I didn't like that specifically booked it because it had an indoor pool for my kids. We get their and the pool is closed. The front desk lady said it says on their website its closed. Booking.com does not give you that info. Even in the "typically asked questions " it said the pool would be open during my stay. I'm disappointed I drove 4hrs for a place my kids were bored at over spring break.

- Resul (7/5): Decent hotel for its price range. - The room was cleaned really nicely. The breakfast area was nicely done. The breakfast itself was average and unremarkable. The studio suite was a nicely sized room. The hotel is close to the highway which is a time saver when traveling to the city. Something that seems to be a problem with many all carpet rooms is that they tend to have a smell and our room wasn't different. Once our nose got used to it everything was fine. The bathroom could have used more hangers or places to put towels and clothes, it had only one hanger which wasn't enough by a long shot. The breakfast did not have coffee or tea instead if you wanted one you had go to the hall and use the coffee there but there was no milk or cream instead all you had were mini half&half packets that a lot times had only few left. Also, while we were there the pool was closed.

- Patrycja (1/5): Do not stay at this property. - The size of the room was good for a family of 4. The property was quiet and we hardly saw anyone. I disliked the fact that there was no hot water. At best during the day the water was lukewarm for a few minutes before turning cold. We unfortunately had to take freezing cold showers and were told “their hot water heaters couldn’t keep up with the amount of guests”. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that ran out of hot water. Also, the staff members were not friendly. They were more worried about talking among themselves, playing on their phones, or watching TV. When speaking with the manager about the water issue he was very condescending in his replies.

Not h - I got there to be told I had to pay another 150.00 deposit on top of the price of the hotel . The shower did not work well, the beds and pillows were super uncomfortable. The front desk staff very rude,I came for the pool an never was notified the pool was shut down until after I checked in an went up to my which should have been brought to my attention at check in time the front desk lady was rude also known as the supervisor.

- Mary (8/5): Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff. - Staff was great. They were helpful and friendly. The bathroom was very clean. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was good. The faucet in the bathroom sink wouldn’t work properly. I couldn’t get a mix of hot and cold water. I had to wait a long time for the hot water to come out and when I turned the cold water on just a tiny bit to get the water comfortable, the water would become extremely cold. The bed was okay but not the most comfortable. I ended up with hip pain after my 4th night.
- Dominique (1/5): I had a horrible experience - I like how it’s not far from where I live How I was racially profiled when I entered in the hotel on February 7th at approximately 3pm to pay because they assumed that we where having a party because we where(African American) but it was a (Caucasian) with a whole football team checking in I feel like my service was an uncomfortable experience. Also the indoor pool was closed due to the heat not working, that messed up my whole experience in the hotel I will not be returning
- Sondradee (6/5): - Everything was good but no pool. The indoor pool was closed. I only chose this location because of the pool. If I had known the pool was closed I would have stayed closer to my event. They said the pool was closed due to the water being too cold. I was okay paying more due to the amenities but then they are closed, That is so unfair. We should have received a discount or something. I won’t be staying here again.

- Margencie (10/5): - I love the space, the cleanliness of the place. The staff was pleasant, helpful and courteous. We enjoyed breakfast and the food selection provided was amazing. Overall, great value for the price. One thing I would have preferred is to be able to cancel my reservation easily especially after I had just booked it. However, I will not sweat it, since my family and I ended up staying anyway and the experience was great.

- Mrs (8/5): Front desk personnel was not welcoming, he barely smiled during my check in. - There was a older man at the desk who was doing the check in and check out was not friendly. When people come into the hotel, they wanna see a warm, friendly face with a nice greeting. This man was cold as ice almost as if he hated his position and wanted to leave early. He didn’t even look up as I was checking out my husband and I were walking out, but before we walked out, my husband said to him have a good Day he barely looked up and respond to his response was so low that my husband was irritated because he couldn’t believe the front desk person would conduct business and such a lousy and unprofessional way. He seemed a little grumpy. It’s not good working the front desk with that kind of attitude. Apart from that, I noticed only one elevator was working to get to the third floor, which I thought was very odd. One elevator working one elevator broke also they ran out of complementary toothbrushes, which was a real disappointment.

- Leo (10/5): Overall stay was great. - Loved the spacious suite room. Breakfast options can be better. But it wasn't bad. Room lighting needs to be a little more brighter. Would have preferred a sink inside the bathroom rather than right outside. These are just suggestions but in no way affected our stay.

I love the fact that this was served within a timeframe of 7:00 to 10:00 am. I didn’t like that one elevator was not working. This slowed people down a few times per day. I also didn’t like the fact that my sheet and pillows were stained.
