Steve (8/5): Pleasant room and staff. - Room was very clean and fresh with plenty of room.The bed was excellent and a very nice shower set up. The presentation of the rooms from the outside gave the impression of a dark and gloomy place.A coat of lighter paint and perhaps some greenery would certainly enhance the appearance.Once inside the room it was very nicely presented.
Helen (8/5): We had a nice room, enjoyed a lovely meal at the pub, noisy - Location was close to Urangan Pier. The Kondari Hotel and bottle shop are next door. Food at the pub was lovely. Room was large, the whole space had been renovated it was clean and comfortable. Undercover parking right outside the door, so unloading bags was easy. Unfortunately there were guests arriving back to there room around 1130pm who decided it was a good idea to have an argument outside our room, I had to stop my husband from going outside and telling them to shut up. The next morning 5am the garbage truck was reversing up the driveway to pickup the trash, the sound of glass bottles breaking echoed through the door. At 8am the horticulture team started mowing the lawn and using the blowers. We left the hotel at 830am, so much for a decent sleep.

Received discounts to use at the pub, good deal. Our room has a view of the pond. Lots of wild life. Bed was slightly soft.

It was very quiet and my family and I enjoyed the pool and a great night’s sleep. There were people drinking and swearing a lot by the pool, seemed like locals used to meeting at the bar/restaurant rather than hotel guests. Would have been nice if staff had asked them to go inside when they saw the pool was being used (especially given there were signs for no glassware by the pool).

The only problem was bats messed all over the car, tree mess everywhere from bats, and where the room was there was barely any room for parking, also you couldnt get out if there were 2 cars parked there. No room to reverse out as cars were too close.

Petite table et chaises dehors. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Restaurant et bar sur place. J’aurais aimé une chambre donnant directement sur le lac ! La mienne donnait côté piscine.

The room was spacious clean and perfect for myself and my parents. Tastefully renovated. The security screen on one door didn't lock and the locks on the main sliding glass doors (both) were sketchy.

Was a wedding there on day of our stay which no problem with, but at 8pm the hotel moved them out of the function room put them outside near our room where they got rowdy then there was a violent altercation no staff were present to rectify situation. In morning glass bottles and glasses left around outside of our building from that night.

Kelly (10/5): Our go to place - The whole property is well set up, with easy on site parking, easy access to the restaurant and pool and all the local things.
Simon (8/5): Nice place to stay - lovely staff - The room was very presentable and comfortable - the bedding was soft and the bathroom was very clean and well laid out The staff are very friendly and resourceful and are happy to help assist with anything. The rooms were not overly sound proofed and when noisy guests decide to come home late and want to hold loud conversations The room was only cleaned on the first morning of my stay by just taking out any rubbish that I had placed in the bin - no bed making or bathroom replenishments made. The body was provided was empty the entire time I stayed and had to use my own soap that I went and purchased at the local convenience shop.
