- Megan (4/5): We will not be staying here the next time we stay in Boise. - Nothing We weren’t notified about the remodel of the property at the time of our reservation. The location is in a mediocre part of Boise and the elevator was horrifying. The pool and jacuzzi seemed clean but not much attention was given to the to the equipment. The mattresses felt like we were sleeping in hammocks very uncomfortable. Outlets weren’t working and we had an uneasy feeling the whole time we were there. We couldn’t wait to leave.

- Jennifer (10/5): BW Northwest Lodge is our Boise home! - We always stay at the BW Northwest Lodge when we travel to Boise. The hotel is consistently clean, yummy breakfast and bedtime cookies, great dining area and pool/hot tub. We love the location, kind of tucked away but so close to everywhere we need to be. Staff is helpful and friendly, cost of the stay is reasonable. And as Reward members we love the perks and points! Honestly, no complaints

Nothing to dislike as such, the hotel lacks character and a friendly feel in my humble opinion but that's to be expected as most guests are transient given it's location near the airport, it's not a destination hotel. 🙂

Great staff and the remodel is beautiful! The quietest Best Western I've ever stayed at! I will definitely stay again if I pass through there again! Will stau again

So pleasant to have staff members that genuinely wanted to make my stay as stress free and comfortable as possible! Wasn't fond of the time that breakfast ended...the beds were so very comfortable that I overslept!! However, their staff was accommodating by grabbing a few breakfast items from the back that were left over during its disassembly, even after I headed downstairs @9 just to grab coffee after missing my alarm. - Dennis (6/5): BEST WESTERN NORTHWEST LODGE - The check-in didn’t go very smoothly. The person at the counter could not get the payment verified from hotels.com. I don’t know if it was hotel.com problem or the hotel’s problem but when I went into hotels.com and sent a text stating the problem it went through almost immediately The bed I slept in, was not comfortable at all. The breakfast was good.

Only complaint is that it gets cleaned up at 9. Not even 10? So sad! One of us came out at 9:06 and it was already cleaned up.

Breakfast was not great. Not much to choose from. The tables were also not cleaned between guests. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere for most of our stay.

- Jo-viviane (4/5): Would not recommend - Location at east end of Boise Jacuzzi tub was dirty, oily residue from previous guests. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Jacuzzi tub did not work, broken. Mattress super soft with a topper that kept bunching up and sheets that were worn out so they kept coming off throughout the night. Bed had no comforter as most hotels of this price point. Two sheets and a thin blanket only. No blanket in room. The price point would be OK if everything was perfect. Also, no restaurant nearby except fast food. Staff were somewhat accommodating to complaints but it felt like we were blamed for not mentioning it upon arrival, although it was very late when we got there. Would not recommend this hotel

Otherwise, stay was everything we expect from a BW stay. Enjoyed the upgrade on breakfast sausage.
- Bonnie (9/5): Overall the stay was welcome, pleasant, and sufficient for our needs - The facility was very good. Rooms clean and handicap amenities were just right. Loved the 24-7 swimming pool. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and ample for our large family's needs. Check in was painful. It was very late and it took an hour and a half. We were exhausted from a long day of traveling so that didn't help. I thought with reservations the process would go more smoothly. The clerk was extremely slow. Had to read the entire script to every person checking in in spite of the fact that we could all hear what was said to the two customers in front of our large group of 10 people checking into separate rooms.

The breakfast had many options. 2 different type of waffles to make and 2 different batters. Eggs were good and the gravy for the biscuits were thick and tasty.
