• Laurent (7/5): Centre agréable qui se rénove manquait la piscine chauffé et les vrais cocktails de bases inclus - L animation, un personnel agréable et une restauration correct pour un buffet. Un peu déçu du peu de l’absence de vrai cocktail inclus dans le all inclusive Piscine pas nettoyé de la semaine, des travaux avec des odeurs de solvant aux heures de repas c’est un peu maladroit, une rénovation en cours qui manque encore sur certains logements

• Steinreich100 (8/5): Sehr schöne Anlage in zentraler Lage. - Eine sehr schöne Bungalow-Anlage mit Häuschen aus verschiedenen Baujahren. Wir hatten zwar ein älteres, aber auch das wurde unseren Erwartungen sehr gerecht. Es gibt morgens und Abends das Essen in Bufettform und dies war sehr ansprechend. Die Außenbecken des Schwimmbad waren etwas kühl.

• Andre (7/5): A casual hotel with a great location, but a bit too casual for my taste. - The bungalow itself is very nice- a bedroom and a living space. Neutral fresh colours made it feel new. I liked the restaurant staff; they were very nice. I wish I had remembered some of the names. The food was very nice. The location of the hotel is also perfect, close to Yumbo. I felt it was too casual, but that will suit some. I like to dress up a bit for dinner. I usually stay at Royal Level Barcelo Margaritas, and although rooms are actually nicer at Miraflor, the restaurant is much nicer. The pool area felt a bit depressing at Miraflor, very big but no one was there, and random chairs and tables were spread out everywhere. The play feature in the pool felt a bit 80's. It's a nice hotel, just not for me. But I did save 100's staying at a more 'casual' hotel.

Los expende una maquina que debe mezclar agua con unos polvos que son los que dan sabor a naranja, piña, etc... Al ir a servirme uno , solo salía agua, con lo cual supongo que los polvos se habrían acabado. Deberían ir pensando en cambiar los colchones y las camas.....

Pääruokia olisi voinut olla useamman laisia.

Le plus, serviettes de piscine prêtées par l hotel ce qui est qd meme super pratique en terme de place dans les valises. Le top , 1 piscine chauffée (assez rare dans les hôtels aux canaries). Animations mais pas trop, juste ce qu'il faut. Calme la nuit. Qualité prix , je recommande. Le lit pour notre fille (qui est le canapé) trop dur.
• Jaap (8/5): Fijne bestemming heb je coeliakie lees mijn review - Vriendelijk personeel, fijne zwembaden en leuk animatieteam. Eigenlijk was bijna alles heel fijn. In de gemoderniseerde bungalow is het 2 persoonsbed oke, de andere 2 zijn matrassen en geen echt bed. Voor kinderen oke. Voor mensen met coeliakie proberen ze echt rekening te houden maar bij het buffet is er kans op kruisbesmetting. Glutenvrij en glutenvol staat geregeld naast elkaar. Als je een vraag neergelgd bij een kok voor een glutenvrije pizza of pasta regelen ze dit.

Merci à la gentillesse du personnel et à sa disponibilité. Nous remercions particulièrement Nolen, Dana et Jonathan. Grimi est une animatrice super drôle, gentille et dynamique! La nourriture était bonne. La grande piscine est belle et propre. La piscine chauffée a vraiment besoin de travaux. La peinture au sol et sur les côtés est décollée.

• Somen (6/5): Nice place but let down by the rooms. - The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Everyone in the restaurant was smiling, polite and attentive. The food was decent, lots of repeated items but I guess that is to be expected in a buffet setting. We went half board but might go breakfast only if we return here, there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The restaurant and pool area were clean, well maintained; one of the pools was surprisingly warm! Can't comment on the adult entertainment, we retreated into our room after dinner every evening. Supermarket at a 2 min walk for essentials. The room we were given was a big let down. Clean but very dated and tired looking. AC (only in the bedroom) was a trickle, it wasn't particularly hot when we stayed, we would struggle on hot days/nights. Walls feel like made of plaster board, we could hear neighbours all the time, surely they could hear us too! The sofa beds are best avoided for sleeping if you love your neck, back and the holiday! Parking can get really tricky at busy times. My kid seemed to enjoy the mini disco but as an adult watching and sometimes participating, it was the same thing every day! The pools aren't big, so it can get full during busy periods, they look bigger in the pictures than they actually are.

