- Kevin (10/5): - Everything about this property is great from location, to the rooms (spacious and very nice), to the nearness in the Tlaquepaque, too the great security. The omelets are very good. Only thing i didn't like was my first cup of coffee didn't taste great.
- veronica (8/5): - I stayed in this hotel 4 times but this time we were in a room downstairs and it was noisy and the bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was good. I love the location and the cleanliness, employees are great.

The floors are slippery the pool is dirty and infested with mosquitos never again
- Michael (8/5): - Great location. Friendly staff. A bit outdated.
- Joe (10/5): - Everything was great
- soraya (8/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved the water pressure in the shower. The only thing I was unhappy with was the cleanliness of the room. The floor was dirty.. dirt and hair throughout, I had to ask for new sheets as there was hair all over the sheets. Staff was apologetic, they brought a clean set and I changed the bed.
- Benjamin (8/5): - The person who helped me was very friendly and was very attentive to the different questions I asked him.

- kristina (10/5): - I booked a hotel last minute a day I was arriving and got a room on a patio on the first floor overlooking the garden. It was amazingly quiet centrally located so I could find food at night on Monday with no problems.
Enjoyed the silence at night sndEnjoy the silence at night and the quality sleep on a comfortable bed and AC! As a solo traveler, I loved it
- Juan (10/5): - Great location in the heart of Tlaquepaque. Friendly and helpful staff make you feel at home during your stay. Authentic Mexican breakfast included with stay. Clean and safe place to stay. One thing that was advertised but not available during our stay was the swimming pool. We would stay here again.

- Robert (8/5): - Very friendly staff who were very accommodating. Location was excellent as just a block away from Old Town centre.
- Coral (6/5): - Place is convenient. However, it can be noisy. Room Fiorenza had a live roach in the bathroom. Floors had hairs that we tried to wipe with toilet paper. Underneath the bench close to the bed they do not clean. Restaurant service was slow. Receptionist serves as waiter also. The receptionist told us service was at 7:30 a.m. We arrived at 7:45 and the staff told us service started at 8:00. Overall, was not pleased with our stay.
- Elva (10/5): - Great place to stay!
- manuel (4/5): - Too noisy at night, bars and restaurants all around the block
- Susana (10/5): - Friendly and helpful staff
- Alejandro (10/5): - Everything about this place was excellent!

- Paul (10/5): - Great Location & Staff very friendly
- Clifford Glen (8/5): Nice hotel and centrally located - Great location and wonderful staff and beautiful gardens and very secure. The negative for us was that there is only one parking stall on site. We were travelling with another couple that also had a car and they had to park a couple of blocks away. They did offer a discount at the parkade for hotel guests. The mattresses were okay but we felt they needed to be replaced.
- Carmen (10/5): - Closeness to restaurants, shops, nighlife, museums, churches & art. Great location. The parking from the hotel, is within walking distance. Had a wonderful time! The breakfast @ the hotel was delicious and the service excellent.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful stay in Tlaquepaque - We loved our stay at this beautiful place .. The two guys who helped us were very helpful. I definitely recommend this place to stay is very close to stores and restaurants.
- Ryan (10/5): - Great location, extremely gracious and kind staff, best shower I’ve ever had in GDL. Muchas gracias por todo
- Claudia Brandes (10/5): - Well located if you want to spend time seeing stores in TLaq. Area. Lots of restaurants and bars walking distance. The staff was helpful and very attentive. We loved the look and style of hotel. It has a bed and breakfast feel to it and we had a really nice time there.
- Jay (10/5): Wonderful place, near everything, highly recommen. - Great service from the moment we walked in. It’s in the heart of Tlaquepaque, walking distance to everything! Best complementary breakfast ever! Just be aware that from the street all you see is a door, they have to buzz you in but once you walk in, it’s super nice, clean and wonderful people to greet you. We all loved it!
- Sonia (8/5): - The location was perfect - there are plenty of restaurants and shops.
- Ruben (10/5): We'll be back! - Hotel San Pietro is an excellent place to stay! The service could not be better. Great location too!

