- Sol (8/5): - Me encantó la ubicación del hotel, muy cómoda y cerca de todo. La pileta y las vistas son increíbles, ideales para relajarse y disfrutar. Además, tienen un muy buen servicio de playa, súper cómodo y bien organizado.La atención de todo el personal del hotel, siempre muy amables, atentos y predispuestos a ayudar. El wifi es muy malo y prácticamente no funcionaba bien. La limpieza también fue bastante floja y algunos días el servicio de housekeeping ni siquiera vino a hacer el cuarto.

Teniamos una habitacion luxury supuestamente y no se notaba para nada. Le falta mantenimiento. No diria q es 4 estrellas. Era ml segunda vez en el hotel y lo encontré peor que hace 3 años. No había ni medialuna ni Croisant . Se olvidaron varias veces de hacer la habitación por lo cual a las 15 hs que volvíamos a la playa no había toallas limpias. Baño horrible , roto y mugriento . Nadie habla español . Ni hacen el esfuerzo por entender . Ineficientes . Pésima estadía . Está lejos de ser 4 estrellas. Con suerte le da para 2. Desayuno básico . En l habitación había “cafetera” de decorado . No habían cápsulas . Ni tasas , ni vasos , ni nada . La heladera vacía . No ponían ni agua aunque la hubiese pagado obvio. Manteles sucios . Las fotos son mentirosas . Y habían larvas en la habitación que se nos metieron hasta en el coche del bebé . La verdad un asco . Arrepentido de lo que pagué . No lo vale .

Las sábanas tenían peeling, aunque pedimos cambiarlas, estaban todas así y tuvimos que solicitar toallas limpias porque no habían repuesto al limpiar la habitación.

Baratas no quarto todo, inclusive, dentro da chaleira elétrica; sujeira grossa debaixo da cama, sujeira de meses debaixo da arara de roupas. Banheiro feminino da piscina estava fechado e o outro, era impossível de usar. Cheiro de mofo no hotel inteiro. Um hotel com mais de 700 quartos, tinha apenas 3 pessoas na recepção e somente uma atendendo, sendo desnecessário expor o tempo de espera para check-in. Na arrumação do quarto, sequer o lixo do banheiro era tirado, tamanho é o desdém com a limpeza.

- Renata (4/5): Horrível. - A única coisa positiva na nossa experiência nesse hotel foi a estrutura de praia (cadeiras e barraca). Porém impprtante saber que se peder o cartão paga 450 reais. Basicamente tudo. Ficamos duas horas e 15 minutos na fila do check in. nenhum tipo de remediação do caos foi feito. nenhuma explicação, cortesia. A atendente até foi simpatica, pediu desculpas, mas o gerente sequer estava lá em plena sexta-feira entrada de feriado com grande show na cidade e hotel lotado. Acabaram os cartões de chave. Só puderam nos dar um cartão. Depois de duas horas em pé na fila o que escutamos: se perder esse cartao paga 100 reais, esse outro 450 reais, tem uma taxa de resort e o checkout é meio-dia. Basicamente expulsando o cliente. Nada com os funcionários que ali estavam. Claramente uma péssima política de gestão de relacionamento com cliente. Quarto com piso molhado de umidade. Café da manhã bem fraquinho. Realmente, no geral, foi simplesmente uma péssima experiência.

- JOSEFINA (4/5): Pésima experiencia. - Lo único bueno era la ubicacion frente a la playa. El hotel esta muy viejo y mal tenido. La habitacion aunque era amplia, estaba vieja y mal tenida. Nos dijeron que nos hicieron UPG pero no entiendo como seria la habitacion de menor categoria. Las almohadas horribles, habia pelos en la ducha el dia que llegamos. 2 de los 4 días no hicieron la habitacion hasta que tuve que pedir que lo hicieran. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy mal la primera noche dormimos muertos de frio porque no hubo forma de regular la temperatura. Jamas lo recomendaría ni me quedaría denuevo ahi.

- Alessandra (5/5): Minha estadia teve pontos positivos na estrutura, especialmente para famílias com crianças, porém deixou a desejar em li - O Hotel possui uma estrutura muito boa para famílias com crianças, Segurança e perfil do público: notamos uma grande circulação de garotas de programa nas dependências do hotel, o que gera desconforto para famílias com crianças, como a nossa. Sugerimos avaliar medidas de controle de acesso, como o uso de reconhecimento facial também nos elevadores de acesso aos apartamentos. Limpeza do quarto: percebemos que a higienização não está sendo realizada de forma adequada. Em geral, apenas a cama é arrumada e o lixo recolhido, sem a devida limpeza do chão. Manutenção (banheiro): identificamos um vazamento no teto do banheiro. Ao acionar a governança, a equipe de manutenção compareceu e retirou uma tampa do teto, onde havia uma lata de tinta cheia de água — o que indica que o problema já é antigo e foi tratado de forma improvisada. Além disso, o banheiro ficou sujo após o atendimento até o dia do checkout. Estrutura do quarto: os móveis e o piso apresentam aspecto bastante desgastado, o que impacta na percepção de conforto e qualidade.

Penso que pode ser ajustado um ponto crucial a limpeza dos quartos e organização das toalhas do mesmo. Isso gera conforto e tranquilidade para os hospedes. Falta relacionamento dos clientes e hóspedes, percebi pouco contato e gentileza. Outro ponto que na piscina e te cobram mas caro que o do cardápio. Se tem taxa garçon deveria ser colocado esse ponto antes de fazer o pedido. Ar condicionado com problema e deixando o chão todo molhado e com mal cheiro.