The pools were clean and well kept. Looked really modern The food wasn't great, it wasn't bad. It was edible. We ate breakfast there most mornings then went out for lunch and dinner. The all inclusive is very limited for cocktails. The local spirits that were included were good. The room was wildly outdated. The pictures show the lovely renovated rooms. Ours was straight out the 90s and in desperate need of an uplift. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom. We had to put it to freezing in the living room so we could feel anything in the bedroom. The lighting in the rooms was terrible. It was so so dark all the time Some of the loungers at the pool are in need of a replacement.

• Dr. B.L.J.P. (7/5): Fijn rustig huisjes park. (Eind februari dan dus) - De zwembaden en de rustige omgeving. Wij hadden wel het perfecte huisje op dat gebied. Het was een oud huisje wat nog niet gerenoveerd is, en dus ook echt oud en stuk, maar de locatie op het terrein was echt fijn. Achteraf, rustig en weids (inclusief eigen tuin) De niet gerenoveerde huisjes zijn echt oud. Schuifdeur die er bijna uitvalt, continu klemt en schuurt. Badkamer valt dan weer mee. Die is best okay. Uiteindelijk liep er op de laatste dag wel een dikke grote kakkerlak door onze kamer. Mss een incident, maar het kan ook een gewoonte zijn.

Maten var dårlig. Frokosten f.eks: baconet var ikke stekt, frukten var smakløs og de hadde ikke noe juice etc. var en dispenser med noe kullsyre vann som smakte saft. Lunsj/middag: alt var smakløst. De som jobbet i «mat salen» virket sure. Det var en dame der som stod å «overvåket» salen og maten, det var litt merkelig. Hun var antageligvis en leder.

• Robert (7/5): Average resort - Cleanliness throughout the entire facility, reception staff friendly and helpful Overall, it wasn't that bad, but there are a few downsides. The price doesn't match what the resort offers; it's definitely overpriced. During my stay, one of the pools was under renovation, and the one in use definitely needs updating. The service was 50/50; some were friendly, but there were times, conversely, when no one was at the bar (the only one there was), or the lady who was there didn't seem to rush to make drinks. Overall, this resort doesn't have much to offer. The food wasn't bad or good, just average. You can compare it to other hotels ⭐⭐

• bruno (7/5): Bien mais prévoir de l'eau en demi-pension ! - Bungalows dans un cadre bien agréable, très bien entretenu. Mais il y a différents emplacements, certains plus intimes que d'autres. Nourriture très correcte. Nous avons un bungalow bien placé mais pas encore rénové...très vieillot Payer une demi pension sans avoir d'eau pour le diner, c'est pas correct ni légal ... dommage car le reste des repas est bien, et les boissons pas chères (2€). Mais sur le principe c'est très agaçant, surtout le premier jour !
• Sharon (9/5): Entertainment team were the best we’ve seen in a long time, they’re an asset to the hotel ! - The layout around the pool, bar, entertainment and restaurant area was fab ! It was immaculate and looked brand new. Food and drinks were good on all inclusive and entertainment team were fab, they made the atmosphere great ! The was nothing ‘not to like’ - only thing that would’ve topped it would have been a refurbished room but this didn’t bother us as we’re never in it.

Spesielt kald maten som salater og oster osv var veldig delikat. Det ble ryddet på buffeten hele tiden! Noe av maten var "ferdigmat" Og lagt opp / tilbredt av amatører. Det er nok ikke en utdannet kokk på kjøkkenet. Spesielt kjøtt som ble stekt eller "grillet" var veldig dårlig! Sikkert dårlige / billige råvarer, men også tydelig at de som tilbereder ikke kan dette bra nok. De som jobbet hadde heller ikke godt redskap. Kniv som ble brukt til å skjære opp kjøtt til servering var sløv og dårlig. Dette er ikke angrep på de som jobbet - de gjorde nok så godt de kunne!

