Verified traveler (8/5): Ottimo soggirono a Trapani - Il Passìo è un ottimo hotel situato nel centro storico di Trapani e 10min circa a piedi dalle spiagge cittadine. Carino e pulito ha rispettato le attese per il nostro soggiorno. Il bar sottostante suona musica fino alle h.1, ma personalmente non ci ha dato fastidio.
Mark (8/5): Nice hotel in the center of Trapani - We stayed one week in this hotel, Overall it was very good expirince overall , but there are several thing to improve. First of all internet connection was very poor for the European standards ( same problem on the whole island ), second thing room was not cleand even once during our stay. I think it should be cleand at least one time during our stay moreover there is no public showers and toilets on the Sicilian beaches! so after 5-6 days we have a lot of sand on the floor:) Breakfasts, well not my story, crossaint and a coffe is hard to be called breakfast :) But I know local people eat this way. Staff very kind and helpful. In the high season location might be irritating for those who likes peace and quiet, Club right below apartments open till 1am during the week and 3-4 am during the weekend, with a loud music. We were in the middle season so It was not a problem since no customers available, they were closing earlier.
Susan (8/5): Centre of Town and Spotless - The Passio rooms are Smart Rooms so there is no reception or breakfast room and no service/amenities as such. However the rooms, though very small, were spotlessly clean and modern and right in the centre of the Old Town which was perfect. The breakfast is provided by the Bar downstairs with tokens supplied by Passio Management, which although very convenient, the breakfast was very limited i.e. only croissant available and no tea. This wouldn't have been a problem except that there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, so we couldn't relax with a drink in our room at any time of day or evening which we like to do on holiday. However all staff were very friendly and helpful.
