• Aliah (4/5): Unclean old towels - The location was suitable for me. The room size was decent. I didn't like the old towels. The towels smelt bad and no longer white or appear clean. These towels should have been retired years ago. The shower in my first room did not have hot water coming through. I had to run it for over 5-10mins to get the water only warm. It meant wasting a lot of water. There is a small step into the bathroom and easy to miss. It's a health and safety hazard. Lastly the shower glass door cannot be closed properly. Something wrong with the installation. The toilet tap for washing leaked. I consider all these as Health and safety issues.

• Kurt (7/5): nice quiet place where I can go for massage and gym to workout. but i scare not clean at the mass ct - rooms are clean and tidy. quiet. but too isolated from nearby malls or food sources. swimming pool is clean and nice. gym is nice. no suppers. morning nasi lemak, chicken too soft, rice too hard and not enough peanuts. lunch not appealing. not much offering of meals. no icecream or chendol. massage centre too dark and old so i don't dare to go in. gym not well equipped. weights are all old and almost broken. need to change.

Front desk did not properly put the note that i already paid for late check out. That i need to come down & re valid the room card and show the receipt. It should have been noted from the beginning. The iron prepared at outside the room is not function properly.

Unable to issue me a tax invoice as the receptionist informed me that they will not issue a tax invoice as I booked through booking.com. Even booking.com also cannot issue me a tax invoice even though i requested from them.

The reception counter staff were awful at servicing their customers, like what is that attitude?? The messy hair dude, do mind yourself that I'm paying for this sh*t and don't act like I owe you money or something... Wearing slippers and serving customers is another level.. damn, the food was good but I see why there are not many people wanting to stay here. And what's wrong with the staff training? IC was provided to them but still making mistakes such as the wrong guest name and room?? Bro you can't be serious... Do better pls.
