YOMESMA (4/5): - Been out of that place. What a disastrous hotel! I made my reservation over two months in advance for the Secret Book Case room. The concept seemed interesting. The day before my arrival, I received a message confirming my reservation was for the Poison Ivy room. I was already a bit annoyed, but seeing the date and the fact that there was no refund, what could I do? Well, I arrived at the hotel and they gave me the awful "Stick With Me Room"—a complete disaster, absolutely horrendous. On top of that, they told me it wasn't being maintained because it was cheap: €200 a night is considered cheap. A HORROR!!! Make sure you get what you book because then, when you arrive with no refund and the date looming, you'll just have to put up with it. I had to take a deep breath and think: this hovel is only good for sleeping, never again!!! And yes, it's a hotel, NOT a HOTEL!!!

EI Freddy (8/5): Original - Nous avons apprécié le coté original. Possible de pic nique dans l hotel en discrétion et en nettoyant apres.( L hotel ne faisant plus de petit déjeuner.) Possibilité de commander les cafés au comptoir. Donc super. Les douches communes étaient propres. Raclettes à l intérieur pr passer un coup apres son passage. Pour se garer, pas de difficultés en particulier. Se garer en double file en warning le temps d aller chercher le pass de l hotel une fois le stationnement payé. Puis un ascenseur monte jusqu à la porte arriere de l hotel. J avais lu commentaires sur les punaises de lit mais perso je ne les ai pas croisé 😇 Je dirais juste que je doute que les lits soient refait apres chaque personne car j ai trouvé un petit objet métallique dans mon lit 😆 Et je n ai croisé aucune personne de l entretien le soir ou le matin. Peu importe , nous avons beaucoup rit!! Les portes qui grincent ! Emmener sa fiole de dégraissant!😅 car ca tape vite sur le systeme!!! Manque de possibilité pr ces affaires dans la chambre. Un locker dans le hall permettrait de stocker ce qui ne ns sert pas 😉

larissa (7/5): - Super cool hotel, I love the idea of what they did. It has a great vibe and it was very peacefull. It is a little bit far out of the city center but I found some great places around that area to eat and it was a very peacefull neighbourhood. The bathrooms were fine. There was something wrong with the smoke detector in my room, and they constantly received a notification from my room, so they had to come and check on me multiple times, and that was a bit annoying. I also booked the hotel with breakfast included but when I checked in, I was told that they don't serve breakfast anymore.
Linnéa (4/5): - Inredningen i de gemensamma ytorna. Gångavstånd till mycket och nära till tram hållplats. Sköna sängar. Att de plötsligt har slutat med frukost trots att vi bokat med frukost. Ingen extra service utifrån detta med tex extra tillgång till kaffe/snack bar i brist på frukost. Vi bokade hotellet specifikt för att det fanns frukost och det behövdes utifrån resplan med tidiga morgnar samt ekonomiskt fördelaktigt. Nu blev det fyra frukostar och väldigt mycket mer krångel då de flesta frukost ställen öppnade kl 9 och då försent för oss att hinna äta. Blev också betydligt mycket dyrare resa. När vi frågade om att få köpa kaffe hade personalen inte tid att ordna det. Bad om ett extra täcke och fick då ett täcke utan påslakan. På rummet var konsten (som är hotellets specialitet) fanns en super fin tavla och en högst oklar dammig tygkonst som mest såg uppkastad på ledig spik utan att den hörde ihop med tavlan eller rummet. Varken motiv mässigt eller placerings mässigt. Utifrån det tjocka gråa dammet såg den ut att ha hittats under någon säng eller likande. Rummets fönster som vetter ut mot hotellet var inte tonade/spegelglas utifrån så gardinerna behövde hela tiden vara fördragna. De var också tröga att dra för i hörnet så vi behövde klättra på stolen för att få för den.

Really cool to sit and drink a coffee! The room was spacious and had a big window you could open, which was nice. I had a room with a shared bathroom but I didn't mind at all. for the price it's more than fair and the bathrooms were clean and pretty big. I arrived in the morning after a very early flight and Tamara at the front desk was so lovely. She managed to get my room ready early so I could check in sooner than expected and offert me coffee. That kind of thing just makes such a difference when you're tired from traveling! The mini shop in the lobby with coffee, water, drinks and snacks is very handy and open the whole day & night. I will definitely come back again They recently stopped serving breakfast but instead they made a nice little guide with their favorite spots in the neighbourhood. Ended up having breakfast at Benjis nearby, super good, would recommend that one!

Ми вперше зупинились в готелі такого формату, ми ніби поринули в минуле, старовину, це ніби музей, дуже атмосферно.Ми жили в книжковій шафі, кімната маленька, але в нас був власний душ, хороше зручне ліжко, умивальник, білизна білосніжна і рушники також. Туалет загальний і дуже чистий. Якщо ви оберете цей готель, обов'язково беріть з собою гумові капці. Нам дуже сподобався такий досвід, будемо згадувати його з теплотою. Нам не вистачало в кімнаті маленького столика, чи полички для особистих речей, а також трохи повільно стікала вода в душі та умивальнику.

Super cool space, friendly staff (they even knew some Bulgarian and were talking to me in Bulgarian which was extra nice). The complaints about the bedbugs were totally wrong, it was clean and welcoming.

The reception team was excellent: friendly, professional and quick to resolve any of our requests. We used the shared bathroom, which was consistently well maintained and never crowded. The hotel’s interior is unique and tastefully decorated, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is convenient — easily reachable by public transport from the city centre, but the centre is also within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Anne (7/5): Für die Lage und Preis gut - Das Design war wirklich toll, besonders der Sitzbereich in der 2. Etage. Die Zimmer sind nicht sonderlich gut belüftet,weshalb wir nachts die Tür leicht angelehnt lassen mussten. Außerdem war der Abfluss in unsrem Bad verstopft und trotz bescheid sagen bei der Rezeption und der Versicherung, dass es behoben wird, war er am Abend noch verstopft und wir konnten unsere Dusche nicht benutzen.

Pauline (8/5): Top pour un court séjour si on veut être proche du centre - Super emplacement. Proche du tram et du centre. C’est top de pouvoir louer des vélos à la journée! Le personnel est très sympathique et réactif Le lit double est un composé de 2 matelas qui s’écartent. L’unique salle de bain peuvent devenir sales en fonction du respect de la propreté de la personne passée avant vous. Du fait que la chambre n’ait pas de fenêtre, il est difficile de ventiler / faire sécher les serviettes

Sam (5/5): - It was close by where we needed to be and parking avaliable for 34 a day. The room was really cold, also the ground was quite cold. The curtains were a bit strange.
Maria Jose (9/5): Excelente lugar - Muy llamativa la ambientación, personal super amable, habitación linda, cama cómoda, muy cerca de la parada de buses para ir al centro y a cualquier lado :). Solo agregaría calefacción ya que en invierno es muy helado sobre todo al bañarse :(
