mark (5/5): I wouldn’t stay here going beyof the room and price is to much - Not a bad location near the shops and supermarket, dipping pool nice and the sauna facilities good. RESTAURANT and bar nice too . Ski room excellent. The room odd shaped and small for the price . Actually very disappointed really . Did try and move but not possible apparently. Mountain View nice though .

Den tollen Ausblick haben wir der freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption zu verdanken, die unsere Reklamation für die ersten Zimmerbereitstellung ernst genommen hat. Gebucht hatten wir Zimmer mit Bergblick und bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das gegenüberliegende Hotel. Das kostenlose Upgrade auf eine Apartment mit dem tollen Ausblick war kostenlos.

Robbert (8/5): Excellent location for skiing from Hinterglemm, clean, spaceious and view on the slopes - Excellent location, walkable distances to the ski lifts and across a Spar supermarket, in the midst of Hinterglemm. Spacious apartment, with fridge, stove, oven and all needed utensils. Daily cleaning and towels on request. Ski locker available for each apartment. Restaurant also offers good food and when you make reservation in morning they tend to have place for you. The breakfast is expensive (20 Eur pp), certainly for what you get. Convenient for arrival day but not recommend for daily use.

Śniadania pyszne, świeżo wyciskane soki, omlety, duży wybór dobrej jakości produktów. Strefa wellness bardzo komfortowa. W basenie codziennie jest wymieniana woda. Są dwie przechowalnie rowerów i joker card. W dniu wymeldowania pozwolono nam skorzystać z prysznica po powrocie z rowerów. Serdecznie polecam ten hotel. Trafiliśmy na moment sprzątania po lokalnym festynie i codziennie po 7 rano budziły nas ekipy sprzątające miasteczko. Lokalizacja przy głównym deptaku miewa swoje minusy;)

Maya (10/5): - We had a superb vacation and enjoyed the hotel very much! Staff is super kind and patient (travelling with kids), room is spacious, clean, and very nicely designed. Hotel facilities - pool and wellness area, restaurant, lobby, all very welcoming. Great breakfast. The accommodation offers free laundry services and the local Joker card. Nothing. All was perfect.

Fajna strefa spa tylko troszkę mały basen. - Personel pomocny, strefa spa chociaż basen to raczej bardziej wanna jacuzzi. Pokój z widokiem na las jest troszkę depresyjny bo to po prostu ściana góry zaraz za oknem i jest przez to ciemno w pokoju.

Nice breakfast buffet The mattress was too soft for our taste. We mentioned that at check out and they said they would have changed the mattress if we would have raised the concern earlier. Perfect!

Viktor (10/5): All in all, 10/10!! When we plan our next skiing trip, we will definitely think about staying at this hotel again. - Wonderful hotel! A lot of restaurants within walking distance, ski lifts too. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I will be missing the omellettes they make, one of the best I’ve had. It was really nice to end our day in the sauna and the infinity pool after a long day in the slopes. Can’t forget to mention the restaurant and the bar at the hotel itself. Really good food and drinks and everyone really friendly. Just one suggestion. It would be perfect if the pool would be a bit warmer. We were almost a bit cold there after staying in for 10+ minutes. It looks like others are commenting on that too so maybe something to consider?

The room was cold and didn't have room for a standing shower. Wonky metal night stands. The armchair contained trash from the prior guests in the folds.

Sidse (9/5): Great location and view to die for! - The location is perfect - smack in the middle and close to everything! Perfect for MTB, trail running and hiking in all of the Hinterglemm area: trails and lifts are only 5-10 min. walk away (and nice Supermarket just across the street) Only 10 min. bike ride down to the Saalbach MTB area and Sallbach city. We had a really nice, big and clean apartment with the most spectacular panoramic view of the mountains from the large balcony. Nice facilities for MTB's (e.g. locker room/bike parking and cleaning station etc.) - that's a plus and also easy parking, even with a big car. A great treat is the wellness area, nice little pool, a great sauna and a nice sun terrasse - all with magnificent panoramic views of the mountains. Food at the the restaurant is great and really helpful staff who even helped sending some bike parts back to Denmark for us afterwards. Last but not least really nice, cosy and stylish interior design all over and super clean! We will definitely come back :-)

Karel (10/5): Superb location, superb room - Room was gorgeous. I find the bed a bit narrow for two people, but that was only a slight inconvenience. There was dust below the bed, otherwise the room was very clean.

Vitalii (7/5): Great Interior and good location but lack of soundproof. - Interior and location are great. Soundproof of the room is very bad. The room doors seems made from cardboard and therefore audibility everything happens outside like inside your room.

Verified traveler (10/5): Great intro to Saalbach! - Great spot. I arrived late at night after a long drive in. There was an email waiting for me upon arrival with instructions for getting my keys after hours. Breakfast options were more than I needed. And it's a really short walk to a number of gondolas to start your day. Lot's of conveniences for gear storage and such. One of the reasons I booked here was the spa and pool. Apres went a weeee bit long so my spa time was cut down. But the time I did have was great, and the facility felt well maintained and clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. And the place is nicely situated in Hinterglemm and a pretty short taxi to Saalbach. I stayed in one of the Superior rooms, which had a two person in-room sauna. That was a nice treat. Lot's of room for storing your soft gear in the room, and easy to get your bags out of the way of your main traffic areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Arjan (8/5): Aanrader ! - Prima hotel met prettige sfee midden in het dorp Hinterglemmr. De kamers zijn ruim en modern ingericht (zelfs infrarood cabine op onze kamer !). Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht. Wij verbleven er in de zomer, maar het lijkt ook in de winter een goede lokatie.

Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid the apartments! - The hotel is in a good location related to the slopes and after ski hot spots, and the facilities (gym, sauna) are nice. However, we stayed in one of the apartments on the ground floor, which was plain awful. The noise from the restaurant directly above starts at 06:30 in the morning and keeps going until midnight. The inner "bedroom" contains a bunk bed and closets and has no windows or ventilation options. In addition, the furniture was falling apart. The staff was polite enough, but not very helpful or understanding when we presented the issues to them. We're not fuzzy but we expected more for 300 Euros per night.

Vincent (10/5): Sentralt og flott hotell med veldig bra mat. - Pluss: Stilfullt og flott hotell. Hyggelig betjening. Utrolig bra frokost, som var inkludert. Maten på restauranten var også veldig bra. Flott velværeavdeling. Bra skirom med eget låsbart skiskap for hvert rom. Fin beligenhet, 5 min gange (med skistøvler) til 2 av Hinterglems 4 større heiser. Minus: Litt dårlig lydisolering ut i gangen. Ble vektet par netter av folk som kom sent inn.
Madeleine (8/5): Fresh hotel in a perfect location - Newly updated hotel with a perfect location, nice breakfast and helpful staff. But they should get some "do not disturb" signs in the room! We were botherd by the cleaning staff 4 times during our 4 nights stay, one day they came 2 times before we were ready to leave our room! Felt like we were pushed of our room... And this occured between 9am-10am...