- Sergio (10/5): - Excellent stay! Staff is incredible. I highly recommend it.
- Sonia P. (10/5): Excellent service - Nice room and very comfortable, great furniture, our only issue was that didn’t have enough towels in the bathroom but other than that the service from the staff was excellent ,very helpful and attentive. They exceed our expectative
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very nice hotel right in front of one of my favorite places to eat in Tlaquepaque. Check in was easy, nice staff. Check out was frustrating. They didn’t mark me as paid and couldn’t find my receipt. Really liked the place the only BUT I had is their pillows. Other than that it was a good experience.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This boutique hotel is on the main street in Tlaquepaque and everything you want to see and shop at is within 4 blocks surrounding this hotel. Staff speak both English and Spanish and are very helpful with getting what ever you need. Although in middle of town at night can barely hear any noise
- Dan (10/5): Excellent hotel in the middle of a historic area - This is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean and well appointed. They serve a cooked to order breakfast from a menu with several choices. They even have a limited room service menu for evening snacks. The hotel is decorated with art and accessories that make it really nice. Finally, it is located right in the heart of a historic district with restaurants, shops, galleries and museums. Perfect!
- Glorialabra (10/5): - Excellent service !! Great staff!! I will stay again when the opportunity comes!!!
- JESUS ALBERTO (10/5): Charming hotel - We loved this hotel, it was perfect for us, it is very well located, safe, good breakfast and the room was spacious, a very solid option if you want to stay at Tlaquepaque for 1-2 nights
- cesar (10/5): - Great little hotel. Very comfortable and an interesting piece of Architecture. A bit loud since it's located at a major street in town, however the noise will not keep you up.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The people that work the hotel are amazing, they make you feel at home.
- Zee (10/5): Great staff - This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and would go back again. Having said this, I would request a room at the back of the hotel if you are bothered by noise. The breakfasts have plenty of choice and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I love the style of this hotel, unfortunately i had the worst experience one can have at a hotel.. the beds were infested with BED BUGS!!!! I'm still suffering the consequences of the bites from the bed bugs. The only thing the hotel manager did was gove me spray to spray my luggage so i wouldn't take them with me! Never offered anything to treat my bites or any type of compensation for this horrible experience! I have bites all over both my arms and face! This was such a disappointment from this cute hotel. Left with the worst taste in my mouth.
- Erik (10/5): - Great service
Very much so home like feeling and ambience
Very private and safe
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and the facility was very nice. The hotel has an excellent location near the center of Tlaquepaque and the shopping, restaurants, and local events.
- Michael (10/5): - Hotel San Pietro was great! Comfortable quiet clean room. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. All just one block off the main commercial tourist street. We cannot recommend this hotel more highly!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel cancelled my reservation claiming that they were closing down. I made the reservation in January and they cancelled in June. When I visited in October (the time of my reservation) the hotel was open as usual. Either they overbooked or gave preference to people booking direct. Whatever the reason, don't book here if you want the security of knowing that your reservation will be honoured. Stay at the Juana Bautista hotel instead.
- jaime (10/5): - i was very happy with everything service friendly personal
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location close to Tlaquepaque very clean. But no parking
- Hector (10/5): - It was very convenient to explore the town, great hotel and location
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great boutique hotel and location. The breakfadt was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful.
A fan in the bathroom would be helfpul.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The facilities are just a delight, well maintain and beautiful decorated, staff is top noch reallly polite and ready to help you with anything you might need.
I will come back over and over .
- Verified traveler (10/5): - My husband and I spent three nights here and highly recommended it. The room was just the right size and very clean. The property is cozy and home-like. We enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast every morning. Location is excellent, but best of all is the staff. They were ultra attentive and caring. Special thanks for Dulce for her very attentive and friendly service. We will definitely stay at Hotel San Pietro during our next stay in Tlaquepaque.
- RoyQ (10/5): - This a great property, it is small but packs quite a charm. The rooms are great !!! Walking distance to el Parian and Tlaquepaques centro is about less than 5 minutes. Staff was very very understanding and accommodating to us . Dulce did everything she could to make the stay extremely comfortable and worry free for us . Would definitely stay here again and have recommend to all my family
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Place to stay - Great Customer Service. The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants, snack bars, liquor stores, etc... The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room, bathroom and all the property was clean. Every day we saw the staff cleaning outside patio and inside the hotel. The Breakfast was delicious and the Internet was fast. I recommend this hotel.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Comfortable clean room and very convenient location
