’m able to get a booking. Parking lot is a little tight with larger suv or trucks. Wish there was a hot tub out on the roof deck but still fine with out.

Lots of space in our 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for girls weekend away. WiFi didn’t really work. Basic cable available, it would’ve been great to have Firestick in the smart tv to access Netflix etc.

• Anonymous (9/5): Such a wonderful spot. We’ll be back, with more family! - Perfect location, right in the center of town and above a fantastic coffee shop. Super comfy beds and sofas, well-stocked kitchen. There was a slight smell- we think it might have been from the heater? But we cracked the windows a bit to let it out. And it wasn’t bad enough to keep us from wanting to come back!

• Julie (10/5): FABULOUS!!!! - The penthouse was impeccably clean, with lots of windows and a deck that wrapped all the way around the apartment. Kennebunk is quiet but interesting with decent places to eat. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return! We lost the water pressure the last day we were there- probably a fluke and related to something in town. I'm sure if we had stayed that day the building manager would have addressed it for us.

• Anonymous (5/5): Nice place but generators are brutal at night - Plenty of room, clean Master bedroom and room next to it had a loud generator outside the sliding doors. 3 of us felt like a helicopter was landing on/off all night or in an mri machine. ( very sleepless nights)Those 2 rooms need a soundproof wall to outside. Heat vent opening and closing was creaking a lot. that could use some oil. Nice room but no relaxing without sleep.

• Laureen (10/5): Relaxing - great property location, size and ease of dealing with the staff. Very professional. The rugs in the unit need replacement as they were old and worn. Other than that everything was excellent.

Pull out couch had a comfortable mattress. Would be nice if check-in codes could be texted rather than emailed, if one prefers that.
• Joyce (10/5): 84 Main - The layout of the rooms was great! Very comfortable space with a full kitchen (which we didn’t use). Everything you need for a full week. One small issue was a small throw rug at the entrance used to cover up a good-size stain in the carpet. The edges were sticking up and it was easy to trip over. Might have recently happened so didn’t have time to have the bedroom carpet thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, all was well!

• Susan (10/5): Beautiful home away from home. - Fabulous! Accommodations were clean, spacious, and beautiful. This was a home away from home. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again. Off street free parking too.
• JOSE (10/5): Small Town Haven - This was our first vacation since Covid. It was an excellent choice in accommodation because the place has only 7 units and we never felt in a crowd. The large open 2 bedroom apartment was outfitted with sturdy practical furniture and yet still looked inviting. The kitchen was a good size. The beds were comfortable and that’s always a good thing. Because there was an up-tick in Covid cases when we arrived, I especially appreciated the safety precautions taken by the staff. Although we are both vaccinated, there was no awkwardness regarding Maine’s required paperwork.

• allison (10/5): Great for families - We stayed for 2 nights at Capital Resorts with our 3 kids. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable for our family to spread out in. We loved that they offered parking passes for the beach and towels. The kitchen was great. It was fully stocked with appliances and pots and pans. The hotel is in the middle of Kennebunk and about 5 minutes from Kennebunkport by car.
• ct traveler (10/5): Expedia delivers - Capital resorts in Kennebunk was exceptional. 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was ideal for our family of 5. Full kitchen and a modern open floor plan. Location put us 15 minutes to Wells beach and Kennebunkport. Less than 30 minutes to Portland and its world class dining options. Couldn't ask for a better vacations stay.

Short drive (4 miles) to the shops in Kennebunk, and a great alternative to the resorts on the beach especially this time of year. We met James Friday night when we arrived, and he was great. We could easily travel to Kennebunkport, Portland and Freeport. Quick access to the Maine Turnpike. All personnel were gracious and informative. Barney, the resort manager, explained everything as he showed us to our unit. We will definitely stay at 84 Main again.

I usually go on vacations with friends and we sight see, eat out, visit lounges/bars, etc. This was a trip in which I was able to meet and interact with so many people, all walks of life from different lifestyles. It also allowed me to feel the atmosphere and the vibe, being a visitor and wanting to feel comfortable. It was pleasant and I have no regrets.
• Scott (10/5): Outstanding Downtown Location - Found the location on Expedia when searching for a location near family. Normally stay with relatives, but this trip one came down with the flu and we didn't want to chance it. I wasn't even aware this building had been converted to condos. This place is fantastic, not really a hotel but actually like staying in your own apartment with all the comforts of a hotel room plus the space to be comfortable. I'm sure as this location sells out their timeshare capacity it's going to get harder to stay here but in the meantime, Enjoy!!
• George (10/5): Nicer than our house - We booked a last minute trip to visit family for the holidays. And found this hotel on line. It was completely as advertised. Including the great price. Hotel management was on top of things, and the process went very smoothly. Stayed here with our two teenage kids. And enjoyed many of the same fixtures and features we have in our house.
• Mike (10/5): Apartment living for a hotel room price - Given the good rating this place had I expected a nice room. Imagine my surprise, however, when I found a nice bedroom, nice bathroom, nice living room, nice full kitchen, plenty of closet space, and 2 televisions. As someone who likes open space, this "room" was perfect. I also appreciated the abundance of windows letting in natural light. The staff were wonderful as well. Because of my late arrival time (9 pm) and early departure (8 am) I actually didn't get to meet any of them but I did talk to a couple over the phone and they were more than courteous. For example, there was a slight glitch with the code for my room when I arrived but one quick call to the number they provided in advance and the code was quickly changed allowing me to go in. The gentleman handling this was very apologetic and made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. The next day I talked to him and another person and both reiterated how sorry they were for the code issue and again made me feel like family. If I'm ever up that way again there's no other place I'll even consider staying at. Great job!
• Amelia (10/5): Exceeded ALL expectations!! - I'm almost afraid to let the secret out, for fear that it will be too popular to book next time! Haha Justine (receptionist?) went completely out of her way - WONDERFUL service, always available to help with anything! Not that we needed help with much... The place comes FULLY stocked. Modern appliances, furniture, EVERYTHING! I have nothing but excellent things to say about this place... Will 100% be coming back!! :)
