• Molly (1/5): I was not satisfied with my stay at the hotel and will not return. - The breakfast was good. My room #105 was located near hotel construction, which was noisy. I did not have hot water either. I specifically asked for a room with a bathtub so I could take baths. I was very disappointed that I could not enjoy a bath due to the water not being hot.

• Heather (1/5): Giant piece of crap. - I didn’t like anything. Place was very dirty. Carpet was absolutely filthy. The bedskirts on the beds had tears and rips. The shower had an orange colored mold in it. The room door didn’t function properly. There was a huge gap and you could see into the hallway.
• Jacqueline (8/5): - Clean on the inside but the trashes outside were very filled. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Water pressure was very low in the shower. Air conditioning worked perfect but made a very uneasy loud noise.
• Andres (4/5): - The staff was very helpful and professional. The room smelled like mildew and urine, I think it was the ac running that made the room smell like a gym locker room, was not pleasant. The bed was not comfortable neither. Small parking lot making it difficult to find parking.

• Gina (10/5): - I liked everything. I do have one complaint. Which you may not have the ability to address. The odious smell of WEED was everywhere on the my floor(3rd) At first I thought it was coming from my bathroom, like the sewer was backed up. Then I stepped into the hallway.... it was bad.

• Cindy (1/5): Won’t be staying at a Microtel anymore. Not impressed. - Convenience The cam mode did not work, it had been stopped up. I reported it. It was like that when we checked in. I asked for a plunger, it was such a flimsy one, there was not even any suction to it, it was a faulty -cheap one that did not work at all. The toilet filled up with water, because it would NOT flush, so full that when I sat down, the water was touching me. It never flushed the entire time I was there, so we had to go outside the room to use the restroom. When I checked out I asked for some kind of discount, because the bathroom facility was not usable. I am an elderly person, AND I am a Wyndham Rewards’s customer . I was given $15.00 off the room rate, supposedly. I was not even given a receipt when I checked out so I could see what I was charged. Manager first told me $10.00 off rate, I said that’s not acceptable and I really hate to have to give a bad review but that’s not acceptable at my age! He said ok, $15.00 is the best I can do. I am very disappointed at how manager handled this situation. .

The carpet needed to be replaced. The door didn’t close properly. It was mold in the bathroom. It was not a great experience at all.

No soap in the restroom, tad bit dirty, one the towels smelled like oilfield location honestly. Feel like other activities are going on in that hotel. I hope they fix their issues bc it could be so much better that what it was.
• charlisa (10/5): - Hotel was clean and I felt safe. Upon entry the lobby had a musty scent but that doesn't change the fact that the night auditor was pleasant and patient. I originally booked thru hotel.com but upon my arrival my booking had issues so she cancelled and rebooked me as a walk in. I paid a few dollars more but nevertheless after driving 8 hours I just wanted to rest. My shower had some hairs and so did the toilet but it's fine. I just cleaned up myself. The rooms are on the smaller side but they had all the amenities needed. I didn't get up for breakfast but it was offered. Plenty of toiletries and towels. Very clean and I will return if needed.

• Isela (4/5): - The lining was dirty, staff was not helpful at all, asked where about my room was she sent me the other direction, was too busy talking and rushing, cleaning staff was knocking at my door had the dnd sign still had an hour before check out she was rushing me out when we finally walked out she was talking with the other cleaning lady but rushing me. Do not recommend that place nor will stay there again.