El hotel es correcto, pero creo que es un poco caro para las instalaciones: tres piscinas, billar, escenario, bar, comedores, todo concentrado. es cierto que estaba todo cerca, pero quizás falta un pco mas de espacio en las zonas comunes. la comida estaba rica, variada, desayuno variado, zumo rico y maquina de café, además de las vendin. se puede mejorar los espectaculos de animación para los niños.

• Henriette Ilona (10/5): A bártól eltekintve egy szuper hely, amit bárkinek szívesen ajánlanék. Ezúton is köszönünk mindent. - Gyönyörű környezet, minden igényt kiszolgáló szállás. A mendencék fantasztikusak. A személyzet segítőkész és hihetetlenül kedves. Bármikor vissza mennénk ebbe a szállodába. A medencénél a bárban a kiszolgálás nem tetszett, az akkor ott dolgozó két férfi sajnos nem volt a legkedvesebb. Amikor kiderült hogy a rendelésem távozáskor szeretném fizetni, akkor elénk tolták a rendelési papírt, amire velünk iratták fel a rendelést és a többi adatot is. Nem gondolom, hogy ez az én dolgom lett volna. A coctail ( pina colada) , amit rendeltem nem volt az elvárásomnak megfelelő egyáltalán nem úgy készült ahogy kellett volna.

• Cobi (7/5): - Vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers Appartement was niet geheel schoon maar is na onze klacht opnieuw schoongemaakt. Wc bril zat los kon ook niet strakker vast gezet worden. Bank was niet een lekkere zit bank. Maar we zaten in een oudere appartement de nieuwe zagen er beter uit
• Thomas (9/5): - Lage ist super! Schöne, ruhige und gemütlichen Anlage Ein wenig mehr Abwechslung beim Essen und auch mal typische Speisen z.B. Piementos, Calamaris, mehr verschiedenen Fisch,
• Teijo (8/5): - Alue oli kokonaisuutenana siisti. Oli kiva seurata muutaman fasaanin,kilpikonnien ja kissojem touhuja alueella. Alueen sisäänkäynneillä ei ollut kameroita. Respan kautta pääsi sisään ja ulos,mutta sitten oli kaksi "vartioimatonta" ovea hotellialueelta kulkemista varten; suuri turvallisuusriski!!! Tupakointia ei oltu rajattu terassialueilla, ravintolassa,kurjaa, ajatellen esim lapsiperheitä. Huoneemme sijaitsi alueen perällä, henkilökunnan tilojen vieressä; illalla ovesta kulkiessaan kuului kovaa ääntä,kun ovea avattiin ja suljettiin...ei ajstelu asukkaita/lapsierheitä.

• Gunilla (8/5): Trevligt hotellområde med bra läge. - Frukosten var bra speciellt uppskattade vi att få omelett gjord på beställning. Jag som glutenintolerant kunde be om glutenfritt bröd. Vi bodde i en nyrenoverad bungalow och var jättenöjda med den, rymlig, fräsch och med stor terrass med egna solsängar. Trevligt hotellområde och vi gillade påfåglarna som strosade runt. Hade uppskattat om maten på kvällsbuffén varit märkt med allergi-information, speciellt grytor, såser och dressingar.
• Alina (10/5): Good Christmas holiday - The family stay for a Christmas holiday was fantastic. The bungalow was one of the renovated, I appreciate it. every day cleaning was so good. The heated pool was spacious enough for all the guests. The staff were very friendly. A walk for 20 min to get to the sandy beach. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and shops as well. Good temperature to have sunbathing at the end of December 😎. I love and enjoy our stay fully 🤩🤗. The bungalow was provided with kettle and all necessary for it , a little fridge very helpful in the room if you want to have your own drinks The Christmas evening was arranged very well and carefully for each guest . A big Thank you to everyone's staff for having our stay pleasant . 🤗🤩 just a few marks. For me personally the pillow which was provided in the room wasn't comfortable but my Husband was good with that. Food was good but repetitive . For sure every time you have lots of choice of food for your preference .
• Davide (8/5): Ottimo per il villaggio scarso per il bungalow - Colazione e cena ottima villaggio stupendo personale gentilissimo Bungalow non il max anche un po’ vecchiotto come arredamento doccia senza vetro dí copertura solo una tenda che quando fai la doccia allaghi il bagno letti separati e scomodi senza bide’ e trovato una notte uno scarafaggio in camera
