The hotel facilities were complete, from amenities for children to EV charging stat - Everything is complete, from facilities for children to EV charging stations, very impressive. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to our needs. We had to change rooms because the air conditioning in Room 582 was not cool enough. It was a central AC system that could not be controlled from inside the room. At the time, the airflow from the AC felt uncomfortable and gave us a headache. However, the staff responded promptly by moving us to a new room where the AC was cooler.

Het is een hotel voor lokale bevolking met andere standaarden, het voldoet niet aan de standaard die ik gewend ben vanuit mijn ervaring in de hospitality en mijn ervaring bij andere 4 sterren hotels in Java. Na een lange reisdag vond ik bij aankomst zowel haren in bed als in de badkamer, het betroffen dezelfde soort haren en zullen van een vorige gast geweest, het bed was zodoende niet opnieuw opgemaakt enkel netjes gemaakt. Ze hebben vriendelijk mij een nieuwe kamer aangeboden met een vers opgemaakt bed maar heb na deze eerste schok zelf de hotelkamer gereinigd en de vloer nergens durven aanraken. Vanaf 07.00 rennen de schreeuwende kinderen al over de gang te bonken. Ontbijt was erg gericht op Aziatische gasten die veel in het hotel verbleven. Er is een westerse hoek echter tref je hier pasta voor ontbijt en maiskolven, zelfs voor een simpele cappucino moet er bijbetaald worden. Na het eerste ontbijt heb ik het voor het verdere verblijf overgeslagen. Het is een goed hotel voor locals met kinderen maar niet te adviseren aan westerlingen die hygiëne, comfort en een fijne nachtrust zoeken

Having a mini zoo and activities for children is a bonus I wasn't expecting My stay at this hotel was too short. I wish I had more time in Bandung to make use of the full facilities at this hotel.

We didn’t like the pillow as too thick and too hard. I didn’t find towel floormat and suddenly the housekeeper knocked my door to give this mat. Second day, I asked for room clean up as I had a meeting outside hotel. Around 6pm, I came back to the room. I saw my room was cleaned up already. I then entered my bathroom. Unfortunately I didn’t find the towel. Crazy! I had to call hotel staff to deliver the bath towel. I think this was my first and last visit to this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of options, and our kids really enjoyed the mini zoo and playground (there’s a few playgrounds in the vicinity), it really is a great place for families. Our first room (in the separate building from reception/main building) was quite basic and could have been cleaner. Mid-stay, the hotel moved us “for maintenance” to a slighty larger room with a bathtub and coffee machine. The upgrade was appreciated, though cleanliness and noise (road-facing, thin walls) were still an issue. Overall, the facilities and breakfast stand out, but the rooms would benefit from better upkeep to truly match the 4-star rating.

Supervisor showed no remorse nor empathy, blaming me for misunderstanding, offered apology just to make me stop complaining. Requested me to check out but gave an inactive keycard, so had to go down and complain again after reaching my room at the 7th floor.

- reinadestyana (10/5): Memories Hotel - Second time staying at Grand Tjokro Bandung, there is a special impression when staying here that makes you want to come back.. besides that the facilities are also very complete especially for those of us who already have children, children will feel at home because have many kids facilities. breakfast with the most menus I have ever encountered until Iftar I chose Grand Tjokro because of its many menus. recommended hotel. definitely come back

- merir801 (8/5): Grand Tjokro In Bandung - Kids friendly hotel, there is a mini zoo, a very diverse food menu. for the room itself is standard, quite spacious, with a view of the city of Bandung. amenities are quite complete. For those who bring vehicles, the parking area may be a bit difficult. Close to Ciwalk.

- Damar (10/5): - This hotel is a really good choice for families with kids like ourselves. The hotel has many facilities for children such as: petting zoo, kids spa, indoor and outdoor playground, kids swimming pool, kids cooking class, etc. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful

The chair in the room was broken. Had to ask for replacement. The real plus is the variety of breakfast. As for comfort, needs quiet a few improvement

- Mushfiqur (2/5): Avoid - Super comfy pillows and blackout curtains. Breakfast had a good selection of food The bathroom was so old. There were stains and grime and rust color everywhere. It was so dark in the bathroom. The room was stuffy and the windows were blocked with paper. It was so odd and ruined our vacation mood. Very disappointed. We complained and was shown another room but it was in similar condition. Unusable. We were forced to pay extra and get the best room but still the bathroom wasn't up to par with the price we paid for. The AC in the bedroom didn't work properly and we sweated all night.
- Ku (7/5): Good - I do love everything about grand tjokro. It includes the location which have indo maret nearby. Their warm welcome and facilities. The only i didnt preferred is the odour of the toilet. I think it came from the drainage system.

The location is strategically close to my destination. It has a wonderful swimming pool as well and a perfect place to spend weekends with family members

(-): Parking lots are often full, must use valet (free for in-house guest). Superior room a bit small & no windows that can be opened. Overall, worth to stay here.

- 839basema (4/5): Disappointment and not worth it. - The rooms are outdated, dirty carpets, bugs in the rooms, old bathroom with awkward toilet paper setting. The whole stay was a disappointment. Some of the front desk staff needs retraining. Breakfast is mediocre and not upto 4 star standard. Some of the petting zoo main attractions are not working due to renovations. Overall there are much better options in the same price range in bandung.

- Naufal (2/5): Very poor - Variety of facilities offered (photobooth, mini zoo, self laundry) The staffs are the worst part of this hotel. They dont know information, slow response, generally unprofessional in handling guest needs. They delayed cleaning my room until late afternoon. They FORCED me to switch rooms on last minute notice. They dont give clear information at reception. I saw multiple guest walks into the wrong building carrying heavy luggages (the hotel has two buildings. The parking is also a nightmare. Clearly not enough space and they dont have proper pathway from some part of the parking space (You have to walk down through VERY STEEP ramp while the ramp is also used by cars. VERY DANGEROUS) I stayed here for my graduation day and this hotel left a horrible memory for what I hope would be a joyous moment in my life.

NO ONE WELCOMING U. - non! the hotel was not clean, from the moment u enter the lobby. its spoil the holiday mood. unpleasant smell along the walk way... the carpet dirty.. the lift no clean.. lighting dull. once i enter the room, got smell . the bes sheet got yellowish marks.. and smelly. the room is not as what they posted in the social media. that was my 1st time ever get that kind of hotel in my life. NOMORE!! i requested new room, they said non available. i request refund also cannot. i just left the hotel. i rather lost few hundreds rather then i spoil my holiday mood.