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Service personnel were very attentive and helpful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent location, service, food. Internet did not work well.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Well located, close to shops and excellent restaurants. Lovely rooms and an assortment of breakfast options.
- Suzanne (10/5): Great stay in Tlaquepaque - Gracious friendly service in an architecturally interesting property. Great location as others say. Lovely outdoor areas not only around pool but terraces in front. Room comfortable in every way. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely return.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location. Friendly staff. Very secure. Excellent shopping, art galleries, bars and restaurants walking distancBest artesenal ice cream in town is across the street.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We liked everything. Room was quiet with all details covered. Not one thing was needed. Lots of shelving in bathroom, lighting excellent, comfortable bed, lots of hangars, in room safe, lots of plug ins, black out curtains and certainly very clean. Sitting areas in the hotel area very comfortable and beautiful accents with decorating. Close to great shopping and restaurants. Staff were very accommodating. High praise for everyone. Excellent.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Nice location, cute hotel, no help from staff with luggage and rooms are poorly lit
- Hector (10/5): Best Hotel I stayed at yet. - What an amazing stay. The customer service was beyond spectacular. The décor was breathtaking, you are in the zone where everything is accessible. The breakfast was phenomenal. Definitely would stay here again. The hotel rooms have names. This is a unique hotel, everything is very artistic.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great hotel. Beautifully decorated and awesome common areas. Great looking rooms. However, we only stayed 1 night, and found the fabric headboards very dusty and many hairs on the floor throughout the room. The bathroom was also littered with hairs on The floor and walls. Which anyone can attest it is a huge turnoff. If i would have had a longer stay i would have definitely requested a new room or for it to be cleaned properly. But we were rher for just 7 hours and the beds were clean so we managed.
- Coleman (8/5): - The rooms are quaint and the surrounding gardens very nice. The area felt safe and very near the city center. Loved the large bathroom and shower. However, it was a little noisy and could hear people walking around.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Amazing location and full breakfast. The only issue i had was arriving on a Sunday and the hotel doesn't have parking. Just a heads up for those of you who are driving.
- Juju (10/5): - Beautiful, quaint hotel. It was the perfect size and a lovely property. It felt safe, was quiet but in a great location! We had the best stay! The breakfast was included and one of the best we had during our week stay in Mexico. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- Bruno (8/5): Great Shopping & Eats nearby. - Great location in the center of Tlaquepaque, only two blocks from the Parian. Small B & B type hotel. I liked the patio adjacent to the room which was great for relaxing. Good WIFI, super clean. Great shopping & eats nearby. I usually don't have an issue sleeping but the bed in our room was lopsided which I suspect caused a backache that lasted a day. You have to be buzzed in & out which is very secure but a pain to do so.
- Alejandro (2/5): - This Hotel is very unprofessional. Apparently they don’t check foreign reservation. I Made reservation 6 months in advance, when I tried to check in was told that the hotel had been booked since last year and refused to honor my reservation blaming it on Expedia. My compensation was a $2 Uber trip to a lower quality hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location in walking distance to the Parian!! The staff was excellent. The room was very clean. Really enjoyed my stay I would stay there again! Highly recommend!
- Miguel (10/5): - Nice looking and relaxing place in the middle of the city. Clean, nice employees, comfortable rooms. Definitely will visit again.
- Adolfo (10/5): - Great staff all helpful and courteous will stay in this hotel again Dulce and Enrique the best
- Shaina (10/5): Safe and Sound - A hidden gem, surrounded by great shops and restaurants! Our room was comfortable, water was hot and the staff were kind! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was made to order every morning and highly recommend you do too!
- Abel (10/5): - The hotel is great, great location, great service, we are very happy we stayed at the San Pietro, from now on this is our hotel when we travel to Guadalajara!!!!!
- fred (8/5): - Nice location in Tlaquepaque, a boutique hotel feeling, but unfortunately facing a couple noisy night bars if you have a room in the front.
- Diana (10/5): - This is our favorite hotel to stay at while in Guadalajara.
- Liz (10/5): - We will definitely stay here again. It was in a great location, hotel staff super friendly and helpful. Such a cute place and it was all around PERFECT for the price. No complaints.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Need to keep up with the maintenance - They have a problem with maintenance , the lamps next to the bed didn't work , horrible smell in the bathroom because of mildew.
and no hand towels
- Ivan (10/5): - It is a beatiful place! Quiet and close to the main “corredor” to visit, the only things that I did not like were the light at halls and the bathroom is very hot due lack of exhaust system, window or AC...
- carrie (8/5): Great location in heart of Tlaquepaque - Nice location. Larger bathrooms and showers than most hotels in area. Lovely accommodating staff. Breakfast somewhat limited.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Dolce vida - Well located, plaza near by with mariachi, close to everything and historic plazas and buildings its a must!
