- yu hsin (10/5): - 晚上抵達時，晚班櫃檯的先生熱情接待，實際帶我們走到房間介紹裡面的環境與小點心。詢問附近的城隍廟與夜市時，也很熱心的提供建議。 水龍頭的熱水都很熱，也很快熱。只是不知道為什麼冷氣超冷，26度室內還是只有20度。 最後退房時不小心忘掉襪子，櫃檯小姐也很熱心詢問是否還有需要。雖然可以看出整體設備環境是有些年紀，但賓至如歸。

- Takako (10/5): おすすめできるホテル - 新竹駅から徒歩10分ほど、歴史的建造物である新竹市政府の目の前というわかりやすい立地です。私は昼前に到着しました。レセプションに荷物を預けて観光に行く予定でしたが、清掃が済んだ部屋にチェックインさせてもらえました。とても助かりました。このホテルは連邦銀行などが入っているビルの11階にあります。ビル１階の共用スペース左側にあるエレベーターで11階に上がります。予約の際、そうした情報がメールで届いたので、迷わずにホテルに行くことができました。 特になし

- Sophie (8/5): CP值很高 工作人員辛苦了。 - 房間外走道上每2間房間就有一台空氣清淨機；早餐是中式菜不多但很新鮮；浴缸有加裝窗戶，地板比較不會濕，而且，窗櫺竟然沒有一點發霉！太厲害了！ 有一些小瑕疵但沒有很不滿意的地方。
