- Driscoll (6/5): It's okay! - Comfortable room and clean. Long walk to parking deck and I hope I wasn't charged for parking however I am not sure yet. When I checked in there were cleaning personnel hanging around the front desk and I had to wait for them to move out of the way. While I was checking in my wife is a decaf coffee drinker and all that was available was regular so she had to spend $5 on one cup of coffee at in house Starbucks!! When I was checking out there was no attendant on duty. After 5 minutes or so he came through the front door riding his bike apologizing that he was a lunch break. This was at 6 AM. Also I had a hard time finding my room on the 6 floor because there was no number on my door. I finally figured out which one it was. I do believe it was 657 or something like that. I hope they put a number on it. I really think I will stay somewhere else next time I come back because of the small tiny problems
- Randy (1/5): Absolutely terrible, their management communications were the worst i have ever experienced!!!!!!!!! - nothing We got bumped from our reservation the morning of check in,paid for it 3 weeks prior Said they overbooked and third party reservations were the first to lose their room!!!!!!!!!! Obviously they don't understand the reservation process. Totally threw my plans for the night in the shitter,planned on walking to and from Peoria civic center for concert. Had to stay across river and uber there and back.

- Fitz (3/5): An uncomfortable stay with a confused management, and a lobby under construction and messy. - Due to the Construction no breakfast. I booked and confirmed a room with 2 beds, they gave us a room on the rear of the hotel with one kingsized bed and a fold out couch, Iwent back to the desk and told them we were needing a room with 2 beds, "That is all we have" was the answer, and that Booking.com screwed up. I had to call the desk again and request housekeeping to put some sheets on the fold out couch, the Woman who came from housekeeping had more concern for our comfort than either of the men checking us in, it was a confusing mess in the lobby. In the morning we were awakened by garbage trucks beeping reverse warning as several trucks came and went. I will never stay there again.

- Latonia (2/5): I was not happy with my stay I paid for a over night stay and checked out early - The staff was friendly. The front desk clerk was very helpful and cheerful when I walked in made me feel very welcome. I checked out after only being in the room for about three hours the carpet was wet all over and there was no refrigerator for me to keep my food and water cold. The clerk was busy when I left so I didnt let him know I was leaving I was to aggravated that I got my only pair of socks wet and I have to go get some more from the store.

We booked thru booking.com and reserved a king room, but they gave us a 2 queens at check in. No big deal but not what we reserved. Shower did not have any soap, shampoo or conditioner. I know there was a remodel so probably just an oversite but we always count on that when we stay in hotels.

- Vicki (9/5): - The new decor is very modern but classic at the same time. Great size nice view pool was nice hot tub was also nice. The parking was free as well. Nice staff nice little market. Didn't eat there, so there no clue on the food. The bed was hard. The bathroom was kinda blah there was no towel racks or a table to set anything on. The heat n ac was very loud.

Elderly people hauling luggage up and down stairs is a disgrace in a dimly lit area did not help either. And one of the elevators in the courtyard by marriott had black blankets hanging inside the elevators on the inside walls. All the buttons needed redone so you would know where you were headed. Several guests felt uncomfortable. This was the weekend of September 20th.

Loved it is a walk away from the theater They didn't have a toliet paper holder for the tissue, thats weird. The mini fridge smelled really bad. - Marissa (8/5): - The outlets next to the bed didn’t work and the shower wouldn’t get hot. When we told them at check out, they were nice and took the parking charge off. The room was nice and modern. the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff when we got back after being out was so friendly and nice and overall it was a great stay!!
- Sheryl (10/5): - Customer service was amazing. The whole staff was very friendly and informative. I didn't like the maze/obstacle course from the parking garage to the main lobby. Also, thought it strange the pull out bed was sticking straight up out of the couch. It made me think we were in someone else's room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

- Tyler (1/5): Do better, to be better! - It was unique, has lots of potential! Very disappointed in the hotel itself. Was at least expecting a bed that’s comfortable to sleep in. We could feel springs no matter what position we slept in. The room smelled dingy, almost like a wet basement. The gentleman at the front desk stated to us that he’d “put us in a jacuzzi room when yall get back later” arriving later he realized he couldn’t do so. Which was completely fine with us. Your staff was overly drunk on the clock, outside smoking weed with other staff members & also others that were staying at the hotel. Very disappointed & was most definitely expected more out of our stay. At least a comfy night of sleep. If there’s anyway we could get a refund & call it fair to our inconvenience that’d be great! Otherwise my husband & I will be taking these pictures & videos to CEO. Thanks.
- Toni (10/5): We will for sure stay again. - Very clean and quiet. Staff were very nice and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Having the skywalk from the parking garage was a plus. Being downtown was nice. We was able to walk to Kenny’s westside and the riverfront. Only one elevator worked so the wait sometimes was a bit long.

TV only showed channels but we’re told there will be a new provider soon. Very comfortable room. ‘Bistro’ on main floor (didn’t use). Recommend.

- Eric D (8/5): Great place, bad timing - The hotel is a great place to stay. However we were overwhelmed by the amount of rude children AND their rude parents. Yelling screaming and general littering. That was from the parents hanging out in the lobby. The kids were running around with no parental control whatsoever (the parents were too busy yelling a screaming amongst each other to bother to parent the kids. They left bottles and other debris all over the lobby and were just plain jerks to the rest of the guests.

- Toni (5/5): Short stay and hotel met MINIMAL requirements - Close to Civic Center I paid for a king room and we got a double room without being told ever until I got to the room. When I called and questioned this I was told they overbooked the hotel and did not have that room. Then why was it offered?? If it filled after I booked, then why did we lose our room?? Most importantly, why were we never told that we lost our room nor offered ANY compensation. I will never stay at this facility again. When I asked to speak to the manager and as of yet have not been called. Also big hotel and 2 elevators. YOU wait forever or walk up 9 flights of stairs.

- Monica (8/5): Area for improvement - Check in was smooth and the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. My room didn’t have a blow dryer and I had to call 3 times before someone brought one to me. I had an appointment and was on a time schedule so this was not a good thing. The number to housekeeping directly was not being answered. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was good.

- Paula (6/5): - I was a little disappointed the beds were very hard and uncomfortable the shower curtain had mold on it there was no trash bag in the can in the bathroom also they charged 15$ a night for parking but don’t mention the price until you question your bill. I ordered a coffee from the bistro and used my debit card for a 11$ purchase and it held 50$ on my account and I am still waiting for the refund

- Donald (10/5): Nice hotel - Stay was very good. Great location. They told me where to park in parking deck but never said there was an additional charge. Only one of the two elevators worked and it took forever to get to your room and back to the lobby. Many people had to wait for their room to be ready and it was 4pm. Like everywhere, understaffed and lacked maintenance, Room was nice, clean and comfortable.
